You are greeted when you come in and finding someone to help us was not hard. We were here on a weekday, so I don't know if it gets crowded on the weekends. We had need for a few things and our salesperson was great. He knew where everything was and spent a good amount of time with us. Check out is easy and so are returns. There is plenty of parking and someone will help you load your stuff if you need that. The prices are good, not great, but good. They have a great selection of unlocked phones and everything you need to walk it to your carrier and get it all set up. We found the Geek Squad to be uninformed and not helpful, thus 4 stars instead of 5. We will be back.

And right then and there, I knew I had to get my PS3 repaired from these guys, and it was for a pretty niche repair. It was to fix the wifi/bt module, which ultimately got replaced, with, in my opinion, a quick turnaround of two weeks. It's only been a day, but the PS3 is fully functional again, and I was informed of a warranty which truly reflects the confidence and quality behind their work :o). Thank you again !!

You're sitting there staring at this game thinking this is the coolest thing you've ever seen. That feeling is exactly what this place brings back. I came in looking for a PS2 for my boyfriend's birthday and, honestly, I know almost nothing about video games. I was a little intimidated, but these guys were great. They knew their stuff, explained everything, and actually cared about helping me find the right thing instead of just making a sale. I had my 8-month-old with me, and they were super welcoming. I walked out with the perfect gift, and my boyfriend was absolutely ecstatic. You can tell these guys grew up loving games and never lost that excitement. I came here in need of a few necessary items, among them a new unlocked mobile/cell phone that was solid and affordable, as well as a 16gb flash drive that could hold a good deal of Ring Vids, and other data. To be quite honest, I didn't know where to start, and that's when I was approached by the CSA (Customer Service All Star) for this experience. Nick (pictured) went above and beyond, coming back with a solid Motorola phone (a tad above a c-note and unlocked) as well as a great option for the flash drive. According to Nick, the Moto G 2024 is a solid choice for those of us old-school Android phone users, who can't contemplate spending more than a few hundred bucks on a phone-regardless of its specs. Their selection of All In One desk computers is not great, but they have more than some. And the salespeople are trained and know what they are selling. They take their time with every customer. I would give them a 5 but their Geek Squad is not the best and I can't recommend them. I am sure they are great for simple things. Not only does he have a vast knowledge vintage stereo equipment, he also knows the specifics of each brand. Ned's diagnostic skills are unmatched and he admits that he gets great joy out of fixing things "the right way". Ned checks everything thoroughly and will not return it to you until he does. Upon completion of the repair he spent 30 minutes educating me on what to do to extend the life of my stereo receiver. So if you need something fixed you can't go wrong with Ned.
