It's been years since I've been inside of a Wienerschnitzel. The one I frequent is in south Sacramento. I came to this one and was shocked at the difference. This place is 100x cleaner and better. They close at 10pm and I got inside at 9:30. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who helped me out but he was super nice and cool. The food was better and fresher than other locations I've been to. If I'm ever craving wienerschnitzel again I think I'll make the 25m drive to this one. They have a big parking lot and is right off the freeway. read more

This was by far the worst experience! I went for national corn dog day and was rudely told they don't honor the one day only promotion but my email promos show the Natomas address. I showed her my coupon bec remember my first promo wasn't honored She said I didn't order the items for the coupon. The lady at the window was as sweet as could be, DW is very lucky to have her. Unfortunately, the basic TINY chili cheese dog and the TINY corn dog was a joke for $3.99+ each. Not only were they tiny, they did not taste fresh. The hot dog bun was hard and smashed into the bag and the corn dog looked the sized of partial kids meal for a 3 year old. I pulled in here on a whim because I was in the area, had not been here in awhile, didn't really want anything else that was I. The area so I decided on weinerschnitzel. I was offered a special where the number 1,2 & 4 combos were $8.99 so I accepted & asked if I can have all beef & was told yes but it would be an additional cost & I was asked what size & I said large, never being told mine you that it was an additional cost for that, so when I received my total it went from $8.99 to $19.13 I was charged $5.99 for the drink (which the combo price was suppose to have included) and an additional $2.00 for the all beef dogs & another $0.60 for the large fries. Well yeah they are expensive if you don't have a coupon. They always mail out coupons! Hubs had late night craving on our way home and I worried about not having a coupon! Yep that craving led to spending nearly $20. The coupon seriously saves you at least 30% or more so I do think that the prices are increased for that reason. I like their chili a lot. Its not too thick and has a good flavor. They're my favorite fries even over McDonald's. It's pretty much the only place to come for a chili dog. Service was friendly. Unfriendly drive through staff. No hello, no thank you, no smile. They goof up your drive through order, then lock their lobby so you can't go in and get it fixed. You have to drive around and wait in line again to let them know they forgot something in your order. This is why Chick Fil A and In and Out are always packed.
