I been coming here often to study for nursing, and have gotten my mom hooked on their pastrami sandwich and good prices. My only compliant is that the staff is very, very forgetful. A few weeks ago I ordered some oatmeal and after about 30 minutes I went to inquire about it when I was told "oh we're all out". They offered me anything on the menu and a free drink card, but they should check before selling items. Last week I went in for breakfast sandwiches with my mother and ordered a hot chocolate before going to an appointment. After about 20 minutes I had to ask about my hot chocolate because we were about to leave for the appointment. I finally got it, but it was the most disappointing and disgusting hot chocolate I ever had. It tasted like luke warm 1% milk. I was starting to run late and just tossed it after one sip. They should further their staff's training, and maybe have someone over the age of 17 working to make sure it's not just them goofing off and forgetting orders. read more

However, earlier today during one of my gaps between classes, I went to this cute little coffee shop for some coffee. It was a beautiful day so I chose to sit in the outdoor seating and out of no where this magnificent ball of fluff came up to greet me. Instantly I felt my mood light up with his feline charm. He was so friendly and sweet that the crazy cat lady in me contemplated just putting him in my car and taking him home. I saw that other people have mentioned him in their reviews so im guessing he lives around here. Apparently his name is George. I know I'll definitely be back, but this time with some catnip and treats. Anyways, if you feel like being blessed by a gracious ray of sunshine named George then go to the White Rabbit. This place is amazing !!! After my fiancée and I had our first visit here we weren't sure we wanted to return. The staff was unprofessional and wildly inappropriate with the conversations they were having. However, I returned for a second time because the sandwiches were quite good and the tea was delicious! Since then I have gone probably once or twice a week!! The girls we had been so bothered by before are no longer there I'm assuming because I haven't seen them once and the staff that is in place are so sweet and kind! Was there for the first time a few weeks ago. The ambiance was very cozy. They have tables and chairs on the side and in front so you can choose where you prefer to sit. Staff was friendly. Parking on the side and in front/street. Restroom was huge and clean. Affordable drinks, tried the peppermint tea along with the chocolate peanut butter, still to try the breakfast next time. Great Sandwiches. Fresh and good quality meat. The only thing that really bothered me, which in my eyes was unsanitary is in the middle of making my order, the gentlemen making them picked up the phone (took a phone order), hung up and then continued making Sandwiches. Never washed his hands after using the phone. Also, after he rang me up and I paid, he went and grabbed me peppers with his bare hands (once again) after touching cash register. So I used to love this place and would be there once or twice a week. Now every time we go they are out of everything for their salads. And like right before lunch starts..how do you have salads on the menu but nothing for the salads. I don't know if management cares or even watches what is going on but it's sad because a bunch of us are not wanting to bother meeting there anymore. ‍ to bad to because we try and keep our business local but it's not worth going there for just coffee. First as you walk in you see the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland, so you are expecting to walk in to a themed coffee house, well what a disappointment. Nothing said theme or Alice in Wonderland at all. What a bummer that was. Now to the drinks. The iced mango black tea was so watered down, the 2 iced lattes tasted like milk with a hint of coffee, and the blended cookie and cream drink was more ice slush then any cookies and cream flavor. Then the girls working were not friendly , weren't quite sure what they were doing, and were not dressed for work but more like they were about to go to a club. Best small business in Yucaipa! I was raised in Yucaipa but live in San Diego. When I look for coffee shops in small towns I am either stuck with something nasty or Starbucks (also nasty). But White Rabbit Coffee was EXCELLENT and something I would expect to find in a big city. The coffee is GOOD. They also have en expansive coffee menu, locally baked treats and delicious sandwiches. I was shocked to see they use Boar Heads meats and cheese--high quality products that, again, are more typical in bigger cities where higher quality is demanded. They have free wifi that works (unlike Starbucks), comfortable seating and a really nice patio area outdoors. The customer service was excellent. From now on when I am visiting my mom in Yucaipa I will buy my coffee here and do some work on my laptop in their awesome little shop. read more

I have been wanting to go here for awhile. The construction for the round about made it a bit difficult to get there. I took a walk this morning, Such a beautiful day. Snow on the mountain. Fresh crisp air... I decided to go in and get a cup of coffee. It was only $1.80 for a large regular coffee (cheaper then 7-11).. Good coffee too.. Nice a strong. A variety of different flavors. Fresh Half & Half.. They offer baked goods and sandwiches. I have yet to try. Friendly staff.... Can't wait to take the husband. This is a charming local sandwich/coffee shop. There is ample outside seating and prior to COVID there was inside seating. The sandwiches are exceptional. The deli meat is piled so high, you might have trouble getting your mouth around it. The ingredients are fresh and high quality. Our little town is very proud of this establishment. This place has been popping up on my yelp for a while now, and I absolutely love tea so I had to try it out. I walk in, and this place is very cute. It looks very comfortable like a little cabin in the woods. I was looking through the menu, I really wanted to try the breakfast sandwich but I got there a little too late so instead I got a muffin. There was quite a few different types of muffins, I chose the one with the cinnamon on top. When I got home, I heated up the muffin and it was amazing. I'm pretty sure it's pumpkin spice. It was delicious and my favorite part about the trip. Next, I ordered a chai latte. Chai lattes are my absolute favorite drink. I have to say, this place really disappointed me. I took a few drinks, but it was so over the top sweet that I couldn't drink any more. I'm a person with a major sweet tooth, if you gave me chocolate everyday, I would eat it. So it's quite shocking for me to say that something is way too sweet. Of course this was my first time here, so I haven't tried any of the other drinks and I'm not sure if there's any way I can modify the latte to make it less sweet. Lastly, customer service was okay I guess. The employees seemed a bit disengaged. I didn't really see them smile or get a friendly vibe from anyone. I'm not sure if it's because they are just a bit sleepy still from working mornings, or if it's because they really are indifferent about how they treat customers. My sister, friend, and I walked in wearing masks and were immediately stared at as if we were doing something wrong.
