This is a high-end archival piece that sells for about $1,600 on luxury sites like 1stDibs. When I got the dress back, the sheer mesh that holds the leaf designs together was completely shredded and ripped. You can actually see the healthy mesh on one side of the dress, but on the other side, it's just gone or torn away. Now there are just frayed fibers sticking to the leaves like Velcro, which makes the dress unwearable. This was a collector's item and it was clearly not handled with the care a designer piece requires. I have photos of the damage and the 1stDibs valuation. Very clean laundromat…read more Washers work great but not so much the dryers. I don't know how much I spent total to get my clothes to fully dry. They do not have too much of a folding area, very limited. Again, it is kept clean. Also, I did see they can wash and fold for a price. I do want to update my review in regards the dryers... I don't like shoving a big load on a small dryers because I know for a fact it won't dry. But it is annoying when you put a small load and they still won't dry. So maybe look into fixing dryers or getting new ones.

When we picked them up, we noticed a very strong chemical smell with oily residue that made us call Fantastic Cleaners to ask if this was normal. While we appreciated the offer to rewash our items, it was the experience of dropping them back off that was very uncomfortable. When my husband arrived, the owner was very unpleasant, telling each of his employees to smell our items to "prove" there was no strong fragrance. It felt dismissive and unnecessary. We never asked for a rewash but were offered one, so imagine our confusion when we were treated like this when we brought our items back. Furthermore, we ended up taking our thicker blanket and white baseball caps to our previous dry cleaner in Fullerton. They were able to remove stains that this shop missed, as well as get rid of the strong fragrance and residue left by Fantastic Cleaners. I respect the owner's decades of experience, but the lack of attention to detail and the defensive treatment of customers make it hard to recommend.
