Willows

We went to the final Collonades Native American Art Show. Great event. Coming home we stopped at The Willows. We ordered boneless wings, then tenders with fries, chicken salad sandwich with sweet potato fries and a side of Cole slaw. The chicken was perfectly, not over, cooked. BBQ sauce was flavorful. The tenders were that. The fries were large and piping hot. Sweet potato fries were also piping and well worth the stop. I enjoyed the chicken salad croissant. We took home half the sandwich and many fries of both species. Our service was attentive and smiling. The kitchen staff are pros. Arnold is an attentive, excellent manager.

Arrived to the cafe for a quick meal with my parents. The host in the front wasn't very friendly-we didn't get a greeting or a welcome. It was a bit awkward when we told her there would be 3 in our party...silence...continued to walk away as we followed her to the table. Despite the rude greeting, our main waitress made up for customer service and she was great! I got the strip steak (medium) which came with sides-I opted for the salad, veggies and fries. My steak didn't come medium but it was still good. I recommend the pot roast over the steak though. I was able to get a few bites in from my mom's plate! The waitresses were great-they kept our waters full and kept checking up on us. I'd probably skip this place next time and try the other restaurants in the casino.

Breakfast burrito

I had the Breakfast Burrito Special ( Fri. + Sat. Morning's) my choice was: ham, cheese, and bell peppers !!! best part was was served very hot ! Excellent service and great classic Casino restaurant atmosphere.

New Year's Eve after a big a big playoff game nothing was open. We sure are glad we thought to go to the casino where the Willows Restaurant is located. The staff was super friendly and very efficient. The food was great for the price. The ambience could use an upgrade, as it felt like a diner. I loved the house salad with thousand island dressing, well done!

We chose this place because of a restaurant review menu review that we found on the internet under casino Arizona. As you'll see in the picture all attached the quoted prices for steak and eggs + 875. When we approached the host desk we were greeted by two individuals who handed us a menu. I immediately noticed the price differences by approximately two and a half more times the price that were quoted on the internet. When I pointed that out to the hosts I was told that they were aware of the prices online were different and that they had been published 20 years ago. I suggested that they honor the prices on the internet says they know about the problem and they refused to do so. I asked for a manager who supported the same attitude and argued with me that it wasn't their fault that the prices were not updated. She finally agreed to honor the crisis I was talking about but only if I had proved to her that they were online. I suggested she searched the internet find the web page I was talking about and she would see her online advertisements but again she refused to do so. After a few minutes we decided to leave and upon exiting I said to her that she can keep the four or five dollar difference it didn't matter to me. By the way the casino was completely empty all but a few senior citizens so they really shouldn't be chasing away business.

Seafood Boil

We were in the mood for some seafood. Casino AZ had a Willows Restaurant that had a Seafood Boil on Mondays and Tuesdays for $20. We decided to give it a try. The service was a little slow but fair. We got our food in 15 minutes. The platter seemed adequate. The crab legs were far more work than the reward. The food was saturated in oils and butter. Plus they give you a bowl that has over a cup of butter in it. It took us 45 minutes to finish the meal. When we were done we needed several wet wipes to clean ourselves. They should provide a bib. Don't get this if your dressed up you'll regret it. It was an OK meal. We did it once and won't do it again.

