Air Conditioning is life right now! My air conditioning was working subpar recently and I contacted Whisler air, they actually responded via text which was perfect. I didn't even ask for same-day service but still got it. The same service I received from another company last year cost me almost $500. Whisler air added coolant, serviced my air conditioning unit, checked my thermostat and changed out my filters for $188. Made a huge difference. Highly recommend them. We've now used Whisler air a couple times for emergency repairs, as well as for a full inspection of our new home's AC and heating units. Every time we've used Whisler, Tim and his employees have been prompt, responsive to inquiries, and thorough in their assessments. Time serviced a fairly newly installed unit and corrected problems left to us by a bad installation job. He won't sugarcoat anything, and is honest about what needs to be done on the system. Prices are fair compared to other businesses in town. Every time Tim and his staff have shown up they have been presentable and courteous when coming into our home and focus their attention 100% on the job at hand. Of course my A/C went out on one of the hottest summer days so far. I have always heard great things about Whisler A/C so I called & had the friendliest service over the phone. He told me he could fit us in that day, and a man showed up within the next hour. The part we needed was on his truck and we had cool A/C minutes later. We have used Whisler for annual service for a few years now. Our former home was ~40 years old with an A/C unit that was about as old. One year they serviced our unit and when they left our A/C was not blowing cold air. We called and they came back out. Turns out they had accidentally let all the coolant out. Whisler could have easily charged us for something that we did not have knowledge of but they were honest, took responsibility, and recharged our unit free of cost. Honest, reliable and fair are just a few of the qualities you will find when dealing with Tim Whisler at Whisler AC & Heating. His prices are competitive. The service technicians show up when they say they are going to be there. Sometimes, they will call and let you know that they can be there a day or two earlier if time permits in their busy schedules. My heating unit did not pass inspection so I called Tim to check it out. As it turns out, it only needed a new battery in the thermostat in the hall unit. Some technicians would have used that opportunity to take advantage of that situation and invent some complicated, expensive problem. I highly recommend Whisler AC & Heating. read more
