The food was delicious and is reasonably priced, the staff was very kind and did a phenomenal job with top notch service, the environment is fun and at times they have live music. I love their food because it is all baked! It's delicious and healthier than other wing places. The chicken with the large selection of sauces is amazing. The first time we ate here the service was slow but it tasted really good and we loved the sauce (chili garlic..) We gave it another shot a few weeks later and the service was even worse. We waited over an hour for our food, and they weren't even that busy. It was super disappointing. Sauce was still good, but the wings weren't crispy the second time. I was very disappointed last night. Ordered boneless wings to go and when I got home found out they were nothing more than dense chicken breast meat cut into cubes, charred, and in thin sauce. Was looking forward to brown wing meat. Tell me this was a freak accident because they ran out of wings! Tell me this isn't their standard procedure. (But even then they should have had the decency to say they were out...) Not happy at all. Update: I went in and asked them, and they confirmed that they use breast meat for their "boneless wings" and no, they don't let you know on the description. That is just disgusting. read more

I am pretty sad , i was excited to try these wings , I called placed my order of only 18 wings , I was going to get the 44 but I am glad I didn't. The 18 wings I ordered were not made right . I specifically asked to have the sauce on the side , seeing that I have my young children eating wings as well. Now they can not eat them cause the sauce that is on them are super hot. I tried to call them , someone picked up the phone and then just left me on stand by . Best.wings.ever. I say this having eaten at Wing Nutz many MANY times and having taken many of our out of town visitors here....who then want to visit Wing Nutz every time they're in town. Yes, the service is sometimes slow, but always friendly. We do not come here when we're in a hurry! ( come on Wing Nutz, get your service up to speed and be a five star wing joint!) Since the wings are baked, not fried, they are not greasy/spongy like many other places. They are baked to a golden brown then tossed in sauce... I live 20 minutes from this place, so I call ahead literally 5 times, hoping to place my order ahead of time, planning to pick up the order when I get there and drive the 20 minutes home to cold food, and no one answers the phone. Then, I arrive and place my ToGo order and am told 10 to 15 minutes and I think, ok, would have been nice if someone answered the phone, but it is what it is. As I am sitting there waiting for my order to get done, I see a waitress, ALICIA, go over to an outside table, where customers had their dog there and she starts loving up on it. She was petting that dog with both hands for over a minute. No problem, I grew up with dogs, I love dogs, but when I am done petting a dog, I wash my hands. She did not. She marches over to the window where food orders are coming out and she immediately starts getting a ToGo order ready. And I am thinking, that poor soul, if they only knew, and then I realize that I don't know the half of it, does she wash her hands after using the bathroom? Does she ever wash her hands? Anyway, the order that she was handling sits there on the counter, as I assume that it is not mine (and hope). So 30 minutes goes by, I ask a waitress about my order as I show my receipt for $60 worth of food, and she assures me that she'll check on it right away. She never gets back to me. Then 40 minutes have gone by and I finally go up to the cash register where the waitresses are and I ask AGAIN about my order that was supposed to be done in 10 to 15 minutes to the waitress who took my order 40 minutes earlier and she looked at me like she had never seen me before, and unfortunately I tipped this girl when I placed the order (shame on me). Then she goes over to the same exact order that the other unhygienic waitress bagged our food about 20 minutes earlier, and she picks it up and hands it to me. I proceed to ask to speak to the manager, hoping I can let someone know what is going on. And after 5 more minutes of waiting and no manager, I leave, then drive home 20 minutes to some very cold, undercooked, germ ridden food. Whenever I come upon a place that has issues like this one, I do try to let the person in charge know, because if I was in charge or if I was the owner, I would definitely want to know. Leaving only taste on the outside of the chicken and not the inside. The inside of the chicken was ok. Some pieces moister then others. A wide selection of sauces and a variety of meat options including hog wings which would be better if they had been cooked longer since they were a little chewy. Got the third wheel deal to go here the other night. We didn't give a lot of notice as we decided on wings while waiting on an uber after a pitcher at the one and only(lol) but our food was ready to go when we arrived and the server was quick ringing me up and getting me out the door. I've been here before and tried most of the sauces and they have sooo many good ones! For this order we went with the Carolina mustard on the hog wings, the southern lemon hotties on the boneless and southern hotties on the wrap and bone in wings, all were delicious!
