I usually just come here to drop off Amazon returns, but occasionally get pizza slices here, too. This location offers a deal to get 2 slices for $7.50, which is a good price! I don't know if it's every day or was just an option on the Friday I was there. The slices are thin crust, and have a really nice sauce and cheese combination and flavor overall. And, the slices are a good size. They also reheat well in an air fryer oven! read more

Unfortunately King Salmon is very hard to find locally, and Whole Foods is one of the few places you can find it. The fish counter is usually one of the better parts of Whole Foods, along with their produce section. Nothing beats the selection of cherries during late summer here. While I love the selection of products, and the higher end products they carry - the service in general lacks for the price point. I only come to Whole Foods when I can't get it anywhere else. This review is for the Bakery. I called the store on 5/12 to order the mango yuzu chantilly cake for 5/16 pick up. The bakery gal told me to order the berry chantilly online then call back to have the order amended to mango. Very cumbersome process but followed her advice. I had a bad feeling about this process so I contacted Amazon CS. They told me to rest assured that everything would be perfect. Day of pick up they hand me berry chantilly. CS checked the paperwork and it said mango. I ended up taking the cake and getting a refund. I requested a refund because not only did they give me the wrong cake, they gave me an old one! It was so dry and crumbled when we cut into it. It oretty much turned into a mess when served. So disappointed in the quality of the Whole Foods Bakery. read more

We had lunch at the craft beer bar - Whole Foods thank you for putting the best quality grass fed beef buger between two buns with lettuce, Romaine, cheese, big pickles, juicy red onion, and it is so delicious and with a side organic salad of greens, tomatoes, and cucumber also awesome. No CAFO confined animal feeding operation beef, or cattle shot up with antibiotics and hormones. Cattle grazing on grass are healthier and high in omega-3's, other nutrients and vitamins A, E, B12 - lower saturated fat, leaner meat - and more benefits. I came into Whole Foods to return an Amazon package. And something that I observed while waiting in line, was an employee bagging a groceries nearby, who literally look like they rolled out of bed. They had a sweatshirt that was cut- up neck line so the top just falls off the shoulder and the girls bra is just there for everybody to see. Come on Whole Foods. I don't care if people have purple hair, green hair, nose, rings, tattoos, whatever I care absolutely nothing about those things. I love Whole Foods and wish there was one on the west side. This WF is located close to my office so I love stopping in if I need something on the days I'm close by. The store is clean, hot bar foods are delicious, bakery is amazing etc. I love their brown butter chocolate chip cookies, you cannot go wrong. Make sure to keep a close eye on your belongings while shopping at this location!! My wallet was stolen while I was using the self-checkout area, and within 24 hours there were attempted charges on my credit cards. I already filed a police report but when I contacted the store, the manager advised me that any review of security footage would need to be handled through the local police department. I purchased Chicken at the meat counter yesterday and 2 things went wrong. 1) The butcher grabbed the wrong item and I didn't notice as I was looking for additional items, noticing when I got home. 2) When I unwrapped the chicken at home and it was OLD and SMELLY so clearly they didn't rotate it out but instead kept it where the butchers know this is old chicken. From the look of it it was several days old. This also happened with ground beef previously. You know when the outside looks great and then you get it home and the inside is browned out. This also happened with Halibut I purchased. Same story - Old fish that should have been tossed out. There are some good things at the counter but this Whole Foods has a seriously problem with rotation of their counter items so extreme caution is advised. Not sure if I've visited this location in the past but I recently stopped by to pick up TooGoodToGo bags: one bakery and one prepared foods. Parking was plentiful and easy. I headed to the back of the store where the deli and bakery sections are and asked where to pick up my bags. Thankfully I was in the right location. I'm not one to frequent this store since it's more expensive, but they had some good deals on the app so I had to try them. The prepared food bag had three snack packs and three empanada containers, so much food! I did have to give away the pork empanadas since I don't eat that, but there was still lots of food left. The bakery bag had two mango streusel containers and one raspberry scone container, great deal. Both desserts were delicious. I can't speak to the regular store offerings since I didn't go shopping but I would recommend TooGoodToGo and helping cut down on food waste! read more

Absolutely nothing improves at this store. Asked for assistance on hair color from the associate working in beauty and health department. She flat refused and was making excuses and asked me to go to a hair salon as she could not help at all and it wasn't her job. Whole Foods needs to hire associates who have some interest at the very least, especially in the beauty and vitamin department. Customers can do with a little assistance even if they cannot advise. Much higher prices overall and can buy the same hair color much cheaper at other retailers or online. Great store on the surface. However, what is with the stocking in this location? Go there on average at 7PM. The store is just picked through. Getting fresh OJ is hit or miss, weekly. Often, out several selections of the 365 trail mix. Tonight out of some of the most popular taco seasoning. Water aisle looks like it did after Covid started. Worst customer service ever, all of the employees seem unhappy and angry. They won't look at you or respond to greetings, they won't yield to you when they are stocking shelves. I went after work, this location specifically since it carries certain chips that for whatever reason the location closer to me does not carry. I decided to take a look at their hot food since I was feeling a bit lazy and a quick dinner would be nice. I'm not sure if this is common or just a bad day but their hot food section was horrible! I've been after work and other locations usually have a fresh spread for the dinner crowd. This location, everything look dried and OLD. This is something about "Whole Paycheck" that is just so chill. I love that they routinely promote small businesses & it is done in such an organic (LOL) way that none of it feels forced. I also really appreciate that I can conveniently drop off an Amazon return and get some shopping done. the employees I encountered were nice but aside from the occasional smile, sometimes forced and sometimes not, there wasn't much more. There wasn't a hello or can I help you find anything. I grabbed some food from the hot bar. Smoked pork belly, pulled pork, and sausage. Other than the addition of some salt, all were tasty. Price wasn't horrible either, $11.99 a pound. This is a very convenient location. Not far off the 101 and parking is pretty decent. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. I LOVE this Whole Foods, she is massive. I only buy my apples and vegetables from Whole Foods... I'm spoiled. The produce is just so good. Definitely worth it to be a prime member to get extra savings, I usually plan meals around prime deals to save some money because Whole Foods can be pricey. The hot bar has some pretty tasty dishes but this adds up so fast in price because it goes by weight. They also have an entree and two sides deal that's a great price but typically I don't find the sides to be that good and find they lack flavor. Love the coffee and wine bar. In the first half of July all ice cream was half off... things like this make me love Whole Foods. I feel so boujee. All employees have been very nice! Very clean store read more

