The vegan cheese is okay and if I could, I would like to provide the Pizza Twist with these helpful hints. To get the vegan cheese to be meltier, let it sit out at room temperature. I was greeted by a sweet gal behind the counter. She grabbed a slice of pep and got it right to the oven to heat that baby up. She got my niece's drink all taken care of and then boxed up my slice. You can't go wrong having a slice at this joint or grabbing a whole pie to go. Guido's has never disappointed us. The pies are always good and the staff is always great! My wife likes bland so the one she ordered she ate. I like flavor. My pizza came back pretty much the way I sent it so I stopped eating and when she was done we quietly left never to return.
