If you've read my prior reviews, you know that I'm pretty picky when it comes to wings. And, while Hinders has sated my wing-lust for a while, occasionally I still get the cravings! That led Jules and I up to Buffalo Wings and Rings during AFC/NFC championship weekend. "Eeep!" you might think, right? Surprisingly, while BW&R was crowded, we were seated almost immediately and their service was spectacular. Our waitress was friendly and eager to please. Wing-wise, BW&R boasts ultimate flexibility, which is surely a pain for the, but an asset for their customers. Sauces can be combined in pretty much any combination imaginable. My plate of wings was doused in both mild buffalo and garlic sauces, served in a massive bowl and swimming in sauce. Mind you--I like my wings "extra wet", so that's an asset in my eyes. Jules ordered one of BW&R's specialty burgers, the Apple and Bacon Burger, which came topped with apples, among more traditional burger toppings. While certainly unorthodox, she heartily enjoyed. So we arrived close to 8:30... not exactly rush time and the place was not busy, yet we still sat at a table for 10 minutes before someone stopped by for a drink order. I never got the water I ordered and my friend ordered the same drink twice and it was wrong both times! Not off to a good start. After we ordered our food, we waited and waited to get our order and watched people, who showed up after us - by a bit, eat and leave before our food even showed up. Knowing it was not going to be good, our food finally showed up cold :( too hungry to send it all back, we ate quickly and left. Very disappointed. Worst service EVER. We stopped after a 5 hour drive to grab a quick bite to eat and instead it took TWO hours. The place was packed and only had 3 servers on the floor. Once they finally realized they forgot about us, they put in a completely different order and we just ate what we were given because we were no way going to wait that long again. I only rated this a 4 instead of 5 because of service & price. Pretty expensive. This place has the best food. Their wings are the bomb, and so is the rest of the food. The problem comes in the kitchen, they are super slow and send out appetizers at the same time as main course. So if you don't mind waiting, the food is very good. Pretty awesome you get to pick your sauce, then pick your heat, and you can request all flats or all drums on your wings. I recommend the buffalo traditional wings, medium heat, extra wet. The medium buffalo has all the spice and flavor, but without the horrible burn on the hot. read more

Terrible!!! Seated at a table that was dirty (during current sanitation standards?!) and rap music playing over speakers so loudly we could not even converse at our table. Really, folks? Cannot comment on the food (other locations are good) but this location leaves a lot to be desired. We left without ordering. read more

Great staff. We showed up around 1p for lunch with 11 people, including many kids. Our waitress was great. She handled all of our special orders, was efficient and friendly. They found the ballgame we wanted to watch. Food was very good. I had the special black bean soup, which I would've called more of an tortilla soup, but it was good. We should have known when we walked in during an Ohio State game and there were empty tables that something was wrong. The food was not good. Fries limp and tasted weird. My husband had chili that tasted strange. My son who is a French fry freak wouldn't eat his fries because they smelled bad to him. Took the wife to this shit hole for the last time. Walked in the place was nearly deserted. Had to wait for the guy who looked like the manager to seat us. So finally the bartender/server "Christine" to pull herself form behind the bar to come and take our drink order. So instead of getting our drinks she proceeds to clean tables and talk to her friends. It's not the first time we have gotten bad service from her but it will be the last. Never did get the drinks. We left. I don't have to spend my money for bad service anywhere. But at the place it is the norm. Happily we went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Troy and were served in minutes! Buffalo Wild Wings can go out of business tomorrow and that would not be soon enough. read more

What I really love about this place is their wing sauces. First, you get to pick from a variety of flavors. Then, you get to pick the heat level for each flavor. Let's not forget that you can also pick traditional or boneless and have them fried or grilled. Highly recommended.... read more

Early afternoon service is horrible. This is the second time I've come in around 2 in the afternoon for lunch. Last week I sat here for 10 minutes before I left. The burgers say fresh never frozen but they are perfectly formed and make you feel as if you are eating a veggie burger. Not much flavor to the burger itself! Gyro - the meat was sliced very thick,the pita itself was also thick which took away from the sandwich . Some may like this I did not. I have heard that the wings are good and since I DO like the place itself, I may have to give it one last try and order wings. There are so many wing places around I was sincerely hoping for good alternative foods to eat at this cool place. Will try one more time. read more

In town from South Carolina visiting family and came in for dinner. Great food. Tons of sauce! I had teriyaki and buffalo hot. Both were delicious. Hubby had Cajun and lemon garlic two thumbs up for those. Onion rings were very crispy and service was perfect. I'll be back for sure. read more

This place has the biggest wings and boneless wings I have seen. The bad part is that they are over sauced with what tastes like franks buffalo wing sauce and the blue cheese has very little blue cheese flavor but a bitter celery taste. We use to drive a half hour to eat at this location however we stopped going about a year ago. Today we were coming back from an out of town trip and decided to try again. This is one of my favorite wings restaurant. I love their buffalo nachos and wings (bone in or boneless). I'm not a blue cheese fan, but theirs is awesome and we order extras. I've been debating on posting a review or calling corporate. Calling corporate usually doesn't do much, so I decided a review would be better. I'm debating on making a Facebook account to leave a review so more will see this. The food is good and I've come here a lot. I'm assuming my server is new because I've never seen him before. He introduced himself as Chris. I'm not sure why he was in a different shirt from others, including the managers, but he had chest hair hanging out and that is not appetizing to see from a server. He was very loud. He would yell across the restaurant at customers. That's not very professional and it's very annoying. I was in the bathroom washing my hands with my 4 year old son. I heard a loud sniff sound and other noises as if snorting drugs. I didn't think much of it until Chris walked out of the stall. The Servers do drugs while working? He showed many signs of being on cocaine. He was sweating heavily and running all around for no apparent reason. The food is delicious, but never will I return after being a long time customer. I've never had a problem until this one and I hope management handles this soon! read more

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We got there about 5 minutes after they opened. We were the second people in there. It took 15 minutes to be seated. Our waitress took our drink order after 5 minutes and it took her 10 minutes to come back with them. 20 minutes went by and our waitress never came back to take our order. She was off taking other peoples orders that had just got in there. I finally had to tell her to come take our order. 45 minutes went by, they are not busy, and we still hadn't gotten our food, nor seen our waitress. I finally had to go hunt for her for her to just say oh let me check. She comes back 10 minutes later and said it just came up. We bit into our food and it was luke warm at best so it had been sitting there awhile. We got one refill the whole 2 and a half hours we were there. We asked to speak to a manager because of the horrible service and cold food. The manager wouldn't come out of the back and just told them to take 15% off our meal without asking what was wrong. Will definitely never go back. The food was decent so that is the only reason this is not getting a 1 star review. read more

We visited on Mothers Day what a crowd but only had a 20 minute wait, not bad. W There were 4 adults, and 3 children, we sat on the patio what an experience for the children, The wings as always were great. We tried the pita bread as well and wow that was great. The service was great the waitress was very friendly. We have been there before with our motorcycle group from Wapakoneta and everyone had a very good experience.
