They did an excellent job communicating, and the installation went very smoothly. The controller looks like it came from the Ford factory and cleanly fits in the dashboard. The 7-way RV plug was flush-mounted in the bumper. It looks better than the factory installs I've had in the past! These guys are reprograming my computer so everything will work as if it came from the factory pre-installed. Let's talk cost...they were far more competitive than any dealer quote I received. And, they were able to get me in way faster as well. Ford told me two weeks. They scheduled the install within a few days of my call.
