Took my Jeep in for an eight hour recall fix, I'm afraid I won't get it back this week. I have not had one call from the service department to update me on anything. I've called them four times and they don't know if they can even fix a small additional problem. They can't figure out if they have the part needed so they haven't ordered a new one. I've tried getting a manager to call and have received nothing. No loaner, nothing for the inconvenience! Horrible business experience my first time there. Will not go back. I normally don't leave reviews and I tried multiple times to resolve this directly, but kept getting passed on from one person to the next. I feel like people need to be warned before purchasing a car from Jerry V Auto Group. Back in December, I did a trade-in deal and I put $2,000 down on a 2023 Nissan Altima (I got scammed I know). The dealership was supposed to handle the registration and title in a timely manner, which is standard, right? Shortly after, my family and I moved to Las Vegas. Our car salesman Christian, as well as everyone who helped with the deal process knew we were moving off island in a few short weeks and that we were planning to ship the Altima. I gave this dealership over two months to get the registration finished so that our lender can give us an authorization to release the vehicle. We were very communicative and patient with the process, only to be handed from one manager to the next with no real reason of why it's delayed. We were only told that they will expedite it and update us. Months later, while we are waiting for an update, the current registration on the car has expired and we are not able to drive or ship the car because the lender STILL have not received the title/registration. We even paid a $500 doc fee (another scam I know) and was reassured that they would take care of all it as soon as possible. My last convo with a manager on March 29, I was told that it's the DMV that is taking long and that I was the first person to ever ask for some sort of compensation for the financial and mental stress of dealing with this. Even if it was just a refund of the doc fee. He pretty much laughed at me over the phone for asking. I was also smart enough to call the DMV and they gave me information that the reg/tile was processed on March 27th. JUST LAST WEEK FRIDAY! She also mentioned that there was no backlog or delay on the DMV side whatsoever. This is a dealership with workers that has continued to be deceptive and dismissive so of course I believe what the DMV tells me. All of this and there's still way more to my experience that I haven't even mentioned and I have all the receipts/recorded convos to send to the BBB. This has cost me thousands of dollars and a ton of stress all because the dealership failed to do something as basic as processing paperwork on time. I ended up having to continue to pay for insurance on a car I couldn't use, ship a car I couldn't access, rent cars to get my family and I around and ultimately having to buy another vehicle entirely, leaving us with now TWO car payments and TWO insurance payments. I will be relaying this complaint to the BBB simply because this has been the worst experience with a dealership. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is completely unacceptable. If you're considering doing business here, be very careful. Yes, they may g et you to drive off with a car, but make sure everything is actually completed before you leave, because once there's a problem, don't expect it to be handled properly. read more

Everything! Especially communication. They had my jeep for 3 weeks, did work without my approval and claimed that the vehicle had after market parts but didn't produce them as proof. They replaced with after market parts that they were not going to warranty until I called them out on it. I feel like I was absolutely taken advantage of and asked for a manager to call me....still waiting after 2 weeks!! Go someplace else for repair work!! This business deserves zero stars but Yelp makes it impossible to give "0" stars. I chose 1 star because the service manager is in cahoots with purposely encouraging the ASE service techs to perform incompetent service which forces customers to return to them, since they break more parts than they fix. In my experience a simple oil change was paid for and their idiotic mechanics purposely over tightened the oil filter housing cap. This causes it to be damaged when trying to remove it during DIY oil changes. It's a scam that the dealer does to create unnecessary repairs and creates dependency on their Jerry V., dealerships in order to rectify problem. I wanted to inform the local public about all Jerry for the People dealerships that are scamming customers. The mechanics know how to follow tech specs but they do not because the service and finance managers do everything possible to scam customers out of more money. They also do this knowing that it will be more costly to repair parts that they "purposely have to break" in order to fix what they did wrong in the first place. They also add more faulty problems like on our second visit when they purposely drilled a hole in our windshield washer fluid resivoir, causing us to return to them to order more parts and have their scammer technicians reinstall the part they purposely broke. Customers be WARNED, they are SHADY. They will greet you w/ a smile and tell u they will fix it but the cost will he triple what it should be. They correctly diagnosed it, repaired it promptly after having a part relatively quickly delivered, and arranged for all