    I still can not believe this place here in Yucaipa. I applause the Redlands location it is the best. Great service, wonderful food. No burnt bread. Hot dogs were delicious and topped nicely with the perfect layer of ketchup and they had everything on the menu available. They were not only offering hotdogs only. Happy customer at Wienerschnitzel in Redlands. Thank you for a happy dinner from my family to you Redlands location.

    The local Wienerschnitzel /Tastee Freeze drive through or walk up conveniently located on Yucaipa Blvd.,in the town of Yucaipa features a full menu of great tasting beef"Worlds Most Wanted" hot dogs,brats,burgers,fries and loads of drink and beverage choices. As the "worlds largest hot dog chain" their chili cheese dogs are legendary,their Chicago dogs are delicious and they have chili cheese fries,shakes and ice cream selections too! You also get all your favorite Tastee Freeze ice cream treats here too-cones,cups,shakes and freezes! Their staff is always helpful with a smile and theres always room for one more car in their "mile long" drive through! As the worlds most wanted wiener you have to try one along with a Tastee Freeze drink! Family and senior friendly walk up or drive through-Wienerschnitzel/Tastee Freeze is a great experiance!

    I like the food at wiener place but I got food poisoning I've been sick ever since stomach cramps and fatigue and all!!!! look at how much oil I'm in the picture...RIDICULOUS!!!! And the customer service was unreal they got the order correct the first time then the lady comes up to us because the people before us were taking forever... tells us the total so we added something she comes back with the total for only that one item that we ordered and says oh you wanted to include that with the rest of the order "no we've been sitting in the drive-through for about 15 minutes so you can come and have to go back and forth to tell us what we originally ordered ..... ridiculous needs new management

    We didn't even wanna eat eat food the fries are re-cooked and it's too hot to go back what is Shame young ladies

    Once a week I take my client to this Wienerschnitzel's there's a gentleman there last week he was very kind and nice there today at 3:45 August 16, 2022 I took my client to the drive-through explained I would like fresh fries they took the old fries and reheated them And hand them to me and I got to the window and made it real clear we want it fresh fries and they were very rude and shut the window I thought now I come here all the time and why am I being treated like this it was two young ladies at the window around 3:45 pm I'm trying to call corporate To express my concerns

    Simply put...Crap. Not what it used to be. Stale buns, under or over cooked dogs. Never just right. The Pepsi is good though!

    this is the worst store ever . I pulled up to the speaker at 10:30 pm tonight & they immediately turned off the lights ! Do not go to here .

The young girl bringing out the order was friendly and asked if we needed anything else. I have actually been here a few times and each time has been a nice experience. The staff is friendly and everything is made fresh to order. Yum! One thing that caught us by surprise and honestly was a bit bothersome is that their receipts appear to include a hidden fee. The fee itself isn't much, but that isn't the point -- it's the principle. If you're going to charge a fee for anything, it should be clearly disclosed. I'm posting our receipt below. You can see our order came to $35.77 and we paid $3.13 in tax, which should total $38.90. However, the total charged to our card was $40.07. Just something to be aware of if you plan to pay with a card -- it looks like there may be about a 3% "non-cash" surcharge added to the total.

The burger was cold. My husband said the polish was just ok. The fries were barely warm. The onion rings were hot. The Ranch dressing was like mayo with a tiny bit of seasoning. Not good. I picked up drink and the cup completely folded in half and a large portion of my drink went all over the floor. The top had already popped off numerous times but this time the cup collapsed. Based on all of this I would not return.

He placed the order a few hours beforehand since we both had busy afternoons at work and wanted to make sure it was ready when I got there. Order wasn't ready when I got there and the person who initially helped me couldn't find it in the system. I messaged my partner to see if he placed it at the other location that a few miles down the street and he verified it was the correct one and sent me a screen shot with the address and order number. Another employee found it in the system and remarked that it was in progress for 200 minutes because of when my partner placed it. I told him that my partner ordered it a while ago so it'd be ready at the specific time he chose on the app at check out so it'd be ready for pickup on my way home. The employee told me they'd start making it and a few minutes later the name on the order was called by a woman who I assume is the shift supervisor. She proceeded to show me the receipt for the order and pointed to the time when my partner made the order and told me they'd start making made the order hours ago and ended up throwing it away because it was sitting for a long time. I told her that shouldn't have happened since my partner chose a pick up time at check out, which he knows he did because he had to scroll through to pick the time. She insisted that he must have chosen the wrong time and that it was our mistake but said they'd remake the order anyway, like they were doing me a favor by doing so. I did not like the attitude at all and being called to the counter to show me the receipt and make it seem like this was mine and my partners fault was unprofessional. I worked in customer service for over 10 years and would have been appalled if an employee spoke to a customer like that. I did a google search while I was waiting and apparently it's a known issue with the app pushing place ahead in store orders to be made immediately instead of the time they were specified to be made. This can't be the first time it's been an issue at this location. When I got home, I realized we were also missing part of the order, which honestly feels intentional considering the whole situation. People will come to a business for the product that they sell, but the level of customer service they receive will determine if the customer comes back again. That's something I tried to drill into new hires during my time in customer service. Based on the level of customer service I received today, I do not want to come back to this location and there is a reason why this location has a low score.
