This review comes with mixed results. I haven't been here in years. I use to be a regular here. It is Sunday and football was going on. The place was busy but we were seated fast. I used to order their boneless wings which are basically chunks of chicken lightly battered. Yummy. This time I went with the bone in wings since I am on this low carb kick. We ordered two orders of celery sticks, an order of broccoli at a whopping $3.99. I'll come back to the broccoli in a second, 15 boneless wings for the family and I ordered the 10 bone in wings. The celery came out fast but I must say, they looked pretty bad. A lot of the celery stalks had a brown color. The wings then came out. The wife said the boneless wings which are normally juicy, were dry. As she described, over cooked. My wings which were ordered plain, were bland. No flavor whatsoever. Trust me, I dip them in ranch and drizzle them with hot sauce but still, no seasoning flavor in my wings. Wife thought the same thing. I will say the wings were meaty and not small. That's a plus. The only plus. Remember the broccoli? For four bucks, we received about five pieces of broccoli. PATHETIC! Then on top of that, we get charged an extra $1.79 because we wanted the wing sauce on the side and not in the wings. I believe every aspect of this experience was not a good one. I decided to try the southwest chicken wrap and it was pretty good but the pecans felt like an odd addition. I love the wings here and the aioli fries but this is the THIRD time I order through doordash for pick up and they don't add the sauce on my wings !!! The first 2 times I ordered buffalo wings and they had no sauce just plain . This time I ordered bbq and they gave them to me plain again ! The whole point of frying chicken is to get a crunchy texture with tender chicken inside. I was literally served a bowl of room temperature / cold grocery store bag tenders floating in a half inch of soggy soak sauce. The fries I can't even explain. It's almost as if you're back in elementary school and you're served those soggy crisscut things, but the lunch lady hates you and empties half a bottle of hidden valley ranch onto the top of them and scratches her scalp for the dried bits of Parmesan texture on top. Their wings are not the same. The reason I liked coming here was because of their wings and great service. Have not been in about 6 months and they changed their wings. They used to be fat and juicy and now they are small and dry. They try to compensate by drowning them in sauce but if I wanted a bowl of sauce I would have ordered that. I get home and the order was incorrect. I ordered boneless barbecue wings and got bone in wings . I decided well let's try it today and pick up again . I arrived and stood there to be greeted and helped and was ignored for several minutes. I guess no one wanted to deal with the customer. I ordered barbecue boneless wings and received Buffalo boneless wings took them back the lady that helped me said I will have them recook which were not they just removed some of the sauce and put it in another box .
