    Asparagus and goat cheese salad.
    Bill M.

A great off-the-beaten-path brewery and restaurant that you don't have to be a Will or Bill to enjoy! Will & Bill's is one of those brewery restaurants that you'll find within a shopping center, further away from a shopping mall like KOP. As such, it's not a spot that this Bill has made it out to all that often, but I've been three different times, which provided three different good experiences that spoke to the diverse things that it's brought to the table. On my first experience, we were outside-inside since winter reinforced their outdoor seating area with an insulated and heated tent and enjoyed a Buddha Bowl filled with Asian noodles, spicy shrimp, and all the umami! On my second experience, this Bill brought a Will to the huge main dining room, where I enjoyed a cedar plank salmon with broccoli and whipped potatoes. On my last visit, we were enjoying 4th of July Happy Hour in their HUGE bar space before the fireworks, and so long as it involved deals on drafts and food like devil eggs with crab & caviar, I'm going to have to do happy hour there more often! And for the main event of that evening, I had the best salad ever with the Trade Winds salad with asparagus, mango salsa, mandarin orange, sliced almonds, and goat cheese! As a brewery, they have their own beers like a Tartan IPA and a Honey Barrel Amber Ale. But they also have guest taps from other breweries and a vast amount of wine, cocktails, and spirits to choose from. As my three visits have shown, it's a great option for all kinds of dining experiences so long as you're willing to make a bit of an extra drive. Bonus points go to the Ben Franklin blowing bubblegum wallpaper in the bathroom!

We only stopped in for beers this time to check it out. Service was good. The menu looks nice, I'd like to come back for lunch. It's really cute inside.

Parker House Rolls for the Table - I think the roll was "meh" and the butter, which looked like it would be soft, was pretty hard.

I started with the French onion soup. Really, really good. It's the second best I've ever had (the best being a diner in Bayonne, NJ, believe it or not). The broth here is excellent with lots of cheese and a tasty bread inside the large bowl. The onions were cooked well and were flavorful. And the crock is topped with a serving of fried onions on top. Outstanding! The soup is delicious and really filling and a great value at $10. I also got the Trade Winds salad, which is asparagus spears (prepared well - not mushy at all), greens, mango salsa, slivered almonds, mandarin oranges, tomato, goat cheese, and a blood orange vinaigrette. The salad is very large and delicious. It could have used a bit more dressing, or perhaps I should have mixed the salad a bit before eating. The first few bites had just a hint of dressing and then, after I mushed things a bit, the dressing at the bottom of the plate coated things more evenly. My partner started with Butternut Squash soup. Excellent. And got a Cobb Salad. They said the salad was very tasty and also very filling. The service was excellent. Truly excellent service as far as being welcomed, suggestions made, plate clearing and water being refilled and us just being made to feel welcome. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. Elegant but in a friendly way. A pianist plays live music Friday and Saturdays for a few hours. We had a chance to enjoy that tonight. There are pictures of men on the walls throughout the restaurant, and it took us a minute to figure out that they were pictures of famous people named Bill or Will. Nice touch. We liked this place very much and if we lived around here would definitely come back and try other items. Except for the onion soup. I'd get the onion soup every time.

I'm going to add a better review a bit later. For whatever reason the photos won't upload until I do this. My experience was 4 Stars overall.

This is one of my favorite brewery and sports pub i visited on quite some time. This boasts a huge private parking lot that is well lit. As you park you can see that they do have outdoor seating with covered and heaters around. As you enter the restaurant you will be greeted and seated. The serves here are with great customer service attitude and so is the owner/manager of the place. The drinks option here is great and with lot of choices for everyone. Their house specials are great. Their wines collection is quite impressive too. Food options were plenty with wings, wraps, cheese steaks. Then for vegetarians there is plenty of options too we tried baba ghanoush and everyone liked it. The prices are just right. The ambiance and decor was great, very lively and fits all crowd. The restaurant was fully packed when we visited and the service is super fast. Perfect for small and large gatherings too. Try this place and you will leave happy.

Really good food in a cute, inviting bar. Solid service. I did the lunch combo of shrimp cakes with rice and veggies. The shrimp cakes were great and perfect for lunch, very light and fluffy, not heavy like crab cakes. Husband did the London tikka Masala which was also very good. Portion sizes were both huge, especially for lunch! We look forward to coming back.

