[[HIGHLIGHT]]Jared was the nice sales person who helped me. He wasn't pushy nor over-enthusiastic. He was polite, professional, and efficient![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We went for a test drive, did the paperwork, and chatted. He gave me a bottle of water as I ate a snack from my purse... LOL!     Fred is my agent and he's awesome! Test drove the newest HR-V model and placed my order. He knows I miss my FIT, which they no longer manufacture:(. Only opened my sun/moon roof twice in the past few years, so I am back to basics. Whoever gets my car will be blessed;). Very low mileage and all. (I know, if I only had the time...) Got treated to fresh apple slices and Rocky road ice cream (by chance, this is not a normal service!). I do appreciate the water and coffee station, which is a normal service! Restroom is spacious and clean, always! Also appreciate not incurring too much $$$ outlay as well;) Thanks Fred, and Honda Windward!

    Craig was so helpful and friendly to work with. Made the buying process so easy. They said I would need to wait 3 weeks for my van to come in but it came in sooner than expected. Took only two weeks. Was able to schedule my ceramic coating two weeks after getting the vehicle. Service is temporarily located at the auto spa which is right down the road, 2 min drive away. Just went in for my first service. Was told it would take 1 hour but I ended up getting called 40 min later saying my service was complete. Very happy with Honda Windward.

    My first time here. My father passed in 2023 & left his Honda Civic to me since we moved back to be caregivers to my Mother. After 12 years the plastic on the key fob fell apart. I went to the parts department & they had all the parts in stock& cut a new key. The gal working the parts desk & cashier were very personable as well as the front desk greeter. Excellent customer from all! In & out in no time & appreciate the reasonable cost! Good experience from Honda Windward!

While the sales process felt professional at the time, the service afterward has been disorganized and inconsistent. We were instructed to return shortly after purchase for a safety inspection sticker, only to be told the dealership was out of stickers. What followed was multiple return visits--now totaling six trips to the dealership over approximately 10 weeks--to try and resolve basic post-sale requirements. In one instance, we arrived for a scheduled appointment at 8:45 AM and ended up waiting about four hours, only to leave without all issues resolved. We were later told to return again for the key fob issue, extending delays even further. The safety inspection sticker was eventually completed only after repeated follow-ups and significant inconvenience. However, other issues remain unresolved or unclear, including a non-functioning key fob, missing or unfulfilled promised floor mats, and confusion regarding the location of our vehicle registration at one point. Overall, the lack of coordination, repeated delays, and inconsistent communication have caused a great deal of frustration and wasted time. We expected better post-sale support and accountability. I hope the dealership improves its follow-through and customer service processes so future customers do not experience the same issues.

Straightforward service almost always takes overnight. They refuse to give you a time line on how long a a service will take. Won't return calls inquiring as to the status of a service. When you try to call, you are put on hold for 15-20 minutes of excruciatingly bad reggae "elevator music" while being advised over and over that you are "first in line". When it finally rings, IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL!!! Every. Stinking. Time. Even if you want a Ford, find a different dealer to sell it to you. They couldn't possibly be worse.

They also they didn't offer that service. My hubby called around and Jerry V quoted us $249, which was a fair price. They flushed the engine and added new oil. We arrived at our scheduled time and checked in with Samantha at the service department. We left our keys with her and the service was done an hour and a half later. We thought that they would tell us that we needed to get this and that fixed, but they wasn't the case. They were very honest and didn't try to upsell us anything. The vehicle's actual registration expired in October 2025. I was issued a temporary registration, but Uber doesn't accept temporary registration if the actual permanent registration is expired. Since September, I have called the dealership every month to follow up. Each time, I was given the same explanation--that the delay is due to the State of Hawaiʻi DMV and that I just need to "be patient." At this point, patience is no longer reasonable. I purchased this vehicle with the intention of using it for Uber to help cover my car payment and living expenses. Because the registration has not been completed, I cannot legally use the vehicle for its intended purpose, which has caused real financial hardship. Regardless of DMV delays, the dealership is responsible for ensuring registration is handled in a timely manner or providing a clear resolution. Months of delay with no concrete answers, documentation, or alternative solutions is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here unless you are prepared for prolonged registration issues and repeated follow-ups with no resolution. I would rate it a zero stars if I could

We have gotten our cars changed here back then and they used to be good. But now they're rude and have no aloha, only looking for profit and overpricing things. I am not sure if they all just had a bad day, but I tried my best to be really understanding at first. Our earlier experiences over the years were good and we decided that we will stick with Kaneohe Auto Care as they seemed like good ohana and we would like to support them. But our recent 2 experiences changed our view of them. Our recent first experience here was good besides overpriced tires, they promised to give us Falken tires but after the tires and repairs have been done, they told us they weren't able to and changed our tires to MIDAX instead, lying that they were a far more superior brand instead while overcharging us on the tires by $200. After a week, the car had problems again and Kaneohe Auto Care failed to identify an oil leak and oil filter problem which we had gotten checked at another place. When I told them the girl in the front said, "Well what do you want us to do about it?" in a rude tone. On our recent second experience to get our car diagnosed they gave us a set price of $1600 for some car repairs. I also noticed when I first came in, when one of the mechanic was on the phone he was pretty rude to the person in the phone. After confirming again, they were very rude on the phone complaining about the repairs on the car, telling us that we're asking for a lot of repairs after we had already discussed what the diagnostics and the repairs of the car would be, giving us a set price of $1600. After a couple of hours, I decided to call them again thinking maybe they just had a bad day which is why they were rude on the phone and in person, not even making eye contact and ignoring questions I asked multiple times. After thinking about trying to understand them, I called them again to confirm the services and the price -- but to my surprise the person I was talking to wasn't the same girl I talked to in the first place -- it was a man with the same voice that was rude earlier to another customer on the phone. Right from the start of the call, I said Aloha, confirming the repairs and costs, but he was rude right off the bat. He increased the price, overpricing it $1000+ higher than even the Honda dealership here in Windward, and it did not even cover all the car's problems. After discussing with ohana and experiencing that, we decided not to go and just decided on the safety check and oil change after KAC switched our price from $1600 (we had discussed all repairs already and which repairs would be done) but then they changed their mind, doubling the price to over $3000 after giving us a set price of $1600 while Honda ngave us a price of $1900. I tried to be very understanding and polite but the man I talked to was very rude as I kept thinking to myself to try and understand he may have had a bad day and that we're all ohana on the island. We decided not to get the car fixed by them. I came in and while talking and they did not even look at me in the eyes while talking and were ignoring my questions, telling me to sign on the paper instead for the oil change and safety check which costed $140 ($70 was labor). We were looking to have a great service, especially after our cars broke down and the hurricanes on the island have led to many problems only to be met with this kind of service. Where is the aloha? Now they're only looking for profit even higher than the honda dealerships which we originally switched from as honda has usually high prices. I always support local businesses here in Hawaii as I grew up here. But after the service here in KAC me and my ohana will sadly never be going here again. They will find different ways to overcharge you in other ways to make a profit and my first experiences from back then may have been good but multiple recent experiences proved they changed.