I am a Whole Foods fan though I do not shop here a lot. Being from out of town, this was the closest one to where I was staying, and it was a great shopping experience for everything I needed. No, the store doesn't have everything for everyone. It never did, it never will. Though I this trip I just picked up a few snacks and drinks, I found everything I needed and picked up some bonuses that I wasn't specifically looking for. The other surprise was getting something from their fresh flowers section. This is something I never thought of Whole Foods even being an option before. The flowers I got were brilliant and priced very reasonably. Some of them still needed to open so here I am several days later writing this review, and they just look great. Highly recommend this awesome dessert for special occasions. The hot food served here is second to none. Pizza, sushi and deli buffet style deliciousness. Shopping at this Whole Foods was the worse grocery shopping experience I've ever had. It was crowded, noisy, and a lot of items out of stock. I went on a Sunday morning and it was bad enough I had to get around other shoppers but several store employees were filling Prime orders, others were restocking and several crates were blocking aisles. Plus there was weird music playing over the PA system. Yikes! I never remember shopping at Whole Foods being like that. To top it off when I got home the salad greens I (over) paid $8.30 for were smelly, slimy and spoiled on the bottom of the container. Not worth my time to return them--or ever shop here again. Whole Foods needs to decide if they are an Amazon warehouse or a fine grocery store. You can't do both well and expect to keep your in-store shoppers. read more

Stopped by the Whole Foods café this morning and ordered a cappuccino with ice and a little brown sugar at the register. As I was speaking, the barista popped her head over the espresso machine and said, "we don't have that, you need to go to Starbucks for both of those things," and rudely laughed. Then proceeded to tell me I can just order a latte as if I didn't know the difference between a latte and cappuccino. I explained I just wanted a regular cappuccino with ice(cappuccino is on the menu) and that I knew what a cappuccino is--espresso with foam and a little milk--I simply wanted to add ice. When I asked if that was possible, she replied with attitude "We could ...but we don't." So I ordered a cold brew instead, which she slid across the counter without a word before walking away. Even though my request was simple, she decided to take her personal vendetta against Starbucks out on a paying customer. These coffee shops love to act superior to Starbucks, meanwhile Starbucks is a billion-dollar franchise and these spots often serve coffee that tastes like farts on fire. Honestly, she was right...I should have gone to Starbucks, where a more competent barista would've made my drink without the unnecessary ego trip. And yes, I still tipped only because the woman taking orders at the register was an innocent bystander. read more

I acquired a serious case of food poisoning from the Pork Dumplings. Also, discovered a long strand of hair tangled in the Meatballs, subsequently had to throw the entire meal down the garbage disposal. Based on these experiences, I would NOT recommend purchasing ANY prepared meals from Whole Foods. They do not employ food safety/sanitation practices. I bought a slice of pizza, fries, cookies, watermelon drink and popcorn for an approx. total of $20. Everything tasted nice but the fries were not my style and the pizza was avg. However, service is above avg. The bar lady got me a bottle of Cholupa hot sauce from another area of the supermarket. There is alot of seating including a nice outdoor patio. I subtract a star for very high prices and I did not see any value deals. Recommended. read more

I recently went to Whole Foods in Scottsdale. I had a $100 gift card that I have been wanting to use (it couldn't be redeemed through Amazon Prime delivery) and I had an Amazon return that I needed to drop off. The Amazon return was super easy. You just bring your item (no packaging needed) with the print out of the return bar code from the Amazon site to the Customer Service counter. There was one person in front of me and it was a short wait. They scan the bar code and package your item with other items that customers have returned and send them to Amazon together. I enjoyed shopping there in person. When I do shop at Whole Foods, I normally do so online and have it delivered through Amazon Prime. Of course, when I am there in person, I tend to find many "extra" things that I wasn't planning on buying in the first place. It was fun, however, and I got one of their take-and-bake thin crust cheese pizzas, which are always delicious. The store was well-stocked and the employees were helpful and were able to answer my questions. The only thing that's bad about this Whole Foods is the crazy parking lot, but that's everywhere during the holiday season. Whole Foods is expensive, but they do offer discounts on select items to Amazon Prime members. Don't forget to enter in your phone number at checkout. There are several reviews on Yelp that mention the paper bags they use falling apart. They double-bagged all my groceries, so luckily I did not have that issue. read more
