I called and left a voice mail (again - they literally make a point of not ever picking up the phone) telling them not to bother showing up. A little while later, Albert calls me back, and I agreed to reschedule for the next morning, figuring - ok, this guy is probably in business by himself - maybe he got busy, it's fine. Of course, the next day someone is supposed to be there by 9. I am not surprised at 9:30 when I get a phone call apologizing for being late - Albert had to take his kids to practice. Fine. But, he insisted he was on his way. 10:45 - still no one. Again, I had plans, so I called to cancel. At 11 I get a phone call that he is at my building. Sorry buddy, you did not check your voice mail (cuse you never pick up your phone) - and I should not have to wait two hours after the appointment time for you to show up. This place is extremely unprofessional. Honestly, if you were too busy to detail my car, you should not have let me make the appointment. My first situation retrieving my car after repairs was a positive one. I was very happy with the work done to repair a bumper. When I made them aware they they did not buff a headlight, they asked that I come right over, and they fixed it while I waited, apologizing for what was an honest mistake overlooking it (hard to see in the sunlight). Customer service was terrific when I had questions about my A/C, and attention/advice was given just as a courtesy. At another time, when my vehicle turned out to be a total loss, they were very accomodating providing me the time I needed to come by and take care of the various things needed. My hope is I do not need to use them again (it would mean damage to my car, right?), but I do say I can recommend them.

However, what caught my attention about Fresh and Clean was that it was a small business owned and run by a single person (Will) and his helper). That impressed me, plus the fact that his write up about his years of experience and love of his work. convinced me that I should give him a try. When the owner of the service is on site all the time, you can bet that the end result will be right. So my appointment was made by text and Will's response was prompt. On the day reserved, Will and his helper arrived right on time after texting me that he was on the way. He has everything he needs in his van, including water. After a short chat as an introduction to his service, Will and his helper got to work and in less than 2 hours presented me with a "LIKE NEW CAR". That amount of time may not seem to be adequate to some people for a full detail, except that I keep my BEEMER in top condition all the time. So, rest assured that Will would spend whatever time required to satisfy his clients. I found the price for my detail to be fair and well in line and perhaps a little less than the competition. Also very important is that Will is a friendly guy and easy to talk with. The bottom line in my review is that I would highly recommend Will (Fresh and Clean) for you detail work because he is honest, fair and dedicated to his profession. It had not been cleaned for a year or more. He and the person who was helping him cleaned the car with superb detail. Everything looked new and there was absolutely no dirt left in the car. I mean every space in that car was spotless. They brought their own equipment and spent more than 3 hours cleaning a small car (GOLF GTI). I highly recommend them. They are honest, reliable and hard working. My car is spotless.
