For my pedicure, I've had many different people do them and I always like how they turn out. I usually just get regular polish for my toes and I have no problems with chipping. The nail shop in general is clean and everybody is friendly! I highly recommend calling to make an appointment but I have also don't walk-ins before and they are accommodating. Decent size parking lot out front and next door to two different coffee shop and juice shop. Right when we walked in, the gentleman was very sweet and friendly. Not sure if he was one of the nail tech or the manager in charge. Very friendly and welcoming. We wanted to check the menu before getting anything done as it was our first time here. If you know, we all tend to stick to our regulars with nails and any other services so trying something new was a little of a challenge. Decided to go for it and gave it a try. You start with checking in on the iPad at the front of the door. There's a little waiting area with a good amount of seating and where a good amount of the nail polish are housed. It was a few minutes till we were called. We both just wanted a pedicure and went with the spa pedicure. That came with all the trimmings of cut, file, clean, scrub and included an 8 minute foot massage with a misting machine. The two ladies that were taking care of us were sweet. Friendly and very detailed and professional. Before the service, they handed us the menu again to make sure we were getting the correct service. And during each service they would informed us what they were doing. Plus before the foot and leg massage, they showed us the timer so we can see it. The service was great and experience was excellent. It was quite busy which a lot seemed to be regulars that were visiting. All the ladies were very sweet and the place didn't feel stuffy one bit. Very clean and well organized. One side was where all the spa pedicure takes place. Everything was covered and cleaned before the service. The opposite side was where all the manicure tables are placed. Tables were next to each for the cohesive vibe. Behind them a massive wall of more polishes. Also there was a television which was great if you wanted to watch tv while your service. I believe they also had a waxing room in the back. Price wise for the spa pedicure service was 45.00 for everything. If you wanted French polish that was additional fee. Credit or cash payment accepted but if you pay cash, it was a little discount which was nice. The service was great. Friendly staff and well cleaned salon. Everyone was great and professional. A nice place and great experience for us. If we're in town again and need something done, we'll for sure be back.

We got rainbow colored nails, but nobody bothered to tell me that it was going to be an up-charge for using different colored nail polish, the only way I fired out the extra charge is by looking at my receipt. I want the business to be upfront with me when that's necessary. They have lost my trust and I am NEVER stepping my foot in this business again. What a shame .

I was immediately seated for my pedicure, and asked if I wanted water. I can't recall any nail place offering me a beverage, ever, so that was a plus! Mimi did my pedicure, and Annie, my gel mani. Both gals took their time, did not rush services, and did a pretty decent cleanup/polish job. I was on the fence about dipped polish. I have ever done dipped, so I had some questions. Annie took the time to explain the pros/cons to dipping versus gel. I went with the familiar gel, and she recommended a layer of "reinforcement" to protect the nail? I shall see what that looks like when I go in for the gel removal... Ohana, is a cute little shop tucked perfectly at the end of the busy strip mall off Sterns. Parking was a breeze, and it was easy getting in and out of the lot. The shop was clean, and inviting. The one downside was the price. It was a bit pricy for everything. That's why I give Ohana Nails 4 stars and not 5. I spent about $20 dollars more than I usually would have at my usual spot. It's been almost 2 weeks and everything is holding solid. I'd give them another shot. Maybe the extra money is worth it?