costs to be covered by warranty. My fiancé and I initially went in sometime around Dec 2024, and got to test drive our dream jeep, We were told it was in our budget, sat down to see numbers, then were told it was around 15,000 more than the original price they gave us. After that experience we thought we'd never be back, but my fiancé had received a call in Sept of 2025, asking about the experience and if we were still in the market for a car. We had purchased a car in May of 2025 from a different dealership, but thought why not just go and look? When we parked and got out the car, we were immediately greeted by Drew with a handshake, and he heard our previous story & took us inside to discuss what we were looking for and what was important to us in a car, which we really appreciated, because it made us feel heard. We then met Robert, and we all went around the dealership to look at some jeeps. They showed us 3 really amazing options, that had everything that we wanted & needed in a car. We went inside to work some numbers, but then had to leave for personal matters in the middle of our interaction. They were more than willing to put it on pause and resume when we came back around 2 hours later. When we got back we picked up right where we left off, and we met with Quentin, Drew & Robert and explained our situation and budget. After a little back and forth, they were able to get us an amazing deal with pretty much perfect numbers!! They went down every possible avenue we could've to get us into our budget with the car we wanted & we ended up getting our dream car!! We felt so secure in our purchase, and appreciated how open and honest they were about everything! They were very understanding, personable, patient, and thoughtful throughout the whole process! We then met Jonathan to go over finances, and felt very supported, as he did not pressure us into getting any certain warranty, and was actually able to bundle everything we wanted in a warranty into our budget as well! He knew we were young and didn't really understand everything that was Infront of us, and took the time to explain everything out to us, and ensure us of what all the warranties were. We felt very taken care of as customers & like they truly cared about us instead of the sale which is rare to find these days. He was super awesome & knowledgeable!! We left the dealership over the moon & so so happy we came back! They were more than accommodating towards us, and overall, just had THE best customer service!! After buying two cars from this place I bring my tita in to buy a car in July of 2025. I tell the sales guy helping us this. And that I'm referring her. I ask him how much are the referrals he says $200 and that they usually mail it out. My tita gets her vehicle 4 month go by still waiting on the REGISTRATION for the car I go to inquire about both the registration and my $200 referral. They tell me registration still not ready and they don't know anything about a referral I'm shocked they tell me I was supposed to mention it when we were buying the car. Lol I DID I say he told me they usually mail it and NOTHING came. After trying to give me the BS line he says he's gonna take care of it. WRONG now today is February 2 ,2026 I go back in after they call to pick up the registration while I'm there I ask about my referral and the manager on hand says and I quote it was supposed to be handled on the front end but of the deal. Lol. Immediately I say I tell the sales guy I'm referring my tita and 7 months later still no check?!? OK GOT IT thank you was my response he started with the sorry "aunty" fkn great on top of the BS I gotta take the aunty shit from a grown ass man while not getting helped. I walked away cuz no good was gonna come from talking to this guy. But I still gotta wait for the registration so I take a seat to gather myself he comes to where I'm waiting to apologize and say he's gonna TRY and help me after all. A couple of weeks ago, my husband needed to bring his 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in to get the battery replaced as well as a safety inspection. We had just bought the car on the mainland & had it shipped home. We ended up going there on 11/12/24, the day after the Veteran's day holiday with no appts, anticipating we would be there for awhile. He did call prior to going & they told him to get there by 10AM. He ended up getting there close to 10:30AM & drove to the service entrance. I was already there waiting for him since we were pretty sure at this point we were going to drop the car off & return when they tell us it's ready. The location of this dealership is on a corner & it's a small dealership. When you drive in, there are 3 lanes. The far left is Express for oil changes, the middle, & right lane for service. It is quite the busy place. All lines were full. You wait in your car until a service advisor comes to check you in. The wait wasn't too long as they seem to get the cars moving as fast as they can once they write up what you need done. Today seemed like an all-girl team from advisors to lot persons. Finally saw some male service advisors & of course the mechanics. Sophia Shank (I thing that was her last name) was our service advisor & she was awesome! Very customer service oriented, friendly. She alone deserves 5 stars for going above & beyond. She helped my hubby remove the old license plates so he could put the new one on because he didn't have the type of screwdriver it required. Not only did Sophia get one but went ahead and removed it for him. We left the car in their care & it was suppose to be ready