This place is okay. The fries they use for the chili cheese fries are too cold therefore it takes forever for the cheese to melt. They also don't mix the drink if you get the flavored lemonades so the flavor is all on the bottom. I figured this out after i had finished most of my drink. Also don't bother coming here if you are in a rush, the wait is long and it's terrible in the drive thru. Update: I gave this place another try going through the drive thru and after repeating that we wanted a cherry coke 3 times, they STILL didn't get it right. So today, May 29th at 7:09pm I placed an order for about $56 worth of food and once we pulled up to the window we were ignored for about 5 minutes which seemed acceptable because they looked like they were busy but once the manager (the tall slender man) acknowledge us he didn't seem to know what exactly we ordered but then just seemed to remember and he ended up giving half the order wrong and instead of apologizing he then just went back to the kitchen and yelled at the hardworking women who were busting their ass off and were being treated like shit by him because of his mistake and then continued to be a smart ass with us and said we either wait or get a refund. I always come to his location because it's the closet but it's always the slowest choice. It's also a downside that 1/5 times when I have come recently the drive thru order box doesn't work which just adds even more wait time because you have to order at the window most of the time and wait for your food to be made. I always love all the food they offer and they are always on point with the menu. If you go inside and sit down its probably 4/5 stars the drive through just sucks and I've lived in and around the area my entire life and have an idea on the industry standard and they have the worst wait time around. read more

Id give no stars if possible because I pulled into the drive thru at 115am. All lights were on, open sign flashing, posters up saying open 24 hrs and after waiting for 6 minutes for someone to ask to take out order we ended up driving to the window, which was open, only to find 2 workers standing at the counter talking and saying they were closed. All the while we are sitting next to a giant open 24 hours sign. When we asked about them being open 24 hours the lady informed us they close at 1 and said she told the manager to take down the sign but she said no and that they are now only open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. I'm definitely calling the manager and corporate to complain tomorrow because they are one of only 3, 24 hour, fast food places within a 10 miles of my house. all i have to say is always check your receipt at this wienerschnitizel location! Ordered a combo # 1 and # 4. Max with tax would be $15 (about $5.99 each combo). While driving home i realized they never gave me a receipt and found they only gave me $1.82 change from my initial $20. My fiancé and I hadn't been here in a long time. It was our childhood favorite stop. Tonight after searching yelp we decided regardless of the stars to grab some food. I ordered a corn dog while my fiancé ordered an abundance of food: large root beer, small soft serve cone, bacon street dog, mini corn dogs, jalapeño poppers, and a new Italian chili fry. We explained to the lady that we hadn't been in a long time so we may need some time. The second we started to place our order it felt rushed. Almost every time we said an item we'd hear "so you have a ..." from the intercom and we'd have to say no there's more to order. She read back the order correctly so we shrugged it off. Sitting at the window we come to learn the intercom voice and our host was Janet. She was truly unpleasant even at the window. I work in the food industry and understand how lines can cause stress but this was uncalled for. She forgot to hand us our root beer. She forgot to charge the ice cream cone. And amongst our waiting we could hear her talking to the car behind us on the intercom. As soon as she completed their order she loudly and to the entire kitchen called them "assholes." I'm concerned knowing that this woman is helping make food and handling it with such vulgarity in front of customers. Glad we didn't bring the kids this round. read more
