The wings were great! They have a bunch of flavor options that sound really good. I had the lemon pepper and the sweet chili, both of which were delicious. The manager Israel came out and checked on me and the other diners. He was really polite and professional, and even provided me with some of the other sauces they have there like Mango habanero which was actually the perfect balance of spicy and sweet. Overall the service was great the staff was friendly and you could tell the manager Israel really cared about my dining experience. I would highly recommend you check out this location. Just went for lunch with my wife. Place has a cool feel but hard to bring my family to. The music was not something my ten or seven year old needed to hear with every other word being what it was. As for the wings. Mine sat for a while before being given to me and was missing one flavor that I ordered. The sauce flavor is good but the sauces are very thin and watery. So by three chews on the chicken your sauce flavor is gone completely and overpowered by the dry rub of salt and pepper and chicken. This is something that could be fixed by using a thicker sauce that coats better. I give wings a B- Fries were good. read more

We were the only ones at the restaurant besides another customer that was already eating, we ordered and then 15 minutes after we still hadn't gotten our food. We clearly told her it was for here and then we had to go to the counter to ask, and our food had been bagged up sitting there for some time. When we got our food it was already cold. Went late at night and the staff was super friendly. It was our first time at Wing Factory and the wings were delicious. I like wings without all the hype and I got what I asked for with my wife getting the mango habanero, felt the burn but also delicious. We tried a few different side with the potato salad and Mac and cheese being the best of our choices. Jalapeño poppers didn't taste very good so a little disappointed and that's why I didn't give 5 stars. My daughter had the ribs and enjoyed them. It literally made me sick. I ordered garlic parmesan because I don't like spicy. I absolutely got Chipotle. Not only was the flavor horrible but how does anyone chew this shit? It's like chewing rocks. My son said the same thing. The batter is so hard it's like you're eating cement! The chicken is tough as nails. And the breadsticks were terrible too. Atomic hot were fire but he loves hot!! The lemon pepper were very tasty. I ordered the (medium)Buffalo chicken salad and the chicken was very tender and the salad was perfect with cucumbers & tomatoes! My son ordered the Buffalo fries and he said it was perfect in "Hot" flavor and a lot of chicken. We also tried their cheese sticks and I was surprised that they were not greasy!