the next day, but they called & told us they needed one more day but that we could pick it up on Thursday. NP for us. Hubby also asked if they could charge the car while they were at it. When we got there on Thursday, the service lanes were empty, not busy at all. After talking to Sophia, she said it was probably due to that Tues was the day after a holiday. They had replaced the battery, done the safety inspection, & charged the car. The estimated cost was within reason & what we anticipated. Overall, this was a 5-star experience. The personnel were the warmest & friendliest of any dealership we have dealt with & that was our first time to this location. We were very impressed by the staff. They were welcoming and made you feel like family, true aloha spirit. What dropped this to a 3-star was what happened with my car. Before we left the dealership that day, I went to make an appt for my car to have a diagnostic engine light checked. A few days before the appt, I needed to reschedule it due to a dr's appt for my husband on the same day. When I called the number on the card the appt coordinator had given me, it went straight to VM. I called the other service number that is on their website & got the same thing. I left 2 VM's that afternoon, 4 hrs apart but no one returned my call. No worries, they'd probably call the next day. The next morning came & went so I called again at 4PM, again no one answered & left a 3rd VM. The next day was the appt at 10AM so I attempted to call them first thing in the AM at 7:30. Still got a VM,left a 4th msg. I decided to try the chat button on their website but didn't think it would do any good. I explained to the guy on the chat of my predicament & asked him why do they make it so hard to just reschedule an appt?!? He was empathetic, took my info, & told me he would forward this to the dealership. Nobody ever called me back & by then, we had to get to the dr. Later that afternoon, I get a call from one of the appt coordinators (forgot her name) that was very apologetic for what had happened. She saw the msgs, went ahead & moved the appt to hold the day & time while she contacted me. I did give her an earful & she did say their small location is so busy & they were short-staffed. So the next appt is scheduled & we'll see if this changes the rating. Staff wise, this place rocks but the down-side is, they suck at responding to customers msgs. Disappointed: Corrosion Warranty Ignored Until It Was Too Late I took my 2020 Jeep Wrangler in December 2024 to address corrosion bubbling on the hinges and doors--clearly linked to the well-known galvanic corrosion issue on models from 2019-2021. Given this systemic defect, Jeep extended the corrosion warranty from three to five years, unlimited mile. When I brought my Wrangler in, they documented the corrosion with photos and agreed to provide an estimate. But then four months of silence--despite my follow-up calls--until March/April 2025, by which time my warranty had expired. They informed me the corrosion was no longer covered. Instead, they offered to cover 55% of the repair costs--$4,934.09, while I'd be forced to pay $4,036.99 out of pocket. Despite agreeing to that split--specifically intending to pursue small-claims court to recover my share--they then claimed the offer had expired. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic meant to offload the cost onto the customer. This is a known design flaw--Jeep even issued Technical Service Bulletins dating back to 2022-2023, instructing dealers to inspect corrosion on hinges and replace them with zinc-shimmed parts. It's frustrating that if they'd simply handled the issue when first presented, I wouldn't be in this sticky situation and looking at paying almost $10,000 out of pocket to fix an issue which was to be fixed under warranty. All I asked for was compliance with the warranty and a prompt fix. Instead, I'm left with costs, delays, and an expired offer. Just do the right thing--Jerry V for the People. read more

Windward Jeep sold me a brand new Wrangler with an extended 10 year/100K mile warranty for $72K. It is now 3 years later and it needed to go to Windward Jeep for a recall on the hybrid system. Windward Jeep then voided the warranty they sold me because the front bumper was replaced in a minor accident. Wrangler currently has 35K miles on it. Basically they told me the car cant be worked on and its now a paper weight, a $72K paperweight. What really makes me upset is that they still changed the oil in it, for $100! They replaced the oil in a vehicle they said was unrepairable. Dont buy a car from Windward Jeep and definitely dont get your vehicle serviced there, shady business practices! read more

I went to Windward Dodge because I had a van (2009 Grand Caravan) that wasn't operating well. Electrical problem. Needed an ABS Module installed and programmed. They installed it at a cost of ~$2,350. Drove this supposedly repaired van for ~8 months until it failed. All the dashboard warning lights came on. Alarm went off. Windshield wipers locked to "on". Windows locked. This was a failure probably of the ABS Module they installed. This company claimed their part may have failed but maybe didn't fail, that it may have been another part causing the problem. They said they would examine the van for $750 which I felt was ridiculous. Since the electronics failed before the one year warranty date they should examine it for free. I complained by phone and email and they wouldn't answer the phone or the email. The man I was told was responsible was named Mr. Rodriguez. I phoned him many times and sent him the email. He never responded. It has been weeks now. I want my $2,350 refunded. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service department of a car dealer! Never buy a car from Windward Dodge because their service department is unprofessional and a RIPOFF! read more