We absolutely loved lunch at Wills & Bills! We sat at the bar and the bartender Brigette was so nice. The potstickers were amazing for an appetizer. I got the Genovese Pappardelle and it was delicious and my husband enjoyed the burger. The decor was so modern and chic, we really loved it.

    Buddah Buddha Bowl

Loved it when it was mckenzies and still miss it, but Will and Bills is basically and elevated Mckenzies with all the best food on their menu plus some! We went tonight specifically for the Buddah bowl. We were not disappointed!! We also had the squash soup and it was amazing. Great service from our waiter, Maxwell! Perfect night out.

How would this be for a wedding rehearsal on a Thursday night? Could dogs attend under the covered patio?

Yes, we've done many rehearsal dinners on our patio and we do allow dogs. Feel free to email our event coordinator Zoe to set up a time to chat. zoe@wills-bills.com

Walking in the hostesses greeted us and asked to take our coats and umbrellas. They were very complimentary of us and also gave me a single stem rose when they heard it was my birthday. Walking to our table we were able to take in the overall beauty and romantic ambiance in every room which was exactly what I hoped for. Our waiter and the staff were very attentive throughout the night and wanted to ensure we wanted for nothing. The food from the complimentary bread, olive, olive oil and prosciutto to the cocktails to the entrees and cannoli for dessert were a 10/10! We had not a single recommendation for improvement. After dinner we popped into the piano lounge for a night cap and to listen to the band. The lounge itself is sooo chic and plush!!! And the wait staff and bartenders are all top tier...they truly know how to create and overall start to finish fine dining experience. Oh and the band was fun! They asked for (& got) crowd participation which was fun to watch. This was 100% an overall romantic and fun fine dining experience and we already said we're coming back!

They were very accommodating and prompt in communication. I was a long-distance bride, so having their punctual responses to emails / phone calls was very important to me. They showed up early on the day-of, had everything set up on time, and even set up an outdoor sound system for my ceremony music (my family performed, but they came through with a full sound system, keyboard, and speakers). My family isn't really a DJ family, so I was looking for something more unique and personal. I listened to a few multiple-piece bands, but I couldn't really tell them apart. Then I found Cutting Edge - they were exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated that they were interactive and read the audience very well. They played piano renditions of whatever songs were requested, which made it even better. There were songs that I never would've thought could've been played on the piano - but they were awesome versions, even better than the original! They did a lot of fun dueling pianos-things, and even made my husband stand up and sing the chorus to "Let It Go" from Frozen, because one of the toasts mentioned that he knew the words to the song. They played and sang, then put him on the spot when the chorus came and just stopped singing. Everyone loved it! You could never do that with a DJ! I got so many compliments on their performance, and really, I can't emphasize enough how different it was that even my aunts and uncles were out on the floor dancing. It was so unique and fun; I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who's interested.

The new nightclub, WAV, was open that night. I had no interest in clubbing, but noticed an email offering free and discounted cover. About a dozen people sat around Monkey Bar. A sign said that the dueling piano bar would be open at 10pm. Everything else appeared closed. Garces is no longer handling the catering. The website sucks so I don't know what the deal with the T Street food is. It should have been a lively, hot scene rather than a desolate ghost town. They offered sample sizes of some of the food they plan to offer and it was nothing to write home about. In fact so much so that I'll leave the food details at just that. It's what I expect to be overpriced pub food (price list or menu wasn't given to us) and with several locations it didn't feel as if any actually offered a variety of food. Pub, pub, everywhere. The concept is there but T Street offers no form of originality that makes it worth going to in place of similar places. In fact, with the location in a mall I actually felt that the venue and placement was a bit awkward. While there is no place quite like it in Atlantic City I don't find that it'll be a location to really drive in visitors. Let's face it, AC is a dying city and well in need of attractions to bring tourists and money back into the area. Perhaps when it's completely finished it will better represent the vision. I personally felt the venue was one-dimensional and for the amount of space could've offered a greater variety of music/food to fit various preferences. For now, I can say the live music is a nice addition. In some places it was played so deafeningly loud that it was difficult to really sit, eat and converse if that's what you chose to do. However, If that's your scene you'll likely enjoy it but its also worth noting that the majority of music was country/bluegrass. The drinks were okay. There were no specialty drinks/menu offered but the bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable at preparing classics. As of right now this is not on my must do list for when I visit AC and doubt it will ever be. However, I will be fair and return when the venue is completely finished and possibly update my review.
