I used to order their boneless wings which are basically chunks of chicken lightly battered. Yummy. This time I went with the bone in wings since I am on this low carb kick. We ordered two orders of celery sticks, an order of broccoli at a whopping $3.99. I'll come back to the broccoli in a second, 15 boneless wings for the family and I ordered the 10 bone in wings. The celery came out fast but I must say, they looked pretty bad. A lot of the celery stalks had a brown color. The wings then came out. The wife said the boneless wings which are normally juicy, were dry. As she described, over cooked. My wings which were ordered plain, were bland. No flavor whatsoever. Trust me, I dip them in ranch and drizzle them with hot sauce but still, no seasoning flavor in my wings. Wife thought the same thing. I will say the wings were meaty and not small. That's a plus. The only plus. Remember the broccoli? For four bucks, we received about five pieces of broccoli. PATHETIC! Then on top of that, we get charged an extra $1.79 because we wanted the wing sauce on the side and not in the wings. I believe every aspect of this experience was not a good one. Our family ordered a large order to go. We noticed when we unpacked the order at home, one of the side dishes missing. Upon notification to the store, I noticed how truly accommodating the management was. Not only did they apologize and offer to make a fresh set of potato wedges, they promised to make my return trip worthwhile. The first 2 times I ordered buffalo wings and they had no sauce just plain . This time I ordered bbq and they gave them to me plain again ! They used to be fat and juicy and now they are small and dry. They try to compensate by drowning them in sauce but if I wanted a bowl of sauce I would have ordered that. The whole point of frying chicken is to get a crunchy texture with tender chicken inside. I was literally served a bowl of room temperature / cold grocery store bag tenders floating in a half inch of soggy soak sauce. The fries I can't even explain. It's almost as if you're back in elementary school and you're served those soggy crisscut things, but the lunch lady hates you and empties half a bottle of hidden valley ranch onto the top of them and scratches her scalp for the dried bits of Parmesan texture on top. I guess I have to give them 1 star if I could 0 stars it would be. I went to this restaurant last night and it was packed fine no problem. I decided to order take out . I get home and the order was incorrect. I ordered boneless barbecue wings and got bone in wings . I decided well let's try it today and pick up again . I arrived and stood there to be greeted and helped and was ignored for several minutes. I guess no one wanted to deal with the customer. I ordered barbecue boneless wings and received Buffalo boneless wings took them back the lady that helped me said I will have them recook which were not they just removed some of the sauce and put it in another box .