In 2023, They sold me a 2019 Honda passport for $40,000. I was paying 1300 a month for car payments. I've been paying 1300 for 2 years straight. With that high ass interest rate, the loan has only went down to $39,000. Not a trustworthy place to do business. The most rip off place EVER!!! I forgot to add the part where when we pulled up and "service manager in training" greeted us about 30 seconds later some other shorter stocky angry man came out (followed by a girl) saying we cannot park there in the express service lane (oh and when we booked service it said we qualify for express service - what a joke now in hindsight) and was telling the manager to tell us to move our car off and take it to Hyundai lot instead (next door), he went on for a bit until the service manager "in training" told him that wasn't our car (I have a Jeep) and the other guy backed off and rudely said "oh I thought that was their car" and then I could hear him telling the service manager to try and keep asking me to add additional jeep service (I just wanted oil change). My daughter helped me stay calm but she was scared because that short guy made her feel like we did something wrong by telling him to make us move, but come on at 2 1/2 hours later come on the service guy could have lived a tiny bit of Aloha, check in, apologize, or anything to show some Aloha with us, but nothing at all...and it's sad because that's all it would have taken to make things right (even with the wait). But the service was cold, rude, and definitely no aloha. Side note, the young local boy (who probably changed the oil) and pulled my car out of bay for me was a good boy and did apologize for taking so long, but I told him thank you. Wasn't his fault or job to apologize, it was the service manager "in training" because he was only line of communication (or lack of). But that young boy showed me a lil aloha and I hope he knows that he's an example of what his workplace (and bosses) should be striving for at that dealership! **my original review to Jeep asking for feedback:** 2 1/2 hours for oil change!!! Pulled up at 8am and was asked a few different ways if I wanted to add this or that (expected at the dealer right?) but was told about and hour wait for simple oil change, no update until I asked the service "manager in training" at dealer and he said soon he hopes and would check, but nothing again until 2 1/2 hours were up. I would have pushed but my daughter was with me so I didn't....but when I expressed frustration as I paid my bill his snarky reply was "I didn't know it would take that long", not sure I forgot his name from Kaneohe Jeep dealer (but he said he was the service manager in training and reported to his supervisor Alfredo at the time). I've owned four RAM 1500s and have taken three of them to Windward Dodge since 2007. I've bought two RAM 1500 from this dealership and have always felt that I got the best price and treated like Ohana! I traded in a 2016 RAM 1500 4x2 BIG HORN that I bought here in 2016 and on Aug 25th I bought a 2024 RAM 1500 Classic 4x4 WARLOCK. I immediately decided to get a suspension lift and 35" tires. Josh in the parts department helped me pick out the PERFECT Bilstein 2" lift, ordered it and it arrived in 2 weeks. Josh also recommended that I go with 315/70R17 instead of the 35x12.5Rx17. The narrower tires will fit in my wheel wells, making sure I pass my state safety inspection!! Ashley is a QUEEN! and was my project manager. Four days after my lift kit arrived, she had me scheduled to come in and three days later got my WARLOCK back! She's my daily driver and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! She made sure I got a front end alignment, got the truck detailed and it was running PERFECTLY! Windward Dodge DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB and I will continue to come here for service and my FIFTH RAM when the time comes! read more

I wanted to buy a jeep from factory and decided to go with this dealership. We built the jeep online, and I was given a print out of the entire build so then I could take some time making my decision. Even though I knew exactly what I wanted, this is the first time that I had bought myself a new car, and it was a very big decision.  I messaged the sales representative I was working with a couple days later, after I had decided to go through with purchasing the car. She messaged back and said that she wasn't in at that moment but could possibly go to the dealership later that afternoon/evening, and I messaged back that I could be there then because I really wanted to purchase it that day. She never responded so I headed to the dealership around the time she had mentioned. I waited for a while at the dealership and then had to call her to have her come in.  