I bought two games and took them home staff was super nice. i tried to play both games than found…read moreout one was not backwards compatible and the second didn't pop up at all, all though it is backwards compatible and was completely scratched. i decided to take them back and said the issues with them i was told she didn't have much knowledge on the xbox games which is totally fine but i expected there to be someone there that knew something in order to help. while waiting around to get my discs buffed i heard them telling another customer that they do not test the games in the shop and i believe they have a 30 day return policy. we came home and my backwards compatible game still does not work a single bit and i had to do plenty of research to find out what was wrong with my other game then came to find out the disc even has a crack in it. i had previously lived in oregon and each game shop out there always tested and cleaned up their games before selling them. i don't blame the kind staff whatsoever i think the owners/management should definitely require the games to be inspected before trading or buying and cleaned up before selling. the store would have more time to focus on making items ready to sell in good condition if they didn't have so many people coming in for defective items sold to them. as i am writing this we are trying to get another xbox game from this shop to work and it has now completely shut off my console and it wouldn't turn back on for awhile this has never happened with any of my other discs.

Also, lots of used, sometimes old and broken music equipment that are full priced; stuff that's $50-$150, that you'd realistically find at Goodwill for $10-$20. Some of the CDs are over $15 which is insane, considering the CDs they have aren't even organized; and 90% of them are bands/artists I literally have never seen. I will still show up every week for movies, but they need to rename it to Zia Video; because the DVD selection is actually the only reason I go now. I've found countless films I really want every time I've gone and I still haven't explored more than 15% of the shelves there.

There were also some new and used Blu-rays, they sold 4k, DVDs. The store was a good size so, make sure you plan for some time away. After spending a good 2 hours going through some of the vinyls (there's two levels and we barely made a dent), we walked away with several vinyls (2 used and 3 new) and some used blurays. You could spend about $5.99 on average for used vinyls and $30-$40 for brand new. Total cost: $140 after taxes. I'm definitely coming back for sure!

Now I typically do not care as long as I really want the cards and i love supporting businesses with good ethics. But when I had asked the woman to see my cards, she had already passed a look to me. I told her that I wanted to see my cards, we could move to the side and that she could help the next customer behind me. I guess she had a hard time understanding what I meant, because she caught even bigger attitude when she asked "did you mean weren't ready when you wanted to look at your cards" in a very condescending tone. Okay, cool you finally understand me! I laughed out loud at the audacity, but I said to her again, "well i did say you could take the next customer so we could look at the cards" and she threw whatever was in her hands on the counter and called for the next customer. At that point I felt gross from her attitude so I just dropped everything and said "you know what, we're good I'm not getting shit here we're leaving" and yes, before I left I told my cousin that "no i'm not getting anything anymore, the lady is being a bitch" out loud so she could hear. not nice, no, but felt justified considering I was being judged for triple checking some overpriced cards. I advised him of my issue and he stated he could not help me, in a patronizing way. I was stunned by the sheer bluntness. No help, no solutions, no direction to maybe get my issue fixed. This is the first time staying here and I am really pleased!…read more The staff at check in and valet are super friendly! The lobby is gorgeous. Lots of Raiders memorabilia. ( I'm a fan....so ) but wait!... the scent as you walk in, very slightly there, and I can't even name it, but it's PERFECT. We got a room facing the strip for the night lights, however the sunrise was the real show stopper. There are some really comfy chairs to sit right at the floor to ceiling window to take it all in ... or you can see it from the comfort of your bed. What was missing was a coffee maker and robes in the room. I like to have a cup when I wake up. We are not big gamblers, more people watchers, so we walked through the casino. I did not notice one cocktail waitress on the floor. Is this a new thing? A few ( and only a few) people had drinks. The bathroom is spacious and has all the things!!! I love a tub in a hotel and this tub is the perfect size and angle to lay your head back for the ultimate soak. There is a tv screen in the mirror for your morning news or music videos.... Or a window shade that can go up or down for privacy or to look directly through the room out to that view I mentioned. Ahhh. If you come, be sure to visit baby cakes ( they're in house sweets shop- conveniently located on your way to the elevators ) for gelato or ultimate baked deliciousness or coffee drinks omg it's dangerous.... Overall, a lovely hotel off the strip ( but close enough) at a great price. We will return!

I went to M for a concert and was greatly disappointed in the whole experience…read more I understand that M is not entirely responsible for every aspect of the concert experience but there are a few things worth mentioning. I'll start with the parking and the way traffic was directed. For this specific concert it was very confusing, and the lack of signage did not help. Getting out of the parking garage was the most difficult and it took about 30 minutes. Also, when the concert was announced online, there was no mention that it would be held at the pool. So this concert was held by the pool in 107° weather and it was not fun at all. I could be wrong about this, but the band only played 1 hour 20 minutes and I think it's because it was so darn hot. And I was not happy about this at all. If I was overheating being in the audience, I can't even imagine how much hotter it was up on stage with the lights, smoke, leather pants... lol. So in the future, if there is a concert held at the M I would make sure to research and make sure that it's not at the pool in summer. So basically, I paid $175 per ticket to go see a band at the pool totally not worth it especially since they only played less than two hours. For those who wanna know I saw Stone Temple Pilots and unfortunately it was not worth my time or money. After this experience, not only will I probably never go to the M resort to see a concert, but I also will never again go and see Stone Temple Pilots. If you're gonna pay almost $200 per ticket and spend three hours of your time preparing and driving there you gotta at least give me two hours of your time for it to be worth what you're charging. The other thing I want to mention is the security guards and customer service staff weren't very efficient in crowd control. People were just gathering right in front of us who paid $175 for their tickets and it took about 30 minutes to get all these clowns out of the way so the rest of us could enjoy the concert. In my personal opinion this might've been one of the worst concerts I've ever been to and it really left a bad taste in my mouth concerning STP. Sadly I believe STP died the day the original front man died. RIP Scott Weiland. You are greatly missed.
