Wiki pizza is in the Hanalei Bay resort hotel adjacent to hotel 1 Hanalei bay. We ordered online and picked up. The valet guy let us park off to the side for the quick pickup. Service was fast and friendly. They offered us peppers and cheese plus plastic ware. We ordered a pizza with our usual - pepperoni and mushrooms, plus the Parmesan chicken tenders, and an Italian salad. Everything was amazing. This was a perfect way to end a long day of hiking. Ate here last night while staying at the Hanalei Bay Resort and thought it would be nice to try the restaurant once. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with an incredible setting and amazing views, especially around sunset. That said, it feels like the space has not been kept up as well as it could be. Some of the seats were ripped, drinks were served in plastic cups, and a few details gave it a more casual feel than you would expect from such an upscale looking restaurant. Even the focus on pizza was a little surprising. It feels like this may have been more of a high end steakhouse or fine dining restaurant at one point. Still, we were happy we tried it. Pizza is a great option for a family because it is easy to share, and the pizza itself was very good. The service was friendly as well. We also ordered an Italian salad, which was pretty basic and uninspired, mostly lettuce with a few ingredients tossed together. The prices felt a little high for what you get, but not unreasonable considering you are in Kauai with such a beautiful view. Overall, this is a great spot for a relatively affordable dinner with an amazing sunset. The pizza is definitely good, not mind blowing, but a clear step up from your average grocery store pizza. read more

If you're on Kauai this is a must. The pizza is as good as I've had in a long time. We tried a few different pies and agreed the Margarita was incredible. I feel secure saying there is no better view at any pizza place on earth than here. The entire restaurant stares at the Hanalei Bay. And if that's not enough the service is top shelf. Our drinks, salads and then pizzas were out to the table so quickly I had to look at my watch to figure out the timing. And with the perfect crisp on the pizza crust I can only assume they're running that pizza oven at 550 degrees plus. Bonus, my wife forgot her purse (She swears it wasn't the cocktail) and the owner drove in at 9 AM to meet us (it opens at 3) to check lost and found. It was there and we made our flight. The view here is absolutely beautiful. That alone makes it worth the visit. I loved the simple, clean aesthetics and decor. The vibe is definitely there and makes for a great setting to relax and enjoy the scenery. That said, the food and service were just okay. The garlic knots were cold and seemed undercooked. They could have easily been frozen bag bread. The salad was good and their ranch dressing was tasty. The pizza was pretty basic. Totally eatable, just nothing memorable. Our server was also very slow and needed a few reminders, which stood out since it wasn't busy at the time. Overall, not a bad place at all. Came here on a Friday night for some pizza and this place has good pizza. We got three different ones and they were all delicious. Thin crust with char and tasty toppings is the best way to describe it. Come here at sunset because it has some beautiful views of the ocean and mountains in Hanalei. The prices are a bit high and the service was really slow for a sparsely crowded place, or the rating would have been higher. Pizza was really good though. read more

Got a table for 8 on a Sunday night without a wait. Once seated, waiter took our drink order. Mai tai was good. They had Tito's vodka which made our vodka drinker happy. Shirley Temples were a touch light on syrup, but large. The waiter seemingly disappeared for awhile. We were ready to order, but had to wait about 15 minutes until he appeared again at our table. We ordered garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, 2 Caesar salads, 1 Italian salad & BBQ chicken wings to start. Kids loved the garlic knots & mozzarella sticks. The Caesar salads were good w/ delicious dressing. Italian salad was filled with goodies & dressing was tasty. BBQ wings were very good w/ mango BBQ sauce, served w/ ranch dressing. Ordered 3 medium pizzas: cheese, Hawaiian & pesto-rrific. All 3 were well-liked. The pesto was unusual with chicken, bacon, pesto & ranch dressing. It was a good combination of flavors. We had to wait again to pay our check. Once again there was one waiter & several busboys. It is definitely a problem that one waiter covers a large restaurant. What can't be denied is that this is the nicest pizza restaurant possible with fantastic views. As well as upscale decorating. The history of the restaurant is that it was the Bali Hai, a fine dining experience. Then it closed for a number of years when there was a kitchen fire. Not sure why the investors didn't choose to bring back the Bali Hai or another upscale restaurant. While we enjoy Wikipizza, I'd rather have an upscale restaurant. read more

I absolutely loved that they had valet parking. When we arrived at Wiki Pizza it took awhile to get seated although they weren't busy. The interior is HUGE and it would be an ideal place to dine while watching sports as there were a lot of big screen TV's throughout. The food came out fairly quickly and the thin crust pizza was so ono with the perfect crust that was crispy however the Sicilian style pizza also did not disappoint. We got the Spicy Pepe Sicilian and Wiki Supreme. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning when we get back to Kauai. read more

Let's be very clear about this and bring on the hate...anyone who gave this place 1 star in their review for service and timeliness needs to pump the brakes and get a life. ANY ESTABLISHMENT is subject to the staff they have to work with not what we WANT THEM to have. There was a BIG sign at the front desk with a warning that they were short staffed and wait times could be expected. This was the case for our visit too. The difference is we expected it and soaked up the gorgeous view and family time. Mike met us at the front desk and let us know of the circumstances. He gave us a table to wait at and assured we would be seated as soon as one became available. We waited about half an hour and the wait was worth it as we got a table against the glass overlooking Hanalei Bay. Merari was our waitress and she was delightful and sweet. She apologized profusely without making excuses and she hustled all night table to table. Checking in as often as she could. Since we had the 30 mins head start we knew exactly what we wanted. At the End of the Day we got garlic knots, a Cesar, the Margarita and a Wiki Supreme all for $130 with tip. We got great service and an amazing sunset. It wasn't world changing pizza but was solid and we really enjoyed our experience. Anyone who rates a one star is a Karen who needs to remember their ALOHA! read more

Really good pizza. We had the thin crust Tuscany but we removed the feta cheese and spinach and added sausage. A medium is perfect for two people. Nice beers on tap. Service was a little slow but there were only two servers and they were working hard. Really nice view of the sunset over the water. Great location in Princeville in the HBR. You can call in or eat at the restaurant. Inside has a fabulous view of Bali Hai. You are unable to get a half of different pizzas so know that going in. We had the rock and it was good, not fabulous, but solid. We had the garlic knots and they were laughable. They were so small. They have the scenic location down that's for sure. We are staying a few days at the Princeville Westin and asked the concierge about pizza. She raved about Wiki Pizza so we decided to give it a try. We missed the sunset but still enjoyed sitting on the lanai. It was not crowded. I believe they do a lot of take-out. The pizza choices are ample ...we ordered the Rock. The service was good and we were surprised to have our pizza in about 8 minutes. We enjoyed every bite. The restaurant is in the Hanalei Bay Hotel. Do not try to self park. The valet is free. I have yet to find fantastic pizza in Hawaii, but I'm pretty sure this is the best pizza on Kauai, hands down. We were staying at the Hanalei Bay Resort and were happy to find the old Bali Hai restaurant reopened as Wikipizza so that we could eat without leaving the resort and take in the excellent view. We ordered a 14-inch Wiki Supreme minus the red onions. It was very tasty, the service was friendly, and the view was incredible. Although the prices are Hawaii prices, they're not as bad as you might expect for dining at a resort property. I would highly recommend giving this place a try, especially if you are staying at the resort. read more