Once she got there, we were able to start building out the jeep to order on the computer behind the main desk in the showroom. I believe we had one of the mangers helping us. When we were building the jeep, I was told that the one we previously built was not what I wanted because due to how the dealership has to order it. I was somewhat frustrated that I had already been told I could order it one way and then was told differently. I ended up deciding on a different trim that seemed closer to what I wanted. I was told by the manager that it would have manual crank windows, manual locks, and a key ignition. I was very excited for this becuase that is similar to the old jeep that I have (I later found out on my own that the jeep does not come with any of this). The manager was also unsure if the jeep would have air conditioning, so he called to get an answer about that. I ended up putting the down payment on the jeep, and I was told it got ordered. A couple days went by and I never got an itemized receipt of what was ordered or any emails, so I asked the sales representative for that. I ended up talking with her team leader to get the receipt emailed, but he was not even aware that the jeep was ordered. He eventually realized it was ordered but was never signed off. He fixed that issue, and I was told I would get email updates and be updated on the status from the sales representative frequently.   Throughout the four months that it had been since I ordered the vehicle I was only texted once by the sales representative asking if I had any questions, and when I responded with a question it took her almost two weeks to answer. I then realized that she was able to see a lot more detail about the status than I was, and I was wondering what updates I was missing. When the jeep eventually updated on the website to have shipped, I messaged her again about more information on it. It again took her so long to reply that I messaged her team leader in the meantime and got a response from him. He said I could just go through him with any questions from that point on. He has been great at answering my questions but has also never reached out to update me without me messaging first. I don't know if this is because there are no updates or if I just have to ask for them at this point.  I then emailed my frustration to a manager at the dealership and was told that they would figure it out for me. I proceeded to have to email again after a week to receive an update. I then found out that my vehicle had been sitting at a port waiting to be shipped for a month. When I finally got the vehicle there were multiple deep scratch marks in the paint and part of it was already rusted. The sales representative ensured me that the dealership would fix the paint. That ended up taking two months and multiple trips to the dealership and when I got it back I was still able to find deep scratches. When I brought that up I was told that if I just looked at it at a different angle that I wouldn't see them. I was also told that the rust is "normal" and there is nothing they will do about it even though it is brand new. read more

Purchased a used vehicle 7/30/25. Reg tag expired 5/2026, incorrect vehicle info on the temp reg. Documents signed and sent to the lender was incorrect and I had to resign. 4-weeks later and I still have not received current registration. Matter of fact DMV stated today that the vehicle is still registered in the dealerships name. I've spoken with multiple different employees in sales, finance and even left tons of messages with the GM, and still no response or resolve. It is crazy to me how an establishment like Windward Auto is allowed to carry out business this way without recourse. The sales manager even promised the VIP treatment and that he'd ensure all issues would be handled immediately. This was 3 weeks ago. As it is I'm driving around a car with expired tags, have a loan on it and it's not even legally registered to me yet. I took our Government GSA Vehicle into repair/reset the ABS Warning Dash light on May 29, 2025. I was told it would be done within three days. Called for status the following week and was told that they haven't gotten approval from GSA to look at the vehicle. That was very unlikely from GSA. Normally approval is given right away. Called in the following week to check status, was told still awaiting GSA approval. Told them i find that unlikely. They called me back and said GSA approved. They diagnosed problem and ordered the part. Followed up and was told, their technician ordered the wrong part. Now they need to go back to GSA and get another approval. Followed up again, they tell me they are waiting on GSA Approval... Following week, I asked for an update, got GAS Approval, ordered part. ETA on part one week, follow up the following week get told part be in next week. Followed up, now part is on back order! ETA July 25, 2025. Left text message for an update, no response, text again for an update, no response. Called phone number that they said was my service advisor, sorry, the number you have reached is not in-service!! Call Windward Dodge posted number, get thru after all the options you got to go thru and get the run around. Talked to a service advisor of our situation, he looks it up and says your part delivery date changed from July 25 to July 29, 2025. Says he will go check with the parts department, puts me on hold and comes back to say, oh we are sorry, parts should be here now on August 9, 2025! At this point, I was about to lose it! I asked to speak with a manager or Jerry For The People as we are not a Satisfied Customer. Was asked for a phone number to be reached at gave them my direct number. Have not heard from anyone at Windward Dodge. It is so Disappointing they were awarded a LARGE Government GSA Contract, yet don't produce Quality work or Quality Customer Service. read more

