First time in GA, First time at wild Crab, Hostess was great wish I remembered her name but super friendly and really cute! As soon as we told her we were visiting from NY she smiled super big and gave us wishes for a great time! Our waitress also really sweet, checked on the New England chowder for me as I don't eat pork and since it had bacon she came back and advised she didn't add to our app order. Drinks were great and strong lol boil over all was super tasty, fresh and when they say medium heat they really mean medium heat lol! One of the best boils I have had in a long time. Will be back on our next visit.

Definitely disappointed with the price point and quality of the food. I paid almost $26 for some shrimp and chicken wings. Not only was I SEVERELY overcharges for 8 tiny pieces of shrimp. The batter was barely on and the shrimp was not high quality. As a chef it was very disheartening to eat. THEN I looked at my receipt and realized that I paid $15 for the SHRIMP ALONE! The wings weren't any better. They were tiny, over fried, flavor was ok , but not anything special. I would've been better off going to the hood wing spot than stopping here. Words of advice just keep driving .

We were a Late arrival after long day of travel. Our server Michelle was friendly and welcoming. We had southern style dinner in a Cajun style, a NOLA vibe. Our was seafood boiled in bags with a variety of seasoning options, then served with buckets and pans. Had to extract mine and shake it off before the butter soaked in. Hush puppies were delicious served with a spicy " Bang, Bang" sauce. Interesting and fun experience... Michelle, our server did a great job helping us figure out what we were doing!

Went to the Hiram location. I wasn't really impressed. We started off the cheese sticks. They came out in 4 mins. I bit right thru it. Meaning, no string of cheese hanging thru from bite. Either it wasn't cooked or it's microwaved. I asked about spinach dip since I saw it on Instagram. They didn't have it at this location. Next, I ordered a shrimp po boy. It looked good, but It was luke warm as well as the fries. It was filled with salad shrimp. A bunch of little shrimp. Batter fell off of majority of them. Fresh? I doubt it. My husband had a boil. He said it was ok. The sauce was more spicy than anything (he ordered mild). We ate and left. I not pressed on going back to this one but I may try the other location.

I really had HIGH hopes for this place since we finally got a crab spot in the country. Of course I read all the Yelp reviews but wanted to experience it for myself. I ordered take out, the crab legs and crawfish bag. The customer service from the time you walked in was amazing. The young ladies were very welcoming. My food was ready upon my arrival. Long story short, we I got home to get it, unfortunately I found hair in the bag. Hair on food for me is very unsanitary. I called to advise and again, the hostess and the manager were very understanding. We suggested maybe wear hair nets since this isn't the first time I've seen a review about hair in their food. Unfortunately, I probably couldn't stomach eating from here again because of the hair situation. I initially would have only given one star because we have to but I gave them two because of their great customer service.

I had been very excited to eat here for my first time. So we waited for my daughters birthday to try it out. We showed up at 5:00 trying to beat the larger dinner crowd and even though we were first on the waiting list it took 25 mins to get seated. Then it took another 13 mins before a server approached us. We ordered 4 5 lb Dungeness Crab pots. It comes with 2 small potatoes and a small corn on the cob. You can't substitute any of these so I ordered a $2 side of Cole slaw that came in this tiny cup. It's about 2 oz of slaw. Food was ok but nothing fancy they serve it to you in a plastic bag. It wasn't worth the total bill of $138 (before tip and no drinks just water). It's too expensive for the amount of food and the poor quality of service and food. Unfortunately I don't see us going back.

Got home after I couldn't eat all of my food Selection C: Snow Crab, Shrimp head off, extra side of Potatoes. I get home to transfer my leftovers from the bag to a plastic container for lunch and found this long Caucasian person's hair embedded in the shrimp & potatoes I'm African American, so it's not mine. I'm so disappointed as this place just opened less than 2 weeks ago; and conveniently located to my subdivision. I would highly suggest hair nets and ensure the workers wear gloves! This is very disturbing for a NEW location. **I left a voicemail on last evening as no one answered their phone. Just attempted again 3:46pm the next day....no answer.

We were originally going to dine in for Hibachi, but this location also serves AYCE( all you can eat) KBBQ & Hot pot. It is one big restaurant, but it has a hibachi and sushi side, as well as a Korean barbecue and hot pot side. So if you want Korean barbecue, it's gonna be on the other side of the building. They can't bring hibachi/sushi menu foods to your table if you do the Korean barbecue and hot pot, and vice versa. I'm not the biggest fan of places like KPOT/kbbq & hot pot, but my friend was visiting us from out of the country. He insisted we do the kbbq & hot pot side of the restaurant. I do like volcano, restaurants, even though I don't typically like doing both barbecue and hot pot I decided to give volcano a chance. The reason why I don't like these places is because the meat is usually cut too thin so it's better to be on hot pot. But the seasoning and the hot pot is usually not the best so it's better to eat it on the grill . I opted to do only the Korean barbecue only, but if you want hot pot, it's a five dollar up charge. You can't just do only hot pot. My friend ended up getting both because he really wanted to try hot pot. Despite the name being korean barbecue, they actually had a lot of Chinese seasoning. If you look in the picture below, there is a Chinese barbecue seasoning. It's delicious. I love this dry rub that you can dip your meat into. I seriously think the dry rub was the best seasoning they had on the sauce bar. The sauce bar you could make your own sauces, as well as get some Korean side dishes, like kimchi and radish. They also have a small buffet area where they have noodles, Rangoon, dumplings, french fries, chicken nuggets. I really like their stirfry noodles. It was really flavorful! I highly recommend also getting some of the appetizers on the menu that is not on the buffet. They have corn cheese,Ramen, Korean rice cakes, veggie dishes, and more. I really liked the beef radish stew. I think I had four bowls of this. It was delicious, the beef was so tender, and the broth was just so flavorful. It's funny because my friend also tried the soup and he agreed the beef soup had more flavor than his hot pot . I did notice a problem with the meat being too thin for the grill because it burnt very fast and it sometimes stuck to the grill, but it wasn't as bad as their competitors K-Pot kbbq. Our server was very kind enough to change the grill anytime it got super dirty or if too much meat stuck on the grill. I also liked that the grill was really hot and it actually cooked our food. This is the main reason why I don't do both. I prefer going to a restaurant that specializes in Korean barbecue or go to a restaurant that specializes in hot pot. Despite our grill being very hot, I noticed mine friends hot pot took a long time to boil. I made sure his stove was actually on and it was on the highest setting. I took about an hour for his hot pot to actually start boiling, they do bring in pimping hot pot broth at the beginning. He was still able to cook his meats, but vegetables and thicker cuts of meat, took him a long time to cook. Oddly enough, the star of the show for us was the drinks and the desserts. We ordered three lychee bubble tea. It is a little on the sweeter side so I would mix it in with a little water or ask for a less sugar. But it was really refreshing and delicious. They have a few desserts like Chinese donuts, sesame balls, and a whole ice cream cooler. The ice cream was great. It's individually wrapped, and had three flavors, vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. Their service here is very nice. I was greeted by other servers and staff. I also like seeing that they feed the staff. There was a little corner where the staff was able to eat, which always makes me so happy to know that they take care of the them. Would I come here again? Probably but I'm sticking to only Korean barbecue. Only because the hot pot took forever to actually boil, and I preferred the dry rub which taste better with grilled meats. I would come here often if it was Korean barbecue with revolving sushi. I love volcano's sushi, and if they did Korean barbecue with it. That is a dangerous combo for me. I would be here every weekend.
