I haven't had Wienerschnitzel in about a year or so! There is one down the street from my house, but I remember it being closed for some time after a fire broke out. This Wienerschnitzel is located on El Camino Ave which is pretty sketchy with a lot of homeless people walking around. They have a window you can walk up to and order at, but I prefer the drive thru option because of this. We ordered at the drive thru which went semi-quickly. Staff were pleasant and just busy cranking out orders. I was randomly craving Chili Cheese Fries so we decided to stop in for dinner last night. We ordered 2 Chili Cheese Fries, a Chili Cheeseburger and 2 Chili Cheese Hot Dogs. Everything was hot and correct when we got home! I only ate a couple of bites of the Chili Cheese Fries because my daughter called dibs and ate the rest. I finished off her Chili Cheese Hot Dog though which was so good - come on, chili with American Cheese...you can't go wrong! I need to come back for another Chili Cheese Hot Dog and a Dipped Ice Cream Cone! They offered a Peppermint Dipped Cone last year, but I didn't see it on the menu this time - they did have a Hostess Ding Dong and a Hostess Twinkie shake though! read more

After they rebuilt it from the fire that tore it down. We went to order out of curiosity if there would be a change. It was a nice surprise. The customer service was great. The employees look presentable with positive attitude making suggestions to get you the most food for your buck. The food was good, hot, well put together. Chili cheese fries and froot loops shake tasted great. I know the area is shady but that spot really cleaned up. I hope it stays that way. read more

Horrible customer service! I ordered a #2 w/ plain tater tots. I got potatoes wedges instead of tater tots, a d didn't even know they carried wedges. I had to ask for my drink, because they almost forgot it. So for two corndogs and "tater tots", they charged me $12.50. Cash register lady had a horrible attitude as well. read more

I love their chili cheese fries with extra toppings!! Their milkshakes are good, depending on what kind you get. The area isn't to great, depending on the time you go and who's on the clock you don't know what type of customer service you will get. I don't know if I'd give it a star, I didn't get a chance to eat there. Super shady area, just really wanted the schnitz while I was around an area that had one. Went to this location and decided since there were 4 cars in the drive thru to go to the window. One lady in front of us, she had been there a couple minutes and said she didn't order yet. Tall middle eastern looking man came to the window and asked her if she'd ordered and she said no, then he walked away. She knocked on the window and said that she said "no", he said, "I know, we are short handed, one second, we are really busy!" Really busy, 4 cars in the drive thru, thank God you don't work at a place that actually gets a lot of business. So we stand there for another 2 mins and she then gets to order. He says nothing to us, we just stand at the window. At this point all 4 cars that were in the drive thru had been cleared and there were 2 new cars. He's running around inside taking money and then cooking without washing his hands or putting gloves on, just one to the other. The next two cars get helped and we are standing at the window still. Now 6 cars have been helped, but they are too busy to help anyone at the walk up window. Why have a F*CKING walk up window!?!?!? I knocked on the window and waved by and walked away. ABSOLUTELY GROSS. Do not handle money and then handle food and go back and forth. Common sense tells you that food handling requires cleanliness, you are not at your house. Customer service is horrible. They don't give you a total until you're up to the window and they don't greet you at all. I paid extra for cheese on the hot dogs that I ordered and they didn't even put cheese on the hot dogs. I tried calling to tell them, but their phone is disconnected. Super shady! read more

Well what did you expect? The food is good if you don't expect much, but duh! It's a fast food joint I have it two stars because even though I'm a sucker for chili dogs, these workers are always the slowest. Coming in late night I had a hankering for chili dogs and ice cream so bad that I thought my wife was pregnant again and I had all the cravings. There were three cars waiting at the drive-thru and after 15 mins there was four, another 5 mins pass and me and the guy behind me left because the first two in front haven't received their food nor the latter of the two had even got to order yet, he was waiting on the workers to take his order the whole time!
