This is a hidden gem! It's a bit of drive but totally worth it. I've been here quite a few times now and I get a little jealous of people who live in nearby neighbourhood I love love the apple pie/tart. It's delicate and has a perfect balance of apple and cinnamon. You can taste the apple's tartness and fruitiness. The croissants and other pastries are buttery and crispy, you can tell the owner used good ingredients. I would definitely travel a bit just for the pastries. I also had avocado and egg on toast and it was delicious but it was gone before I remember to take a picture. You should definitely try this place if you like good pastries! read more

I've only stopped in here once while I was in the area, and granted I was "spa drunk" from getting a massage, but the iced caramel latte was literally the best latte I've ever had in my life. I cannot do dairy and had to order oat milk, as that was all they had at the time that was dairy free, even though I don't even like oat milk, and it was still the absolute best latte I've ever had. Although you could drive past it in the blink of an eye, and not the greatest parking situation, but it was certainly a gem of a place to fine. Interior is clean, cozy, and relaxing. They have a full menu of various coffees to choose from, and the presentation was only out done by the flavor. You order at the desk, grab a seat and they bring it to you. Unfortunately I won't be back. My experience here was one bad thing after another. I first ordered the honey vanilla latte and then I was told they just ran out of honey... honey is one of those staples you should have stocked seeing as it never spoils right? Just saying lol so instead I ordered the vanilla brown sugar latte and I asked for it to be iced. Comes out to $10 so it better be good! Now while I wait for the drink to be made I take in the rest of the shop. There are empty milk cases stacked everywhere so it's hard to find a place to stand. Then a huge group of people come in and I'm forced to lean into their bookshelf against the wall because there's nowhere else for me to go. Even though there are 4 people working, I'm noticing that it's only one guy making the coffee and good lord, this guy moves at a snail's pace. I'm not expecting Starbucks-level turnaround time, but let's see a sense of urgency! I'm watching him finally prepare my drink and he's making it in a hot cup even though I asked for iced. Then I see him take a lid off of a container and tong out a huge cube of ice and drop it in the cup. I'm starting to feel cheated and ripped off because cups made for iced drinks end up being a little bigger to account for the liquid DISPLACED BY THE ICE. So not only did I pay $10 for a second-choice latte, but I'm getting less of it because this place doesn't have cold drink cups. I finally get my latte and things go from bad to worse. This drink is FOUL. It tastes burnt. And no taste or hint of vanilla or brown sugar. When I tell you I just walked out of there in complete disbelief. When I got home I added some agave and extra milk to try to save it, but even then it was a lost cause. Sorry William's, you're just another place that used part of their small business loan to buy an espresso machine with no formal training and you think you can charge $10 for a drink. read more

I came here twice (2x) and I do not think it's that great. I tried the Iced Vanilla Latte and the Iced Mocha Latte and neither of the lattes were good. The staff is okay. Some of them are friendly while others not so much. They do not have trash bins inside or outside the restaurant. Also, their menus are not hung up on a wall or hung up by the cash register. So, you will not know what they have until you get up the registrar; which is where they have the menu printed on a computer paper. read more

My Saturday isn't complete without a trip to William's. There's something about this little neighborhood spot that doesn't disappoint. I can always rely on them to have wonderfully fresh pastries that are made in house. The staff and services always absolutely friendly, asking you how your day is or giving you their best suggestion for a coffee that day. The one thing, though, that keeps me coming back as the ambience of the beautiful Arizona desert, and how their coffee shop really feels like home. Getting a chance to sit down and enjoy my Saturday morning or any morning for that matter that I visit, is such a treat. This is a great stop on the way to Sedona if you are headed up that way. Grab a pastry and a freshly baked croissant and head through the desert and enjoy the beautiful scenic route. I've been to a lot of coffee shops in the valley and this place takes the cake for worst and most overpriced coffee I've ever had. I have honestly never seen coffee cups smaller than at this place, it's the perfect size for a baby and also $7 which is absurd. a small sized latte was $9. the coffee itself was just not good, asked for almond milk and they gave me oat milk, didn't ask for a remake since the service took almost 15 minutes when only one customer was in front of us in line. overall terrible experience and I wouldn't bother trying this place out, bummer. read more

