Really enjoyed stopping by here while my husband was volunteering at Big Falls. My puppy and I decided to hangout here for the day while I studied. I grabbed an outside patio seat under the shade (I knew it was going to get hot). To start I got a nonfat hot spiced chai latte. They use the powder which I believe a lot of coffee and tea shops use. I savored it for about an hour/hour and a half and then a few hours later decided to get a salad but they were out of avocado which was about of a bummer. The staff were extremely friendly and had nice conversations with me. They even brought my puppy some turkey. The people that seemed to be regulars here were also very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed my long pitstop in Yucaipa. One thing to keep in mind is that it seems that smoking is allowed in the patio, so if you can't handle the smell, sit inside. There's quite a bit of seating outdoors and there is free Wi-Fi so you can get work or studying done. It does get hot outside so try to pick a shady spot on a hot day :). read more

I have been going here for coffee for 5 years, know the owner, have enjoyed the many friendships, have enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches at a reasonable $2, and the coffee is great. This place is great! Came out to see some friends for the Fourth of July weekend and made a stop here the morning after the holiday. The girls there were so sweet and made sure to ask what kind of milk I preferred, which was awesome since I am lactose intolerant lol. While I do like the coffee, I have to say that I am very disappointed with pretty much everything else. I have been here a number of times (because I do like the coffee, as I said.) Each time I ordered a breakfast sandwich, they were out of english muffins. Another time, they were out of eggs. The wait for the sandwich is ridiculous as well. One time I ordered a sandwich for lunch. Once I got home with it, I was very disappointed to see that it was missing both lettuce and the avocado that I paid extra for. The younger guy, who I believe is the owner or owner's son, is not friendly AT ALL. He walks around with an attitude instead of greeting his customers. The back patio area could use some cleaning up. I think they need to get lids for the outside trashcans, due to the insane amount of flies that we have in Yucaipa. read more

Alright - I stand corrected. I told the gals I had written a review on here a while back, but I can't find it. So, here it is. I have been coming here for almost a year. I reside in Redlands but I take the longer route to get my morning coffee here than the couple of booteek coffee shops in my neighborhood. I basically like a good deal, but I will pay extra if I find a great place I can go and enjoy the environment. As far as coffee, they typically have about 6 regular offerings of regular and 2 offerings of decalf. They are all great - not bitter or acidic like St. Arbucks or Coffee Tea and Beanleaf. But, if I do want more of a desert coffee or Latte they have that as well and I have enjoyed the few I've tried. My wife always gets a cold flavored tea with a splash of flavored syrup and hers are always great. Re food, I will get a muffin or sometimes their cookies to accompany the breakfast sandwich they make - all are very good and not that pricey. My wife and I come in for lunch sometimes and their sandwiches are huge and the salads are as well. All ingredients are top quality as well as sulphate free for the most part (my wife has a sulphate allergy so this is extremely important). The owner and the staff have been over the top friendly and helpful -especially when it comes to my wife's allergy. After a few visits they remembered our names as well as our favorite items. There is also a few groups of local regulars that you will find throughout the day which lends to a community atmosphere - something I never discovered at the shops near me. And the last thing, the music varies from day to day (Pandora?) and I've never heard anything offensive or off color - a biggie for my wife and I. Yeah, I think I like it - a lot! read more
