Showed up at 11:35pm looking at the hours that said close at 12am on a Saturday night. Their open sign was off and as we stood in the cold, both woman employees continued to ignore us and wouldn't even tell us if they were closed or acknowledge us. We also went through the drive thru and was once again ignored along with another customer. Very dissatisfied that they were closing 25 minutes early and without even acknowledging us. While driving around i stumbled upon this hidden gem of Wienerschnitzels.... they had bomb chilly and the ingredients tasted like they should. Ive sometimes been let down at other places but this location is not that. The staff was super friendly and we even cracked some jokes. Any time im passing by ill visit now. read more

Soggy Fries!! Went through drive thru and I should have checked bag as with any drive thru.. all my food was there however my fries were old and soggy . I imagine they had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite a while because they were no longer hot just warm and floppy.... Most discusting fries.. and my chilidog was also just barely warm. However the time before I went and everything was piping hot, I couldn't even touch the perfectly crisp fries. Even the drive thru lady had warned me to be careful because everything was so hot. I guess it's hit or miss. If I had checked before leaving the drive thru line, u can bet ur a$$ I would have returned the soggy old fries and waited for a whole new order! read more

Are you constipated? Are you looking for a little food poisoning to clear the pipes? Well look no more! I love Wienerschnitzel and the fact that I live right around the corner is great (was great). For whatever reason this location started serving brown sauerkraut (1 or 2 days old, maybe older i don't know, I've never conducted a sauerkraut Science experiment to see how long it takes to turn brown), hot dogs that are obviously from the day before... When I called and spoke to the Owner lady about the brown, creamy sauerkraut that I had just gotten 15 minutes beforehand, she was probably the rudest person I have ever spoken to and said that she "doesn't see anything wrong with the sauerkraut" and I am just trying to make trouble for her. If this owner is unable to identify outdated and possibly spoiling cabbage or prevents her staff from throwing out old food, who knows what else they're wrapping up and passing off as fresh. Since this is probably the third time I have ended up with outdated food, I will hold off on visiting this store again until I see a "Under new ownership" sign hanging on the building. RI ordered some polish dogs with sauerkraut. When I got home, there was just the tiniest bit of sauerkraut on them. This was the second time this had happened, so I called and complained. The manager told me that " yeah, the owner is kind of chintzy that way and she tells us to only put a little. But if you want to come back, we'll make you some the way they should be made." He said he would tell the other managers so I would just have to give my name. I said ok, cool! I went back two days later and they said they didn't do that. So I don't go there any more. They advertise one thing and give you another...and then lie to you and have you go out of your way for nothing. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! This place has TERRIBLE customer service. The girl who claimed to be the manager in the drive through was VERY rude! Will not be coming back to this terrible place! Take your money elsewhere! And on top of it my food came to me messily put together. I had a coupon as well that I've used multiple times in the past and the lady wouldn't let me use it, she took my card closed the door and overcharged me for my food! For 10+ years, until about a year and a half ago, I liked going to the Yucaipa Wienerschnitzel because the food was always consistent and they ALWAYS got my order correct. Now, I don't know what's happened but, on Wednesday (2 days before this visit) in the afternoon we went to the drive thru and, after waiting a looooong time and yelling into the speaker, drove up to the window and - even though there were no 'Closed' signs - discovered that no one seemed to be in the store. (The truck behind me came to the same conclusion.) Last evening I tried again and sat by the speaker for a minute or so and finally said "Is there anyone there?" And a voice replied, "Is someone there?" I placed an order that included C/C Fries, C/C Burger, C/C Dog - and I specified all with onions -, a Carolina Dog, and (with a survey coupon) a Buy One Get One Free chili dog. No chili & little cheese on the C/C fries but 2 scraps of hamburger in it like someone had scraped the grill. Burnt black carbonized bacon on the Carolina Dog. No onions as ordered, but when I asked at the window, they included little canisters of onions. No: "Hello, Repeat of order, Check of order at window, or Thank you". Did not enter the 2for1 coupon correctly, but did enter two 912 coupon credits instead so that's probably a wash. No masks or gloves. And when I asked for the receipt I got a reprint that didn't include the survey for another 2for1 coupon. I think I liked it better when no one was there. read more

So I ordered thousand island fries, I got my order I ate a couple and realized they are chili fries no thousand island, I went up to the window and stated I got the wrong order we got chilli fries, they peeked at the order and saw there was no thousand island and said "I'll make you a new one right now".... 30 min later we go up and they didn't even start to make it because the manager said not to due to not receiving the other order back.... NOR did they ask for it back, I threw it in the trash. The manager then says they have to see there was no thousand island, upset I said "ask him he made it and knows that there wasn't any on it and he saw it. Then she's says "well that's my policy I'm the manager: I said fix your mistake we weren't made aware of the policy.... Then she said "well I'll make another one if that makes you happy" in a rude and disrespectful tone. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. This was horrible. The girl at the window was rude. She looked unkempt and horribly greasy. Don't you guys have any hygiene policy? I'm not sure if she was a manager, but when I asked she said her name was Angelina. They all were touching the cooked food with bare hands - the store should get shut down for that. AWAFUL!! When I was in the drive thru I saw a girl put her hand and arm all the way to the elbow into the ice cream machine with no gloves on. My husband ate there that day before I could tell him about what I saw and he was so sick after eating there it was the worst food poisoning ever. Sick all night.