So cute! Saw this on yelps top 100 coffee shops in the US and Canada and I hadn't been there before! When I first arrived there was a line out the door! So I went and got my groceries, came back and the line wash shorter but still out the door. The wait wasn't crazy long though. I ordered a honey rose matcha but she gave me a honey rose latte instead, which is ok because I like those too! I did get it iced but it was pretty watery I thought. It wasn't bad though at all! And it's really cute in there, I love the light fixtures. Would be nice to sip a coffee or tea outside when it's a little cooler out! The barista was sweet too. Would come back. read more

I was also happy to see the 5 star rating on Yelp. I ordered a medium Americano with steamed milk, an apple pop tart and cinnamon roll. Everything was delicious! First time coming to this cafe. Was on this side of town and decide to have breakfast. So glad I came!! Love the relaxed environment. So nice to see a truly simple, healthy menu for a change. Fresh squeezed Orange and . Plain ol' good cup of coffee...delicious! Had the French Garden omelet with added jalapeños yum!! Awesome little book store!! Stopped at this little coffee shop on the way to Sedona. Way better than Starbucks!!! I got a Cappuccino and it was perfect. Their coffee beans are roasted in house and you can definitely taste the quality. I also got a chocolate croissant and it was super flaky and with gooey chocolate inside. There were no crumbs left. Williams Coffee is one of my favorite places to stop by on a weekend. The staff is very courteous and kind. I always order an americano with cream and hazelnut and often will add a pastry (usually a homemade pop-tart) they often have deals on pastries so it's hard to leave with just one. This shop is a real gem for this area to have and the owner is a totally humble guy. They also have a cool rewards program so that way you have no excuses when it's time to stop going to corporate coffee and start supporting this amazing local shop. They also sell some great books inside and although they don't have a ton of seating they do also have outdoor seating available. Definitely worth a stop! read more

I stopped by Williams Coffee Co today and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was fresh and the delicious aroma of coffee beans roasting filled the air. The staff including William himself (the founder) and his team were professional and friendly. They even remembered my name after working on my laptop a few hours (they have free wifi and it works fast!!). Besides the good service and delicious americano, I enjoyed looking through the book store and assortment of plants and trees out front. I also had a couple pastries and one of the regulars let me in on a little secret... They normally have a chef from france and the food is supposed to be out of this world good (well tbh they said better than anything in America they ever had before)! All for now! I have been slacking on my reviews lately! Can't believe I've been going to Williams Coffee Co for over a year now and have yet to write about how amazing and refreshing it is! Living up in Suburbia has been quite the shock for my wife and I as we have always been used to living in more urban parts of cities (Living in Urban Portland, OR during Covid really scarred us). We have always been used to a plethora of local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques etc. When we moved to the Suburbs we were shocked at how our lives went from local bars and restaurants to Red Robins and Starbucks (no offense RR, those steak fries are still bomb). Stumbling upon Williams Coffee has really given us a breath of fresh air. Not only is the vibe quaint, but the coffee is absolutely amazing. Not too sweet, not overloaded with milk, and you actually get to taste the goodness of their coffee (if you're a Michael Scott type and want cream and sugar only I would suggest Dutch Bros instead). Not only is the coffee great, but about 90 percent of the time we go in there there is a gentleman that is always behind the counter greeting people and making coffee (I'm thinking potentially the owner of the shop?). You can see the pride and care that goes into the product being served, which really means a lot! Keep it up Williams, you have won our business that's for sure! read more

The owner of this spot definitely has a point of view on the kind of space they wanted to curate and have done a great job of it. The food was delicious, we tried two kinds of quiche, and they had a delectable assortment of pastries. Being totally honest, I wasn't a huge fan of the cold brew. It tasted like hot coffee that got old and was poured over ice. Not great flavor and pretty watered down. That being said, we will be back to give it another shot, maybe it was an off day. This place is one of the best & most authentic coffee places I've been to in the United States. Coffee in the USA is sugary & has mainstream flavors. Williams cappuccino has come as close to the way the cappuccinos I had in rural Italy tasted. Their flavors are pungent & bold. If you are looking for a Starbucks Chai, a Scooters Caramel Cookie Sugar rush or fake matcha this place isn't for you. If you like real espresso with bold flavors I can not recommend this place enough. I'll miss it when we go back to OK to our summer home. read more

I was pleasantly surprised, when I found a refund for my flat white from my first visit. It wasn't necessary, but was a nice gesture. Today I took my mom there... We were served with ceramic cups and plates...almost unheard of these days. Everything was delicious.
