Chicken noodle soup.
Bobbye S.

It's a very cute place, decorated like a 50's diner. My husband got chicken soup which he really liked. Then he ordered the broiled haddock, with a baked potato, and applesauce. I got a bunless cheese burger with onion rings. I loved the onion rings. The haddock and the burger needed more seasoning. But our waiter was great, and very friendly.

Classic diner look and vibe

Charming little old-school diner. Got the chrome exterior and everything. Our waitress was straight out of central casting for a 50s diner waitress. Classic diner menu with over 100 items and lots of pictures. The vegetable beef soup and chicken noodle soup were both good. The open-face meatloaf sandwich with gravy was huge. My wife and I split it and had some left over. The meatloaf was sliced thin and was flavorful and juicy and they didn't try to get fancy and cram it full of giant chunks of onions and bell peppers, which I appreciated. The onion rings were stock diner frozen onion rings but were cooked well. I only had two problems. Anyone who knows me or my reviews knows I get pretty worked up about ketchup (and not catsup). It is bad enough not to have Heinz but this version of 'Fancy Ketchup' was just awful. Borderline inedible. The fries were also considerably underdone. Despite those two missteps, I enjoyed my experience and the meal on the whole was quite good. Would definitely go back and try something else if I find myself in the area again.

Round 2. Second time was the charm.

Food was great. Pretty standard for diner fair when it is hot. Our first round was lukewarm at best. Me and my girlfriend decided we both work too hard for money so we asked her to redo the order. I am here to say that the second round came out perfect. as diners go. Love the jersey sausage links. Would definitely stop back through on my way to Green dragon. 3.5 out of 5... 7.8 out of 10..BTW I am so sorry I had an edible before I started eating. But the ambience is straight 1930s diner. It really takes you back probably the best part about the whole experience.

This cool diner has great food and even better customer service. I came in because my family recommended it and I was not disappointed. Tasty food (even had some to go) with a friendly waitress No wait time and plenty of parking I'll be back for more

Probably a 3.75. Good diner fare. Had a Black & Bleu burger and fries, which came with a pickle spear and some very good (I'm a connoisseur) cole slaw. Wife got a fried egg sandwich (she's weird). Both got vanilla shakes (for health). Everything was on point and delivered really quickly. Service was solid. Interior is smallish, but in a very acceptable way. Will definitely return.

So I decided to stop here for breakfast on a road trip to Six Flags with my girlfriend. The service was mid the environment was OK. It wasn't too crowded. The food that I ate didn't really have much flavor. I needed to add salt, pepper and ketchup to the potatoes . The croissant was pretty good but could use a little more flavor as well. Other than that, I don't know if I would come here again. If you're white with no taste buds, this place is definitely recommend.

The food was okay. It wasn't very flavorful but it was eatable. The waiter wasn't very attentive. We were seated but not greeted but the waiter. The place looked presentable. The presentation of my meal was nice. I loved the old school look of the place. Although I will not be returning here, thank you for the service.

This place is the worst. Employees are very rude, especially the young boy with the painted finger nails. I won't be going back.

We went in for breakfast, which they serve all day. The food was delicious and you get a lot of food for a very low price!

But when the operating hours changed -- we'd couldn't make it back in time before the diner closed. But now that there's Yuletide, which ends earlier than RenFaire, we managed to convene here before closing! So glad we got a chance to come back. It's still your classic diner with all the classic options and retro vibes. Can't recommend it enough!

When my friend said they filmed the Blob there, say no more! I love things like that. They did have "Blob" menu items but I needed some good old comfort food. I asked the super hustling single worker in the diner between meatloaf or chicken croquette. She said the chicken croquette. Unfortunately they were out. I changed to fried chicken. OMG! The crunch could be heard outside. It was seriously crunchy without being over fried. The mashed potatoes were fresh and lumpy. I asked for extra gravy. Very peppery and flavorful. The salad seemed freshly made. I like the salad dressing is individually packaged. Seems fresher that way. Colleen was super attentive for being the only wait staff there. Very sweet and comforting after all the rude airline employees I encountered. The restaurant is a converted train car. Very retro. I love the look of it. It felt right to sit at the counter. It was pretty full when we walked in. Very chrome. Very retro. Very cool place to dine. p.s. they are NOT open 24 hours.