I drive all the way from the Leeward side to service my Jeep at Windward because I don't trust any of the other Jeep Dealers on Island. Unfortunately today the drivers were bringing vehicles into the bays by tag number order instead of time checked in order like they are supposed to. Ended up waiting 4+ hours for an oil change. After being told 3 separate occasions that my Jeep "will be next". Finally after being skipped who knows how many times the service rep went to investigate and discovered the issue and corrected the drivers. Unfortunate waste of time for me. Still gave 5 stars because they are the only trustworthy Jeep dealer on island. read more

I have been a customer at Windward Dodge since 2005 when I bought my first Town & Country (which still runs). In 2020 I decided to get my first brand new van since the used one I was driving developed some issues and I was using it for rideshare. Unfortunately, since Covid my work situation kept changing and the rough roads eventually broke one of my motor mounts. Unable to afford the increasing maintenance costs, along with the high monthly payment, I had to make some tough decisions. Letting the van go was a huge disappointment for me but Jordan at Windward Dodge didn't give up on me. He messaged me monthly with options for me and when I decided to let First Hawaiian repossess the van he found me another loan for a smaller car that I could afford without needing to drive ride share. I was trying to convince myself that taking the bus during the rainy season was going to be ok and now I'm just grateful that Jordan knew more than I did about this new situation I found myself in. He didn't mind that he wouldn't be making as much off my used purchase as he would've by encouraging me to invest in another new vehicle. He did what was best for me, instead of himself, and I respect and appreciate that. He didn't look down on me for my current, unfavorable financial situation and consistently treated me kind, with respect. I can be pretty stubborn when being told something that I don't want to hear, and a couple of other other salesman gave me attitude over it, but Jordan remained 100% calm and professional. Worst service ever!!! Bought a Brand New Dodge Caravan, 69mi. Always serviced it at the dealership, oil changes on time. Took care of this van. However, 7 years later/ 74,000 miles our transmission blew We towed it to Dodge to get it fixed. They provided a rental car a week later. That was in March.... 2 months go by and none of the service reps, managers NO ONE will return our calls or give us information about when my van will be fixed. Today we get a text stating WE ARE RESPONSIBLE to pay for all the repairs and rental car. WTF! This so called Customer Bill of Rights is a scam! No one knows what's going on and the van is NOT fixed. ******update***** AVIOD this place at all cost!!!! The finance department is all scammers. Coincidentally, I get a call from Windward Auto the day after I posted this review. Quintin on the line acting like he was doing me a favor by telling me they will release my funds. However they will not give me a full refund after all. (A warranty I stupidly bought because they made it seem it was an additional $20 not almost 2257 to be exact. Back note this is supposedly coming from a third party vendor) so, they told me they were withholding 899 dollars because they had to come out of pocket for a registration of my trade in? I was current in my registration so I still don't understand this. Anyways, A trade in that occurred three transactions ago (11 months ago) and has nothing to do with a cancelled service. Jerry for the people.. what a joke. More like scamming your military. Thank you for the WORSE EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR IN MY LIFE!!! Terrible service! I traded in my car in May 2021. I stupidly was convinced to buy into their warranties. Well I called back and did a cancellation of warranties. It was suppose to be an easy process I signed the documents and I was suppose to receive a check and the rest was suppose to go into my account. Well fast forward to today Feb 2022. I only received only one part of my refund and countless of excuses why they can't release the funds back to me. My calls are dodged, by Quintin. (Who was overseeing my case). I can't seem to get any clear indication of when I will get my refund , or I get a date and then they have an excuse why I can't receive my check . Amazing service. We came in to LOOK at cars, key word is LOOK because we have a bad habit of going into dealerships just to look and then end up leaving with something. So I really wasnt trying to repeat that cycle, hehe. Anywho, we looked at a bunch of different cars because ultimately we were trying to down size but not too much because we lug our house and kids around all the time. We were fortunate to work with DANIEL K and DYLAN G. SUUUPER AMAZING throught the whole process! We drove all the way from Ewa Beach to check this place out, and although we didnt leave with a car (we weren't supposed to, hence "looking") we were super amazed by the top quality service that we received from both DANILE and DYLAN. We really enjoyed working with DANIEL, he was so willing to show us all kinds of cars (Im picky) and we even got to drive some around. Loved working with DYLAN because he was able to crunch numbers for us and really pleased us with the offer regarding trade in value. Bottom line of this review, is that they were amazing throughout the whole process. They may have thought that we were annoying (because we were,lol) but they kept it professional all the way til the end. Even when we left with no car. This has impacted us so heavily, that when it is time to actually make moves regarding our down-sizing, we will be driving out from Ewa Beach again to work with them. read more
