They were perfectly fried, crisp, and yet soft within. From the looks of the exterior, I think they're using beef tallow to fry. I'm a "fry connoisseur" and I can confidently state that these are some of the best crinkle fries you can try - don't pass them up! I'd seriously consider going back just to get the fries! On that topic - "going back" - I can't say it would be high on my list (other than for the fries) but I wouldn't rule it out. Sportscasters rates a three-star based on the total experience.
