The best kept secret in Wilton. The community center has chairs so you can modify as needed. If I can do the class any one can.

After consistently taking their yoga, Pilates, weights, stretching, and boxing classes, I'm now 170-180 lbs and feel stronger, more energized, and nearly pain-free. I burn around 800-900 calories in the Pilates/weights classes and use yoga and stretch classes to recover, which is an amazing balance for building muscle, improving stamina, and increasing flexibility. The infrared heat helps me warm up safely and avoid injuries. The staff here is incredibly friendly, supportive, and committed to helping you become your best self. They'll push you, encourage you, and celebrate every step of your journey. Highly recommend joining if you're ready for real results.

They motivate without pressure and always remind you to slow down, breathe, and surrender to the mat. In a joking way, I tell people that all of them have become my therapists, because somehow they always share the exact words I need at the right time. Over time, I've come to really see and hear the instructors and the heart they put into every class. I appreciate them more than they probably realize. Walking in feels less like going to a workout and more like showing up to see family. What stands out most to me is the awareness of mental health and emotional wellbeing. The way they combine movement, breath, and mindfulness makes each class feel like much more than just a workout. It truly feels like a space to heal. On a personal note, this studio has become an important part of my sobriety journey. The grounding, the sweat, the stillness, and the encouragement have helped me process, reset, and keep choosing healthier paths. I leave feeling clearer, calmer, and supported. If you're looking for a studio that challenges you physically while supporting you as a whole person, this is the place. I'm so grateful I found it. Thank you Carrie, Rodney, Mary, Amy, Lowella, Asnah, Vicky, Vanessa, Ron, Hallie, Lilian, Laura, Lydda, and the rest of the amazing Uplift team. From the bottom of my heart to yours, namaste.

She told me about their classes, the specials they have and what would work for me being a brand new yoga participant. At first, I was very nervous because I I haven't really been out of the house for a couple of years. But I took an oath, to get out and get some exercise and fresh air. Switch Fitness has changed my routine from staying home, to getting out and exercising. I also have osteoporosis and this helps 100%. Thank you everyone at Switch Fitness, you have a wonderful staff. After the heated work out they give you a nice cold towel. I usually take early morning classes 7:30 am or in the evening. The bathrooms are very nice with a changing area, bathroom, and mirror. There are lots of lockers and shelves to put your stuff. I like how kind and knowledgeable all the instructors are. They are pretty nice about people showing up a little late too. But it's good to come early! The activity room changes different colors and has a good speaker for music. I have taken classes with Julienne, Jamie, and Janet and they are all wonderful.

wow, Wow, and WOW!!! This was an experience I won't soon forget. I L.O.V.E.D. it!!!…read more My boyfriend and I had been seeing postings about this, but didn't know what to think. I mean, goats on your back, while performing Yoga moves? Ummm.... Okay. Sure! Why not?! YOLO! So, I bought the tickets, freed my mind of any hesitations and marked it on our calendar. Thankfully, my BF is a good sport and will try anything with me. We had no idea what to expect. We didn't know what the environment would be like. We didn't even know if we would participate, but instead, just be spectators if it was just to 'woo woo' for us. And, I'm a Born Again Hippie . As soon as we arrived, I mean, like hadn't even parked our car yet, we were greeted with a smile and warmth from Denise. The location is in farmland. The goats are in a pin, where you get to first become familiarized with them - and they with you. Then, you are escorted into the pin with the goats. Sounds strange? Not at all! You commune with nature. And that is the point! Once everyone is comfortable, the experience begins. It's magical. It's transcendent! The experience allows you to let go of all the gunk you've developed throughout the course of your week(s) or even months. It allows you to ground yourself with Mother Nature and be taken care of by Her. And, knowing how to perform yoga moves is not a requirement! Do what you can or don't. It's all about good vibes and love. After yoga, we were able to hold the goats, ask questions, and be provided trivia about them. I learned so much!!! I was previously scared of goats. Their eyes were spooky to me. Now, I look forward to seeing them again. After we returned home, I felt SO relaxed that I took a nap. And, it's been years since I have been able to take a nap during the day. I'm lucky if I get 6 hours of sleep a night! Menopause anyone? That's just how much the experience relaxed me!!! It revitalized me. It detoxed me. It made my mind and body smile again. So, what are you waiting for?! Open up your mind. Give it try. Just do it!!! You won't be sorry. Thank you Terrell, Katie, and Jasmine! Namaste! ‍

Because life is life and sometimes those big bucket list items are hard to accomplish, I started what I call small bucket list items. Small things that are in reach of you accomplishing and having a moment of aaahhh I can't believe I did that! Small things that bring big moments of joy! Goat yoga was on my small bucket list item that brought me big amounts of laughter and enjoyment! Let me tell you it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked up the two owners greeted us with a big smile. The class was intimate with only 9 people including me and a friend. The ladies are knowledgeable both in yoga and in goats obviously lol! It was so much doing the yoga while the goats walked around you. And yes they said it's okay to be distracted and play with the goats instead which I did the entire time lol. After the one hour class is done you're free to play and take pictures with the goats some more. I also loved that they took your pictures for you as well and airdrop them to you after class. 10/10 experience you don't have to do just once in your lifetime as it's decently priced and local!