The restaurant has a modern yet relaxed atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. With its bright interior, natural décor, and welcoming staff, it was the perfect place to take a break and enjoy a healthy meal. The menu offers a great variety of fresh, wholesome dishes, making it easy to find something that suited my taste. I appreciated the focus on quality ingredients, with plenty of options for different dietary preferences. After looking through the menu, I ordered one of their signature bowls along with a fresh drink, and everything arrived beautifully presented. The food exceeded my expectations. The vegetables were crisp, the proteins were cooked perfectly, and every ingredient tasted fresh. The combination of flavors was well balanced, with just the right amount of seasoning to let the natural ingredients shine. The portion size was generous enough to leave me satisfied without feeling overly full, making it an ideal lunch. Service throughout the meal was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to answer questions about the menu. Even though the restaurant was busy, our food arrived quickly, and the overall experience felt relaxed rather than rushed. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the restaurant's commitment to offering healthier alternatives without sacrificing flavor. It's refreshing to find a place where nutritious meals are prepared with creativity and attention to detail. Whether you're looking for salads, grain bowls, sandwiches, or fresh juices, there is something for almost everyone. Overall, my lunch at Farm & Craft Scottsdale was a wonderful experience. The combination of fresh ingredients, delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere made it one of my favorite lunch spots in Scottsdale. This review is for the totality of the experience…read more I made an advance reservation at Alma Scottsdale for a mid-sized group of 7 to celebrate a special occasion. Our party arrived right on time for our reservation, but we were not seated until 15 min later because our table was not ready. It took about an additional 15 min to get tap water for the table (there was not enough provided anyways), and to place our orders too another ~20 min. The food did not arrive until 30 min later. For context, we eventually learned that the restaurant was short staffed and the bartender was also operating as our waiter. When the food finally arrived, there was a mix-up on what was delivered. We had checked with the staff who delivered one of the dishes: we ordered the "wild mushroom" side, but what we received did not look quite like it. We asked clarifying questions x2, but were assured, "no, it is the wild mushroom." Turned out, it was the mushroom empanada that was delivered to our table, which we originally did not order. The management did rectify the situation upon the conclusion of the event when we were paying the bill, but to us, it felt a bit accusatory as if we intentionally wanted to cause a huge fuss about the final total, which was absolutely not the case. The food in general was delicious. If this was a more standard dining experience, it would have been 4-5 stars just for the food. The service was very subpar, and really colored the entire experience negatively, therefore the two star review. I understand that staffing shortages happen -- fine. My family has worked in food service as wait staff for 25+ YEARS, so I am empathetic. But for management to ring up our bill and then come confront us in an inflammatory manner, making us feel like we were wrong, on an occasion to celebrate something special, was extremely disappointing.

I ordered the Honey Jalapeño Chicken Sandwich with fries, and so did my friend. We both agreed it was delicious especially after adding a little ranch. Since we had a larger group, we ordered a martini tower, which was fun to share and definitely had enough alcohol to catch a nice vibe. One of my friends ordered the Huevos Rancheros and really enjoyed them, while another got the chicken sliders and liked them so much she took the leftovers home and happily finished them later. The highlight of the experience was the live one-man band, who created a great atmosphere, and our server, "Flexy Lexi." She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Great food, fun drinks, live entertainment, and excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

I sat out on the patio since the weather was so nice, and it made the whole experience even better! I love a good patio! The margaritas were delicious, and the food hit the spot. I ordered the shrimp Mediterranean platter, which was light, fresh, and full of flavor. For appetizers, I tried the deviled eggs (without bacon because I'm not a fan), and they were super tasty. I also had a bite of the honey jalapeño chicken sandwich, juicy and spicy sweet. The overall aesthetic is very coastal Hamptons with a relaxed, beachy vibe that feels both stylish and comfortable. Service was great throughout, and a nice bonus is their all day happy hour on Mondays.

We kicked things off with a complimentary prickly pear vodka cocktail (delicious) paired with a comp app -- looks like they rotate these, and I got hummus with crudite and crackers. During the meal, there were 2 standout dishes that made this memorable. - Hamachi Crudo: THE BEST crudo I have ever had. They switch up the dressing regularly, but whatever they put on mine was unforgettable - 10 oz Wagyu Strip: solid steak, but nothing "Wagyu" tasting. It didn't have that melt-in-your-mouth fatty richness I was hoping for from wagyu and was slightly chewy. - Scallops: tender! - Asparagus: came with a creamy sauce which was a great touch - Chocolate Espresso Mousse Cake: MAGICAL. Layered, with crunchy pralines and vanilla ice cream. If you've had the chocolate hazelnut cake at Carbone, this gave me major similar vibes... that good! Will absolutely be back to try a different cut of steak and also the loaded baked potato. The ambience alone is worth the trip, but the crudo and that cake are what's going to stick with me.

Some of the standout items for us were the mocktails and the pasta. The Pillows of Love pasta absolutely lived up to the hype and was one of the highlights of the meal. We also enjoyed the mac and cheese, mushrooms, steak, and seafood. Everything was beautifully prepared, high quality, and worthy of the restaurant's reputation. If I had one minor critique, it would be the king crab legs. They are char-grilled, which gives them a smoky flavor that wasn't quite our personal preference. That said, the quality of the crab itself was excellent, and it's more a matter of taste than a criticism of the preparation. The atmosphere made for a perfect birthday dinner--upscale, energetic, and memorable without feeling stuffy. Combined with outstanding food and attentive service, it made for a special evening that my wife and I won't forget. If you're looking for a restaurant for a celebration, date night, or simply an exceptional dining experience, Maple & Ash delivers. We'll definitely be back.
