    Missing emblem where the radar sensor is

    To this day I have yet to reach the suggested person Mr. BRIAN B. mentioned, nor have I heard anything from him, so I assume that it was all to appease me and quiet me from complaining. Also, look at the Facebook posting from Mt.Vernon Police stating that Honda and Acura are being targeted for their radar sensors, air bags and rims in the Mt.Vernon and surrounding areas. Since these vehicles are so easily accessible to this why isn't Honda Corporation doing anything about it, and I have not heard from White Plains Honda about this matter yet. As I stated previously as soon as this lease is done I'm done with Honda Corporation, period!!!!!!!!

    if I could give 0 stars I would. The biggest scam and group of liars I ever encountered. Had me drive there 3 hours from Philly for a car they knew they didn't have. I was in communication with the salesman for two days and straight up until I arrived to get there and they tell me they sold the car 5 mins ago at the Honda dealer up the street. The Manager said he didn't have cards because he was new and then they had a lil meeting laughing as I believe they gave me some random old workers card. Walked up the street to the other dealership they told me they haven't had any Prologues. after I explained what happened they said it was a random couple who just bought it. I asked the couple and of course they said they were not buying a Prologues. So both stores lied. No manager would come out and speak to me and I haven't received a call. Six hours, miles on my car, and toll money for nothing! Don't waste your time. And I've attached their business cards and pics so u can avoid them.

    I'm extremely disappointed by this location and our experience we had this Labor Day weekend. We are big into transparency and communication which we did not recieve at this business. We drove nearly 2 hours (which means an overall 4 hour drive) to see a car which we texted Jennifer to confirm was there before we even left our home. We then recieved a call from her 10 minutes before our arrival confirming our appointment. When we arrived, we were notified the car was "just sold" and was offered less attractive and more expensive options. A car does not sell that quickly and more transparent communication would have been appreciated if/when it was sold. We did not feel the salesman understood how inconvenient this all was for us and did not display a compassionate and person-first approach. Sincerely disappointed.

    I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with White Plains Honda. Salesman told me they have cars available right now in any trim and any color. He initially lured me in with an attractive low lease price ($299/m for 36 months, $0 down) for Honda HR-V, but the reality was far from what was promised. First, he miscalculated the sales tax, which ended up being much higher than initially quoted. For leased cars tax is calculated from your total payments, which should be $299*36*9% = $969. Instead he did it from retail price and ended up with $2580 When I brought this to their attention, they brushed it off as a simple mistake, but it felt very deliberate. Then, he added a lot of unexpected charges that were not applicable to leased cars. On top of it he added a destination fee and total jumped from $5052 to $6402. And at the end the cash down magically morphed into $6972. And to add insult to injury, he told me the car is not actually available today, but we need to start paperwork right now. Their lack of transparency and honesty in dealing with customers is unacceptable. I felt tricked and taken advantage of, and I would not recommend White Plains Honda to anyone. Beware of their deceptive practices and make sure you double check the math. This was by far the worst car leasing experience I've ever had.

I was in the area waiting for a call from my service personnel and never received one. He said he called me twice and left a voicemail and assumed that I declined whatever tire work that needed to be done. But I never got the calls and never got the voicemail. Besides that, I drove home and the next morning, my car would not start. Called AAA and they had to come jump the battery. The battery cap was open, it was clearly drained during the service and clearly jumped by the dealership, but no one communicated that to me. Given that I drive a hybrid, and it was a short distance home, I never had the chance to charge up the battery. This led to a delay in going to work the next morning. Both experiences unfortunately led to an unpleasant impression and I am not sure who to reach out to for such concerns. I feel like customers should be communicated to when their battery is drained during service knowing that it's a hybrid vehicle.

Isiah is a relatively young salesman that went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth and transparent. Now, I'm sure the fact that my daughter had spent significant time researching the car before even calling them put us in a good position; however, that does not take away from Isiah's work as a professional. All other employees that were involved in the process were also wonderful--from another the receptionist, another salesman, to the finance person, etc. I would certainly recommend this dealership and when I am in the market to purchase a new vehicle for myself, I would definitely come here without any hesitation.

