My party was looking for a specific dried salty plum and wet seed, as well. Moreover, everything is displayed in an orderly fashion. I walked in and the girl at the register didn't greet me, that's fine. I said "hello, how's it going?" and no answer and she didn't even look at me, ok maybe she's having a bad bay. She does eventually ask if I need help finding anything but I already found the gummy bears I needed. I called my wife to verify because I needed like 30 for my daughter's graduation back home in Cali. As I'm on the phone with my wife, an older guy and a group of ladies come in. Wouldn't you know, she greets them and had excellent customer service. Not sure why I didn't get the aloha spirit but I wasn't gonna spend my money at a place like that. I ended up just going to Long's and getting it there. Prices were better. Made a stop to Sushi Bay too. So in the end, the bad customer service worked out for me. My sister, who is currently living on the mainland has been begging me to mail her some local goodies. I went to several different stores to fill her request when I could have stopped at this store to get the majority of it. I didn't know that this location had opened up several months ago. I was walking to a restaurant in the mall when the Wholesale Unlimited Express sign caught my eye. Location: It's located in the Kapolei Marketplace. It's at the opposite end of Fun Factory. It's in between Armac and Orange Theory. Parking can be sparse during the weekend. The Goodies: Though it's small it's jammed pack with a variety of local favorites. Such as their popular Betty's Best cookies, gummies, arare, jerky, chips, jams, cholate, li hing goodies, leis and gift baskets. Delivery: They can deliver to several places on Oahu. The delivery is based on the location of delivery and the total cost. Shipping: Armac, the printing store next door is able to ship your goodies to the mainland. Wholesale Unlimited also offers this option on their website. I think you'll save if you use the USPS flat rate shipping box. I'm glad that this store opened up in Kapolei. Snack and seed shops used to be so much better. I guess this is fresher than the stuff we can find at Longs or Walmart ? But I miss a few pre-packaged bags with full glass jars of goodies lining the shelves. If we have come a long way, I do hope that one day we can get rid of the aspartame and dyes. First time visiting this store. This store is in a mini mall just off the main road. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The store offers a variety of island favorites such as li hing mui flavored candy. All sold at wholesale prices. Affordable in my eyes. Visiting from the mainland and was looking for more snacks to bring home. Purchased quite a few of the Japanese crackers and li hing mui gummies, those are my favorite. Spoke with the cashier and was informed that I can purchase more online. Nearby places are H&R Block Hickham FCU HoHo Chinese They have all of your crack seed, cuttle fish, sliced mango, lihing mui, beef jerky needs!! The snacks can be a little pricey depending on what you get. It's located in the Kapolei marketplace so they share a parking lot with all the other businesses. A couple of years back, my brother who lived on the mainland requested for snacks that he couldn't get. So I took my elderly mother on a trip to this store. While the store wasn't busy at all. We were not being disrespectful, rude or annoying. We simply asked for a recommendation and the cashier who is probably long gone from now, had something stuck up her behind so bad because she scolded us "well what does HE WANT?" If you hate your job, quit. Don't take it out on customers who aren't even being rude. Check yourself. This left such a horrible experience that I avoided this store and boycotted this store for more than 6 years. I recently went back here and while they improved tremulously, the experience that I had initially left a really bad experience with me to the point I rather still not shop here. They survived the pandemic, they'll survive this 1 star review. read more

My family came to Hawaii two months before me and found this cute little chain. They said the workers were so kind and let them sample all the snacks / cookies they wanted. I live in Makakailo and had no idea there was a Wholesale Unlimited in Kapolei till this weekend. Had to go to DLS to do a blood draw and as my husband was parking the car noticed the sign....WHAT?!?! When did that get there?! Turns out they have been there for a month now! Went in to check it out, smaller than the one in Waipahu that I would normally have to go to but they have all the same stuff. All the local goodies!
