Wild Ginger is a beautiful restaurant, perfect for any occasion. The food was delicious and fresh. We ordered a white sauce to go on the side of the poke bowl. It is plain, so you may want a sauce on the side. I prefer that then having it drenched in sauce that I may not love. We will definitely be back. One day I got Phad Thai with scallops. There were only 4-6 scallops, but they were cooked correctly and the dish was tasty. Another day I took my husband for supper. He had red curry (tasty after he stirred it) and fried rice but said the rice didn't taste like it was fried. I had California rolls (good), miso soup (the best I've ever had), and spring rolls. I would call them summer rolls because the shell was uncooked rice paper. They were huge and had shrimp, ground pork, and mint in with the shredded lettuce. Dropped in a few weeks after opening for a late lunch, around 2:10pm. Specials were on until 3pm but you can order off the dinner menu as well. The place is new, clean, well designed and decorated . The hostess greeted us immediately and escorted the two of us to a table, where the server presented herself within a few short minutes, handed us menus. After the appropriate amount of time, she returned and took our drink order. Then returned with our drinks in a timely manner. She asked if we were ready to order; we had both chosen the Poke bowls, mine salmon (raw) and hers was grilled chicken. We could choose from a large variety of vegetables and other items to compliment our poke. The food came out without delay and it was an amount that was suitable for the $13 price. After reading reviews I ordered pickup. The host was friendly and took my order promptly. Said it would take 25 mins but was actually done once we arrived however I was so disappointed in first price, for 2 sweet potatoes rolls and one veggie roll it was 24 dollars!! I've never paid so much for 3 vegetables rolls. Second the sweet potatoe was hard and undercooked. I was so disappointed I wanted veggie rolls but spent so much and had to throw it away. Not ordering again way to expensive. The sweet potatoe was 6 dollars for one! Not even in NYC where I'm from have I ever spent so much. There's better sushi places around. read more

Stopped in for lunch and was warmly greeted and sat. Service was very attentive. I ordered the two roll lunch with aspicy tuna and an Alaska roll. Beautiful restaurant that looks small from the outside but is quite large in the inside. Decorated modern and tastefully Asian, it's quite relaxing. Service was above par and food was quite good. After living in Japan we have certain staples that we enjoy and we tried the Vegetable and Tofu Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen. They were both perfect and reasonably priced. We also decided to try a Chefs pick 12 piece shusi platter. All was extremely fresh and the cuts of fish were thicker than normal. Hot Green tea was our drink for the meal. Total bill was around $48. Really good place to grab some different cuisine! Great location too. We get the Krab Rangoon which wasn't as cream cheesy as I've had before, a little more eggy but still really good! We came for the ramen and were pleasantly surprised. Good serving size, couldn't finish it all and great flavor! Tried to the tofu one because it hadn't been rated before but I enjoyed it a lot. Just enough tofu and the eggs were amazing. Wasn't too busy so everything came out in good timing but I could definitely see them getting a little packed and understaffed. Have never been before and will definitely be back assuming they accept my apology. Let me take a moment to explain. In my household everything is "Due to COVID" or "Hold the COVID" - it's a running joke. I ordered food last night and wrote in the special instructions to "Hold the COVID" thinking my brother would be picking up the order, see it and have a chuckle. Well I picked up the order, the hostess inquired about the instructions, I giggled behind my mask, vaguely explained myself, got in the car and put 2 and 2 together.
