We absolutely adore the staff here, their receptionist Karen is outstanding. Our now 1.5 year old yellow labrador retriever has been seen here since he was 8 weeks old. They have been extremely kind and patient with us, I tend to be a bit of a hover parent and call/email them with every tiny concern I have. With their guidance we have a very healthy pup. We are unfortunately moving and I really wish we could just take them with us We will miss them so much!

We have been taking our dogs here since we moved to the are, and we are so happy with them. Our dogs LOVE going to the vet! They are always there to answer questions, and often can get me same-day prescriptions too! They have great advice for rehabilitation after my dog had TPLO surgery, and great referral services for when my other dog had a rare salivary gland issue. They send out reminders for vaccinations and wellness exams too. And, when one of my dogs needed a broken tooth extraction, not only did the surgery go perfectly, but they also did a full dental cleaning too. We are very happy and plan on staying loyal customers for a very long time!

We are so lucky to have found Willowbrook and Dr. Leon. After our vet of over fifteen years was bought out twice by corporations, the quality of care began to decline. When our favorite veterinarian left, we were done. I found Willowbrook and am so relieved. Karen at the front desk is so professional and kind. Dr. Leon was great with both of our boys. We feel as though our furry family members are in great hands. Thank you to Dr. Leon, Karen and the entire Willowbrook team.

The staff is very kind and the physician is very knowledge. Vet bills gets expensive fast (my first half of injections and annual check up with a heart worm test was about $285) so I need to understand the necessity of everything and he did a better job then most vets my 5 year old dog has been to. We're originally from California and my dog had a intense allergic reaction to one of the shots that is common in Oregon, but not in Southern California. The care and medicine was free to treat her reaction and they told me if she goes to the ER that night to bring them the receipt. Luckily that didn't happen and she was just sick for a couple days, but nice to know.

From the moment we met Justin at the front desk, we could see the kindness in his eyes as he let us know he would get us in a room right away even though we were early. When I returned today for the ashes, again I met kind Justin at the front who left what he was doing to get the ashes for me. We are so grateful. I'm a new customer and I had to put down a $90 deposit (which is weird, but if you don't miss your appointment you get it back). Well I got into a car accident and was waiting for a tow truck, and while I'm trying to figure out who will pick up my daughter from daycare they call me to tell me I'm late. I had planned on calling them but my daughter and tow truck came first. I explained to the receptionist what happened and she told me I would need another deposit to reschedule. Meaning, I am out the first deposit. To me it feels like they are not in the business of their community as they cared more about their deposit than keeping a customer. The $90 was not that big of a deal, but the lack of compassion made me turned off from establishing care at this location.

Our ten year old orange tabby, Murray, needed to have a "cough" checked out. He was fine otherwise. They did a complete exam, took some blood, checked his BP and prescribed a steroid he needed to take for two weeks. I was able to get the pills down him for three days but he wasn't having any of it after the third day so I stopped. He's perfectly fine now and has no cough at all. I still need to take him back in for a urine analysis and will do so in the new year. The office and exam rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff and doctors are so empathetic and caring. You can still buy special diet foods and treats while you're there. The dogs and cats are kept separate which makes for a stress free visit. I highly recommend VCA Murrayhill Veterinary Hospital for all your furbabies's needs.

After hearing about Murray Hill Vet at Dogtober Fest and being strongly recommended by a Dove Lewis representative, I knew it was time for a change. When my other vet canceled my dog's surgery, I contacted Murray Hill and was amazed that they were able to schedule my fur baby for the same day, and ethen called the following day to say their was cancellation in surgery. My dog used to have leash aggression, and this was only the third public place we've taken her since working with a trainer. The staff at Murray Hill Vet were so gracious and wonderful that my dog was on her best behavior the entire time. It's clear that they treat their staff well, as everyone seemed genuinely to love animals and took great care of every patient.

I've also carefully considered the arguments made to defend their practice by Dr. Warren who stated that pancreatitis is difficult to treat and often is recurring. I'm not buying what she's selling. They knew Mimosa's history of not eating, being difficult to get medication into from day one. They should have recommended hospitalization from day one. She was eating, drinking and going to the bathroom for them so they sent her home all drugged up. At home she wouldn't eat so I had to arrange a ride and drag poor Mimosa all the way out there again and instead of keeping her, they released her again. The third time it was too late. They fucked around with her delicate condition for too long and there was no bringing her back even after two days of hospitalization. She died in my arms on August 25, 2026.
