This place is amazing - it's clean and it's new - Let's begin there! The wings were amazing - fresh, cooked well and no undercooked pieces. The lemon pepper was not too oily like slot of Lemon pepper seasoning - the wings were cooked well and the right amount of dry rub. This is a new wing spot on Fry south of Mason Rd. I got takeout for lemon pepper wings. The workers wore masks while prepping the food. After returning home the wings were still hot. They were fried with the lemon pepper flavor and they were very good. I didn't get any sides. Our family has ordered from Wing Snob on several occasions. This is the first time that I ordered the "mini" chicken sandwich. It took a while to prepare, which I understood because I was in the drive-thru, but I was a bit disappointed when I looked at the sandwiches. in my experience, the female manager was immature for her age. Her customer service its absolute trash and she will try to throw a hiss fit if she doesn't get her way. The food got cold going back and forth with this place after following all of their silly order protocols for a decent size order and it not being good enough for them. O stars or 1/10. Now let's talk about the food. the cornbread is a 3/10. very basic, you could probably get a couple of jiffy boxes and have a better experience. the street corn has wing spices in it so it tastes like wing-seasoned corn. this is a 2/10 the boneless wings were overdone and dry tasting. these were a 3/10 the fries were lackluster and cold tasting. these were a 2/10. the traditional wings are good. 7/10 wing the sauces are great 9/10 spicy ranch is great 10/10 overall probably won't go back not with my money anyway. you can find this elsewhere. as far as direct feedback to management. think about ways to provide a good experience for customers without having to make them do things repeatedly and Do it right the first time. if there is a coaching opportunity with employees.. handle it with the employees and don't take it out on the customers. Order 10 p wing combo from website. It's 21$ plus Delivery fee and tip. 31$ never got my order I stand we got a 70$ order of Cauliflower wings. No knock in vegan people or whoever enjoy them. But that person ain't me. Call the Restaurant and explain what happened. The best they could do for me was tell me to come to store to pick up my order. If I would of got up went and pick my order I would of save 10$ . That's the point of me ordering Delivery. The wings are great, but; 1) When you place an online order, it is usually not made until you arrive. 2) If I have more than one of the flavors, they don't indicate which ones are which. I have asked and they tell me that you have to specify when you order them. WHY!!!!! It's not hard to write the name of the flavor near the wings. Why should I have to ask???? I love wings. Definitely love trying new spots. Especially knowing that they have a drive thru window. Have to be careful especially on that turn from the drive thru menu to their window. They're open late which is another plus. I usually get their meal deal which has 10 wings, fries and a drink. No dippers included. They do have a price increase for their traditional wings. Not going to lie, it is more on the pricey side compared to Wingstop. My go-to flavor is their Jamaican Jerk. It has the right amount of heat for my liking. I've also tried their lemon pepper, honey bbq, and mango habanero. I've realized that on their bone in for lemon pepper isn't as packed with flavor as if you were to order with boneless. And btw we go to this place a lot spending $70 and up every time to get family packs so I know their portion is not horrible if you go there but if it's delivery - well that's another story! Large fries worth $6 is has a tiny portion. They are not consistent with their food portion. If I could give 0 stars that's exactly what this place would get, my first time I came here I ordered ahead, got there to pick up my order and it was pretty slow, two other people in the waiting room, I waited an additional 20mins before I got my food. Now let's fast forward to today. Today is super bowl, I totally get that. They were busy I ordered ahead and it said to be there at 5:50, I get there and proceed to wait 30mins, someone comes out and says my order is next gave her $2 for some ranch, ok fine I'll wait, waited another 30mins, at this point it is 7:15, I angrily asked for a refund and left, then realized I had drove away and wasn't even given the extra $2 I gave them. So essentially I waited over an hour and they stole $2 from me. To sum it up the food is subpar to have someone wait over an hour for 10 tenders and 3large frys not to mention the customer service is horrible and they acted like it was my fault that I wanted a refund after waiting over an hour for my food. What can I say? Wing Snob is hands down better than, Wing Stop. My family and I ordered the 30 wing meal deal 50/50 wings & boneless, 2 sides of ties and cornbread . Wing were meaty and boneless were bigger than nuggets ( unlike what you get at other places). spicy Chile, mild and garlic parm were our 3 choices all were very tasty. Fries were awesome! Garlic Parm . Betting the chili cheese fries are good too? 30 piec, 2 sides and 3 dippers $35 is a good deal and very filling. Enough for3-5 people. A great place to get a variety of wings for your next party. Only complaint I have is fry them a bit longer to crisp them up. Some of the wings had rubbery skin and some were nice and crisp? This place was so good! We have a Wing Stop by our house but it's hit and miss. Now that Wing Snob is open, we have our new go to place. First things first: the garlic parm fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. Yeah, I went there. The wings were big, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I liked both the garlic parm and awesome sauce. We will be back to try the chicken and waffles sauce too!
