Window World came out and gave me an estimate that was a fraction of the price. Window World installed four windows and they comparable to Anderson, but for a fraction of the price. The lock on the sliding door broke and I called and spoke with Blake. He was extremely helpful and immediately ordered a new lock for me, free of charge. I had Window World replace my windows in 2019. I did have the problem with the windows turning yellow. I called Window World and they sent out a team to check it out. These were windows that are obviously affected by the manufacturer issues. I called WW and they took care of contacting the manufacturer and I was reached out to by the manufacturer. As the comments from WW say, the manufacture took total responsibility and I should have my replacements by the end of October. WW took care of everything and it supports my decision to use them! They have been great and Virgil, the installer is the best. I don't blame WW for the manufacturer defects. It's just a pain to have them replaced, but it's ok. As a side note, my heating and air conditioning bills were almost 30% less with the new windows. I LOVE THEM!!!! read more

I called the top 3 window companies on yelp for quotes. Window World was significantly lower and the soonest start date for the install, and I did feel a level of trust with Kevin the salesman. I Signed the contract with 50% down and got a call sooner than expected that the had a cancellation and could move up the install date. Walter the installer was the real star of the show. He worked non-stop but didn't rush the job. He took special care to make sure every detail was correct and later told me he was 'in the zone'. He hung trim around the glass slider and it was the best trim install I've ever seen, perfect miter seems, no bulges or waves, straight and aligned. It was like watching Picasso paint a masterpiece. I have had bad experiences with almost every contract job I've had in Vegas and believed it was impossible to find competent craftsman here, Walter single handily changed my mind. We ordered our new windows in January and we're told it may take 4 months. We were pleasantly surprised that it was only 2 months. We scheduled our install and 2 very nice guys showed up to install our new windows. Nick and Anthony were courteous, professional and very nice. I live on the most SW part of town and the winds would come off the mountains and rattle my master bedroom windows to where it makes it extremely hard to sleep. I contacted window world who said it would fix the issue. I had a free estimate done then scheduled the install. First guy came out and said he couldn't do it then it took WEEKS to a couple of months to have their 2nd installer come. Apparently if the job is too small or slightly complicated the 1st installer won't do it.
