Im afraid to write this review. It may get some employees fired. But its been over 2 weeks and they wont be able to figure out who was working. I ordered a Crave Clutch of Cheeseburgers. And was i surprised! I couldnt believe they messed up every one of the 20 burgers. Every burger had mustard on them. Every burger had ketchup on it. Every burger had pickle on it. Every burger had more than 1 or 2 onion slivers on it. And they all had cheese! Just as i ordered them. As this is the first time this happened in at least 7 years there must be something wrong. Every WC normally does not get the order right. It must be in the training. There must of been someone on the grill that day with a little pride or mad at the boss. Im kind of confused if i should go back again. Surely they cant get it right twice and then ill have to eat my words. And i know me just sharing this will jinx any future stops. But alas i thought i had to document this and put in the file next to my bigfoot and ufo pictures. Seriously i wish i knew who the grill master was that day. Surely they fired them when they didnt get any complaints during their shift. Ill leave with this. Dont ever get my order right, again! read more

Lady at service window is super rude! You guys should get a robot to take orders I could hear her attitude also didn't let me complete my order telling me my price before I said I was finished also no ketchup in bag for my fries. The hambugers and cheesebugers I ordered from here were the worst I have ever had. Don't know if its the cooks or hamburgers are different but threw every one of them away. Okay I have my Temptations and White Castle is one of them. there's something about those yummy little Burgers floating through the rafters and tubes coming down in the second lane that just touches my heart. now all fast food places are fast food for a reason which in my mind assumes that your order is never going to be right. You have to insert your money in a cup that's way too far away so you basically have to either hang out your car or Open Your Door to put your money in the cup and hit the button to send it back and then wait for your food to ascend down to you like the White Castles from heaven. I think they intentionally put the food way too far for you to reach so they can laugh and mock me from inside the castle but you evil White Castle but you evil White Castle workers I know your scheme and when my Cravings hit I must submit to you and put up with your rude employees wrong order and that stupid little plastic cup that's always too far for me to reach. read more

Finally, years after I learned about White castle thanks to Harold and Kumar, I get the chance to try these legendary sliders. To be honest with you, I was not a fan at all. Sure, price wise they're real cheap but the food was not satisfying, even in my inebriated state. I thought the fries had a weird after taste and the sliders were just greasy, bland and just sat in my stomach. Not a pleasant feeling at all. Maybe if I haven't been to exposed to chains such as Shake Shack, In-N-Out or Dick's, I probably wouldn't have judge these as harsh. But really, you're better off going elsewhere for late night munchies. read more

It's White Castle so you know what you're going to get. It's not healthy eating but at 2am not much is. Let's face it most people only go to White Castle after midnight anyway. And after drinking. You know you'll pay for it later but damn if those greasy little burgers hit the spot. There's usually a line at the drive-thru but it's worth the wait when that burger craving takes over or you need something to soak up the alcohol. There's usually guilt associated with eating here. At 5:15 and it isn't even started and then the employees are literally getting my order done in between other orders. I really like this White Castle. It's conveniently located. The staff is always super nice. The food is hot...I eat at the restaurant so that helps. And I love White Castle double cheeseburgers and the onion chips. Great quick stop while Christmas shopping. read more

Never again!! Chewy dried-out old clam strips. The fries tasted like they were either old, or dirty grease in the fryer. And to top it off we all got sick and was throwing up (and the other end) for 2 days. My kids had throw up and diarrhea all over the hardwood floors, the bed/sheets/linens/blankets. My friend and I waited for about five minutes in an empty line and almost entirely restaurant at 5pm on a Monday while SIX employees behind the counter looked at us more than once and didn't say a word. When we asked respectfully to get new fries, the girl snatched the bag and said "everybody is waiting". I work in a restaurant and I would never treat a customer this way. I like this White Castle. The restaurant is clean, the service impeccable and my food is always hot and fresh!

If you're in the mood for the iconic greasy sliders, White Castle fits the bill. The staff is always fine, but this is a good place to carry nothing short of a 40 or 45 caliber Glock because it's a rough crowd here around the clock. A 38 special or 9mm probably won't get you out of a jam here. I remember the homicide they had here in 1987 during my Gratiot cruising days. I like to go here only between 6am and 2pm since then. The new egg and sausage breakfast slider is downright excellent and worthy of trying if McDonald's has too many seniors lined up to get free coffee refills. read more

Went in and ordered 10 burgers and they skipped my order completely. Waited 30 minutes and watched 4 people behind me get their food before I got their attention and reminded them I had an order. They had cleared it out. Swore I would never go back. Should have stuck to my instincts but I devided to order a crave case off of the app to have it ready when I got there since it's closest to my house and they couldn't screw that up...got there and they suggested I went to the wrong store. Showed them the receipt I had and ended up having to wait 30 minutes to get the case that should have been done when I arrived. Got home and my burgers with everything ended up being plain. Tiny Burgers rule my soul but this particular location, is the pits. I've had three bad encounters at this here and I must say I won't be back, not that they care. I ordered a sack of ten with cheese and chicken rings, I waited 26 minutes... yes, twenty six minutes. I would've left but I was in the inside lane and sandwiched in and at this point dedicated the cause. The lines are long, the food was cold, the young man working the window had his back to the glass texting and the second window had to tender my payment which caused a world wind of confusion for the castle crew. This is a good White Castle to go to if you are getting a drive thru order or carry out but not much room to eat on the inside if they are crowded.
