I was very impressed with Will's level of expertise and experience. I went to his shop without an appointment to see if he could code 2 new door lock cylinders that I order from O'Reilly's. And just by looking at my 2002 Toyota 4Runner ignition key he knew what coding he needed to do as well as the issues I was having with my ignition binding. He told me how to remove my ignition cylinder which he repaired by removing the worn split tumblers and installed new solid tumblers. My 4Runner is now as good as the first day I drove her off the lot 18 years ago. Will's price was very very reasonable for recoding 2 door cylinders, 1 ignition cylinder, and 3 new keys. read more

Called Will for my 06 Rav4 keys because my original key w/fob was all mangled and not working. Bought a couple of blanks but didn't want to take it anywhere to get cut because if they couldn't cut it right on the first try there goes $10 down the drain. My friend suggested Will's so I went to see him for my duplicates. Will explained why some cut keys don't work because the way the cut it. I watched him do his thing and in two shakes he was done. He said he would watch from his counter to make sure I could unlock/start my car. I was going to have him program my keys but then I did it myself. Will even explained how to do it. I called another mobile key cutting service and was quoted $150 a key w/programing. When I asked how much for just the key cut they said the programming comes with the cutting. Great place to get car keys made. Fast, friendly service and great prices too. A duplicate ignition key for my 4runner would have cost about $199 at Servco and about $150 from Pop-a-lock. Will charged me $125 including programming. He even tests the new key out for you to make sure it works properly and smoothly. Great experience! The ignition cylinder on my 2000 Honda Civic froze, leaving me stranded at Pearl Harbor. I went thru the standard checklist (ensured it was in park/neutral, checked steering wheel lock, compressed air, dry graphite, etc), then went to see Will (wife drove me). He told me how to get my car started, then after I got it to his shop he did an inspection and told me I needed a new cylinder or ignition assembly, which he could then install. I found a new cylinder at O'Reilly's and Will installed it the next day. Saved me a ton of money compared to bringing it to Honda I'm sure! Highly recommended for any key problems. read more

Will responded quickly to my questions (using the Yelp contact/messenger), and was able to get my Acura in and program and cut the keys quickly and easily. His prices were good, and he's a nice and friendly gentleman. His shop was organized and tidy, and parking was easy enough. I'll be bringing any of my other projects back to him. I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The gentlemen unfortunately seems to have lost his touch with his craft. Had to take the replacement keys back twice to get it "fixed". Made a mistake on one blank key and had to purchase another on-line to get it re-cut (and even this was off..) Just used Will's service for my husband's HHR. His friend lost the only remote + an original key to the vehicle!
