Dang it. Originally gave this spot 4 stars... I liked the matcha and natural lighting a lot. Unfortunately... my second time here wasn't as great. My matcha was not as good as the first time I go it. I also got the Penne Pasta with chicken. It wasn't bad but it was a bit under seasoned. Also... found a little bit of pink on one of my chicken pieces. #Awkward Good amount of tables. Not the most comfortable seats. Very few outlets to charge your laptop or phone too. Overall, I was still somehow happy. The staff are very nice. Gorgeous, clean, plant-inspired interior, but the last time I visited, there was this persistent oily and unpleasant smell--to the point that I couldn't focus on work, and it clung to my clothes for days. There was free wifi and lots of outlets, so excluding the smell, this is a great place to study. Very lavendar-y latte ($7), but a little pricey. French toast was so soft and custardy, drenched in condensed milk and topped with a veritable mountain of whipped cream. Would love to come back and try the Korean shakshuka too. read more

The coffee here is always well made, the baristas know what they're doing! I always get the hot oat caramel latte but they have other flavors and drinks including tea and matcha. They also have pastries! I come here often when I work from home, plenty of seating and free WiFi! The space is big and bright! They do play music so just be mindful if you have calls. read more

This is a cute coffee shop on 11th ave. There are plenty of seating options. I have been here now two times. First time I came in I ordered the lavender iced latte. I did not know it before hand but the lavender is made from pea flower which is why the drink was a crazy color. I asked for a regular iced latte since I told them I can't have pea flower. They were nice about it. My second time here I got a hot cappuccino this was tasty. My friend got the avocado toast. She also got eggs and lox. This is a surprisingly relaxing and chill Manhattan spot. It's a gentle place in which to: study, work, write texts or visit with someone IRL...or just space out and have a coffee and pastry. I've had several matcha lattes here, and all of them were excellent. Plus, the service is terrific; those who work at White Noise are all good at their job and seem to take pride in what they do. And all of their employees (in my lived experience), are really nice and helpful. If you live, work or play on the West Side, then go check it out! Solid cafe in Hell's Kitchen! I visited on a Sunday afternoon and while most of the seats were occupied, I was luckily able to grab a table. They have a variety of seating options from tables to benches, so it's the perfect spot to either do work or catch up with friends. For my drink, I ordered an Iced Latte with oat milk. It was surprisingly strong and you can taste the quality of their espresso. The cafe is clean, brightly lit, and pretty spacious. The music was a bit loud and they really blast their AC (bring a jacket if you plan on working here), but overall I enjoyed this spot and would visit again. The location isn't super close to major subway lines, so it's definitely more of a neighborhood gem (also right next to a solidcore!). read more

Great space to work in, however a bit messy and service is fairly slow. Took 8mins for an ice latte with two workers behind bar. It's fine if you're not in a big rush because the coffee quality it very good. It's usually pretty busy. Food from the kitchen is really well done. This place is awesome!! Came here after a solidcore class (which is right around the corner) and ordered the Kyoto cold brew since that was one of their menu items that was unique. Apparently they brew the coffee in a different contraption that results in a lower caffeine content than typical cold brew. The drink itself was bold and a bit floral-tasting, so if that's what you want definitely go for it. My friend got their caramel latte which was really really good. Not overbearingly sweet and really uniquely nutty - I definitely recommend this if you want a more creamy coffee for the day! I also got swayed by the croissants in the display - they looked really crispy and tasty, so I had to try one! Got the almond croissant and it was exactly that. Super crispy, a lot of filling, and not too sweet. I was really impressed and happy with the coffee and pastry! Because this is a cafe I was not expecting much from the food but I was pleasantly surprised. The pasta was delicious and seasoned pretty well. It came out pretty fast but that may be because it was kinda empty when I went on a Wednesday evening. There was much more on the menu than I expected and they all sounded delicious so I will definitely be back to try more. The drink menu was also pretty expansive with specialty lattes on top of traditional coffee and iced drinks like lemonade. The area the cafe is located is super nice as it's close by the water and has stunning views of the city. Spacious coffee shop with lots of seating. They have a good selection of their own line of beans, mostly light roast and one espresso blend. I came in pretty late in the afternoon, so opted for a decaf macchiato. Typically, a macchiato would have a dollop of steamed milk foam. The one served here just had regular steamed milk. No biggie, the barista poured a small tulip in the small espresso cup :) I do think the shop itself is kind of jarring. The floors are lined with small white/black tiles that are somewhat dirty. The shop layout itself is a little hectic as well, with cleaning supplies right in front of the bean selection shelf. However, despite the lacking ambience I would like to come back and try more of their drinks! read more

Drink was decent but expected something with more of a "candy" vibe since it's called "candy caramel latte." Seemed more like a regular caramel latte.
