I felt compelled to write a review of this place because of the excellent customer service i experienced tonight. i didn't catch his name but the cashier that assisted me deserves a raise or a promotion. i say this because i noticed that he remembered regular customers and tried to relate to each customer on a personal (but professional) level. this guy is a natural salesman and i'm confident that ill be back here again to scratch my chili cheese fry itch! Food is just as good as i remember it. i used to frequent the location in san jose years ago and i'm glad everything tastes good now as it did then! P.S. Stopped in to grab a couple of chili cheese dogs and some fries. There is a sign on the door stating that masks and social distancing are required. Unfortunately, the mask part is not enforced as there were two already inside and standing in the front of the counter waiting without masks and staff could care less. Saw this place driving down A street and realized it's been years since I've seen a Weinerschnitzel. Went in and got really excited about their special chili cheese dogs.