Focussing on my most recent purchase, which was a 2023 C300 with a trade in on the 2012 C300 purchased at this dealership, I worked with Amir. He went way above and beyond to accommodate the transaction, which was directly before Thanksgiving! His communication and flexibility was truly remarkable, and never once did I feel pressured. I now consider Amir to be both a trusted liaison at this dealership, but also a friend! Thank you so much Amir! Every other staff member is fantastic including Joli at the front desk, John who processed my paperwork for the final transaction in a super efficient manor, and of course Jesus, who acclimated me with this new model 2023 C300. As you can imagine, there is "just a tiny bit" of a learning curve -- to say the least! There is no other place I will go when it's time for the next one, but I trust this dealership endlessly and would recommend them to everyone and everyone. I will say now that the treatment I received from Anthony and Sal when purchasing my Pre Owned vehicle made me feel like I had just purchased every car on the lot. Anthony was extremely professional and courteous from the moment we were introduced by the manager. Very approachable, not pushy, and was a straight shooter from the jump. I love that he treated me like he would the President of the United States. Sal was relatable, non intimidating, and made himself available throughout my complicated transaction. He communicated with me in a way that I understood, and answered all my questions. Firstly I would highly recommend Curry Acura for anyone considering a new vehicle. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally document a serious safety incident that occurred following recall service performed on my 2019 Acura ILX at your dealership. On May 2, 2026, I brought my vehicle in at approximately 10:45 a.m. for a scheduled brake recall service. At 12:41 p.m., I was notified that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I arrived around 3:00 p.m., and the vehicle was returned to me. Upon leaving the dealership, I immediately noticed that the brake pedal felt unusually stiff. I initially assumed this might resolve with normal driving. However, shortly thereafter, I experienced a dangerous malfunction affecting both the braking system and cruise control. To be specific, my vehicle was braking on its own, it would not reverse therefore I could not operate the vehicle. The vehicle began behaving erratically in a way that nearly caused a serious accident, placing my safety and the safety of others at significant risk. As a result of this incident, I was forced to wait in a parking lot for approximately eight hours for a tow, without access to a restroom and with uncertainty regarding the safety of the surrounding area. Additionally, I experienced a lack of communication and professionalism from the towing company, which added to the distress of the situation. When my vehicle was brought to Acura for the second time on Sunday May 3 by tow truck during examination of my vehicle, it was reported to me by your employee Chris Bach that the wiring was loose. It is my position that the recall service performed by your service department was improperly executed and directly contributed to these malfunctions. A vehicle brought in for a safety recall should be returned in a safe and fully operational condition, not in a state that creates new hazards. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, stress, and concern for my personal safety. I am formally requesting the following: A comprehensive inspection and repair of all braking and cruise control system issues at no cost to me. Reimbursement or compensation for all expenses incurred as a result of this incident. A written acknowledgment from your dealership accepting responsibility for the errors associated with the recall service. I expect a response within 10 business days. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to Acura Corporate Customer Relations, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and, if necessary, pursue legal counsel. This is a serious matter, and I trust it will be handled with the urgency and attention it requires.

I brought my car in for…read moreservice, and as I was backing out of the service area, one of their associates lowered the garage door onto my car, shattering my rear window. This was clearly their negligence -- I was in plain sight, and the door should never have been closed while a vehicle was moving. When I spoke with the service advisor and the manager, instead of taking responsibility, I was told they "weren't liable" because I backed out. That explanation is ridiculous. The damage happened because their employee lowered the door without checking if the area was clear. I trusted them with my vehicle, and they handled the situation with no care, no apology, and no accountability. I strongly advise anyone considering Curry Chevrolet for service to think twice. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but refusing to stand behind them and blaming the customer shows terrible management and complete disregard for basic professionalism.

Let's start at the beginning, first they negotiate in bad faith, the salesperson will say whatever you want to hear, then say the sales manager didn't approve it. That was my first clue to get out of there, I didn't listen to my gut and put down a deposit. Stupid mistake. Then comes the contract, the leasing contract had language in there that says they can share my social security number with anyone they want, not stipulating that it would be with a specific bank. I said I'm not signing that, so they said they would keep my deposit. Mind you, this is how they START the relationship. After the deal is done, they said they'd email me with the financing info. THEY NEVER DID! I HAD TO CALL THEM A MONTH LATER AND ASK WHO I HAD TO PAY! Then the car had some problems with the radiator. First visit, they cleared the codes and sent us on our way. The check engine light came on many times shortly afterward. It took calling them repeatedly to get them to take the car back in. Then they took a month to get the part to fix the car. When they finally gave the car back, we noticed the car had bad damage to the back panel (badly dented, scratched). They tried to pass it off like it was there when we brought it in. They eventually checked the cameras, confirmed that it was their fault and fixed it resulting in even more wait time. But not before making an insulting claim that we were somehow at fault for them damaging our car. I wonder what would have happened if we didn't notice the damage in the shop. Also, the brakes of the car never worked the same way after that visit. Fast forward about three years to the end of the lease, we turn in the car on time, they said "[They'll] handle everything". Honestly, considering the history, I knew that they would screw it up somehow. Sure enough, a week later we get a message from the lender HVCU saying that I owe them $27K. I most certainly do not since I gave the car back on time and surrendered the plates. I call Curry to clear it up they say "Uhhh well the keys aren't here, I'll look into it and get back to you". They didn't. As of this review, they've answered none of my follow up phone calls, and this $27,000 problem is still up in the air. I don't care if they start giving out cars for free, I will never deal with Curry Chevrolet again for as long as I live.
