When the food finally arrived my order was missing items. Of handling the error with professionalism the staff openly complained nearby making my party. Me feel unwelcome and like a major inconvenience. To make things worse I was overcharged on my bill. I was charged $10.00 for a smoked sausage that is clearly listed online for $6.49. This has happened in the past, but when I'm told it'll be fixed they call it double charging. This level of unprofessionalism, poor customer service and incorrect pricing is completely unacceptable. After years of supporting Blue Mound Cafe I am now seriously reconsidering whether I will ever return. I hope this feedback leads to changes, in how your team treats customers.
