From scheduling to installation, everything is so smooth. Kevin came in for measurement and very honest about the whole process. Even though there is a 5 weeks wait for patio door. The wait time is definitely worth it. I have compared the quotes with Lowe's, Homedepot and Window world. The warranty beats everyone's offer. Lowes is overcharging, while within the same price range, Homedepot lacks upgrade option. The patio door came in 2 weeks ahead of time. Called about a potential door and window purchase and installation and just wanted to see if we could work out a quote over the phone before having someone come out to my home. Unfortunately I spoke to Wendy, who was absolutely rude and condescending. Not only did she act like I was wasting her time, but implied that I could not afford the cost of her "custom" doors or windows. Not sure how any business who treats potential customers like this stays in business, truly NOT somewhere I would ever consider making such a large purchase. We want to support small/local businesses first and foremost, but our hard earned money will NEVER be spent here after that first and last nasty interaction with Wendy. We love our new windows! We had an estimate done by another company and the owner was very condescending and kept asking for my husband. So, we looked elsewhere. We first heard about Window World on the radio so we gave it a try. Kevin showed up on time and explained the selections and quality of the material. At no time did we feel pushed to buy. It was exactly that..information. We scheduled that day. They were able to work around our work schedule even with COVID hours. The quote was way better than our first and basically the same in material, minus the attitude. The hardest part is waiting for the windows. There was a minor error in the order because of the size of the window but the owner called us an corrected the issue at no charge. Amazingly handled! Installation: No damage to the house, area protected, and cleaned up good. End product was great. Crew: Oscar, Freddy, and Emanuel were very professional, considerate of my obnoxious bird and dog noise, and fixed any of my complaints. The big old eyebrow window that was taken out was heavy and high and their skill at performing such a feat was priceless. They were meticulous and entertaining and always respectful of the home and it's owner. They worked diligently during the 110° heat and worked long hours from morning to early evening. On a two day job, they finished most of the work on the 1st day. Then, came back on the next day, their day off ,to finish the job so that our install wouldn't be delayed longer. He was professional, respectful and thorough explaining all of the details regard to the type of window I needed and the line by line costs. I was pleased the window arrived earlier than expected and it is beautiful. My installer was Oscar and just WOW! He worked very hard to tackle removing the the security bars to get the new window in. My windows were ready earlier than expected. Abraham, Nalu and Hayze installed them. They were efficient, competent, respectful of my home and possessions. They removed and replaced my blinds, which was a bit tricky but they did the job well. Window World's price the most reasonable, especially considering the quality of window. Very Happy! We have just had our sliding door and window replaced and the process couldn't have been any smoother. We got quotes from Renewal by Anderson and Window World. The Anderson products looked great but their quote was extremely expensive even with their "discounts". Window World had an offer on that was perfect for us. Our salesman Jeff was great. He came to our home to thoroughly explain the products and the financing options. He was in no way pushy and gave us time to have a think about our decision which was really nice. I had the business come out to my home and the tech did arrive on time and literally went through everything with me and my wife. I really liked everything except the pricing. I did my research on doors and found the same door for way less, I priced out for a little over $4,200.00 for 1 door. Having 4 companies come to my home the 4 were nowhere near this high with the same qualities of a door me and my wife wanted. No disrespect to the business as every business has there pricing, but I went to Home Depot and Lowes and found my door for $700.00 at Home Depot and a Licensed door installer for $350.00. I also yes do background checks, license checks, and researched reviews and just like Window World has good and bad, this business had all good not one bad review. Nothing against Window World, but I will not be buying any door from them. I mean I have one single door nothing glamorous and the door we sought out wasn't anything glamorous either, it's not like we live in a mansion. Had all windows replaced in March of 2021. What a difference they have made. Love the tinting. Love them how much quieter it is and how easily they open and close. Installers all very nice and cleaned up after themselves. In about one year, middle of summer I noticed a huge discolouration on the outside frames. I called WW and they had learned that the company who made the windows experimented with a new formula and we were not only ones this happened to. Don't waste your time sitting through 2 hour presentations or hearing about the alleged virtues of expensive fiberglass frames. Just go to Window World. I just had four windows, an entry door and a sliding patio door installed and WW beat the local competition on price alone. Add to that Kevin Reed answered my questions and concerns and helped me select the quiet, heat resistant, blue tinted windows that met my criteria. The projected delivery time frame was out a few months, as it was for everyone in late 2021, but my product came in a few weeks early and WW were always prompt with requested updates. They measured for all my windows three times (I go by - measure twice cut once). After waiting for the windows to be made and shipped to their store; I got a call letting me know they had a cancelation and if they could start my install the next day. They told me it would take two days to completion and they will be at my house at 08:00am. Sure enough, the next day they were knocking on my door before 08:00am. They installed 24 windows on my two story home on the first day. Then came back on the second day to complete and finish the detail work. The were done by 13:00 and I was very happy. My entire experience, from the first sales call to final installation was first rate. Our salesperson Jeff was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell (which is rare). He gave us an on-the-spot quote for quality windows and doors that was 1/4 of the nationally advertised brand! I was worried about the installation because of the national shortage of skilled labor, and the tendency for companies to subcontract to whomever is available. Instead the opposite happened. Abe the installer was polite, timely, and efficient, and I could tell he really cared about his work product. He had the attention to detail of an engineer and the skill of an artist. Our new windows and doors really make our townhome look refreshed and they are way more energy efficient than the 30-year old glass that they replaced. Plus they are way more secure and easy to use. Choosing Window World for my 4 replacement windows was a great decision. Great service from beginning to end. Art was the salesman that came to my home. He was not pushy, did not try to sell me more windows or aggressively upsell me. (I had a pretty nightmarish experience prior with another company) The prices were fair and printed out so you could choose. The timelines he gave me for measuring and installation were spot on (about 4 weeks for windows to be made) On installation day Armando, Juan, Dallas, and Scott arrived and spent about 4-5 hours installing. They were friendly, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. Armando even looked at a latch on my old slider that was not being replaced and told me what product I needed to buy to fix it. Very nice! I had a garden window that was being replaced with a regular window and was quite tricky as the whole frame had to come out of the house. They were as careful as possible and repaired the minor stucco damage that occurred. I will have to do paint touch up but that was explained to me from the very beginning with the sales call.
