At first glance, it worried me that the burgers seemed slightly small and I was worried I would still be hungry afterwards. However, I was decently satisfied after eating (although I do still wish it was slightly bigger). The burger was packed with flavor and extremely juicy. The spice on it packed a decent punch that satisfied my tastebuds! And the onion rings were great! They weren't hot when I received them, but they were still crunchy. There were 3 employees standing in a crowd in the back staring at the kitchen, and the cashier asked them how much longer and he said "when it's ready." When I pulled into the parking lot there were 4 cars in the drive thru and one person eating in the lobby so I know it wasn't too busy. I told the cashier I would just cancel and then out walks somebody with my order at 10:35. All I ordered was a large hash brown, egg white grill, and medium sweet tea. 21 mins for two items is insane, I could have drove to the Roseville location and been treated way better. As I was leaving the person in the lobby said this location is the worst and I have to agree, will not be back.
