Honestly these are the best wings I've ever had! They had so many flavors. The food came out quickly and it was very hot.

Poor service, slow cooking and bland food. For the price, and options in town, this place is a pass.

Wanted to try something other than WingStop tonight after our order was placed and never processed with the restaurant. Went to Wing Shack, pulled into the drive thru and waited there for close to 10 minutes, was about to leave and a woman passed by and returned a little after. When she took our order she was not friendly at all, we ordered the combo but decided we didn't want drinks, so we told her that. Then once we were charged, we realized she still charged us for the drinks. Before I could even ask how long of a wait it would be or anything she shut the window and walked off. The entire time I tried to wave her down when she'd pass and nothing. She was standing inside watching the tvs. After 32 minutes in the drive waiting for our food, she returned and handed us our bags. When we opened it and I had received about 10 French fries that were cold, stale, and seemed like they had been sitting for hours. And I feel like the boneless wings are tiny compared to competitors. I will say the only positive to this $33 order for a total of 14 wings, a side of fries, and a side of veggies was the sauce. But ultimately could've had way more food elsewhere for much less. Customer service was courteous, service was prompt, portions were great. We got BBQ, Garlic Buffalo, and hot honey sauces. Just the right amount of spice that builds as you eat them but not so overpowering that you can't eat more than a few. We look forward to trying again. read more

Don't call yourself a tap house when you do not serve beer on TAP actually they do not serve any beer.

Ok so they are working on the tap house. No alcohol yet but the wings were worth it. We had the 20 piece bone in wing combo with fries. Buffalo lemon pepper and fireball different but really good. The garlic parm was also really good. read more

Visited this WingShack, and the experience was terrible. First thing when I walk in, the whole restaurant is sitting in a fume of smoke, obviously from burning oil from their fryer. After placing our order and paying the cashier walked off with my credit card without notice or explanation then returned with the manager to fix whatever mistake was made with my card. After seating and waiting for about 10 mins, the same server walks up to inform us one of the flavors we ordered was out and for us to pick a different, which we did. Cut to a few more minutes passing and we received dirty looking fries with thin dry wings. Upon biting into our fries, the only taste was burnt oil, not even salt. The wings didn't fair much better, the sauce that replaced our original was absolutely bad for my palette, but also followed by a burnt oil taste. The other flavor we had ( garlic parm) tasted like butter with sprinkles of Parmesan cheese, no garlic, also with that burnt oil underneath. Hopefully we visited on a bad night, I was truly excited for me and my fiancé to try it as wing lovers, however it was a bad taste to end a perfect date night. read more

hate to be this guy.....but management really needs to go back to the drawing board with their sauce recipe. i tried 3 different sauces (bbq, lemon pepper, buffalo & i got so upset with the quality of those sauces that i downloaded yelp to offer constructive criticism; the lemon pepper wings tastes like it was baptized in salt& it gave me a hot flash, the bbq sauce tastes like bbq flavored bandaids , the buffalo sauce wasnt "buffulloing at all !, also......... it took damn near 5 mins for them to even take my order. usually i wouldn't complain, but it was literally no one in line and 2 people in the kitchen never coming here again.. read more

Hands down, best wings I've had in a very long time. We ordered garlic parm, teriyaki, buffalo, buffalo garlic, and BBQ. They were all fantastic. All the staff members were extremely friendly, helpful and patient. The atmosphere was fun. Lots of TVs with plenty of channel options. I wanted to try an alternative to Wingstop, so I made a pickup order through Grubhub. The food was good, but the service was terrible enough to keep me from coming back. I order a 30 piece bone-in shack pack. No one would acknowledge me when I walked in, so I finally flagged someone and told them I had a to go order. They told me it would be a few minutes, and I happily sat down to wait. When it was ready, they sat it on a far counter and didn't call me to come get it. I finally asked and they told me it was my order. I checked it, and it was missing fries, veggies, and the dips. I brought this to the attention of front desk staff, and there were just looks of confusion. I showed my order on my phone. They brought me an order of veggies and the smallest order of fries I've ever gotten, which didn't make sense to me since it's a family pack order. I asked if it should be a large fry with the family pack, and I was told they didn't know. By this point I wanted to just get the food home, so I asked for the 3 ranch dips, which took another 5 minutes to get. When I did get home, I will say the food was really good. With the small order of fries that wasn't enough to share, combined with the headache of picking up the order, we just won't be back. I really wanted to have a local business to go to for wings, but service is a mess. It wasn't just me, while I was waiting someone else at a table came up to say they were missing fries from their order. Well my partner and I went to eat there for dinner at about 5:45 she ordered BBQ wings when she got them she couldn't eat them because they were Ghost Pepper apparently they had switch the container is what the lady at the container and the cook said....They made her a new batch brought them out with what was supposed to be the bbq flavor but NOPE those were also GHOST PEPPER I was gonna mention it to them again but she said just to leave it alone guess where we won't be eating again.... read more

I was very excited to try this new local wing place. Unfortunately, the food was a bit lacking. I got the buffalo garlic, Cajun rub, and garlic parm. The blue cheese dipping sauce was subpar which was disappointing. The ranch was regular run of the mill ranch. Of all the sauces and rubs the buffalo garlic was the best; I give it a 4/5. The Cajun rub and garlic parm were decidedly lackluster; I rate them a 2/5 and 3/5 respectively. Weirdly enough, I prefer WingStop's Louisiana Rub and Wing Daddy's garlic parm. That being said, the crinkle cut fries were fantastic. Perfectly crispy on the outside and deliciously fluffy on the inside. What I didn't expect was that I would enjoy the boneless wings more than the bone-in. I usually hate the chicken-nuggetfication of wings but Wing Shack seems to do boneless differently. It's like they remove the meat and skin off the bone of a traditional wing and smoke them rather than using breast meat and breading them. I give the boneless wings a 4/5 and the bone-in wings a 3/5 which is great considering bone-in wings cost more at Wing Shack. Unfortunately, wings are only as good as their sauces/rubs and, as I said previously, the sauces/rubs were mostly lackluster. I had higher hopes for a local place. I wanted to say the local place was better than the chains but that would just be lying. read more
