    Bbq pork buns
    ALLY N.

Owner is super friendly and helpful. Ordered a whole roasted duck and half a pound of roasted pork and 4 bbq steamed buns . Total came out to $53 and was a bit confused. Come to find out they decided to give me almost a pound of roast pork instead of half a pound. I told her it was supposed to be only half a pound, she said she would put some back but then it would've been barely any pork in the box so I said it was fine. Came home and opened the box of duck and realized there was barely any meat on the duck. It was all bones and fat. The steamed dumplings were yellow. Not sure what happend to the quality here but it sucks.

This is authentic Chinese ran by a sweet woman! I got the half roasted duck (ahmazing) and the #2 combo. The rice and chowmein were made to order however both were very bland so that was a let down. The duck had a delicious sauce and it was served cold but I threw it in my air fryer and it was so delicious! It's for to go only and I recommend calling ahead so you don't have to wait!

Sweet n sour chicken??? There was liquid on the bottom but it resembled grease-not sauce.

Oh my goodness. We tried the pork buns a while back and liked them so I will give them 1 star for those. But tonight we ordered sweet and sour chicken, hunan prawns, house chow mein and fried rice and garlic green beans. It was by far the worst Chinese food we have had in a while. It looked very burnt (everything did) and someone is a little heavy handed with the 7 spice seasoning. Not sure what exactly to make of the sweet n sour chicken other than it was FUBAR. The ladies who work there are certainly nice enough and I'm sure the duck and pork is delicious but we will never know about that because we cannot return, not even for the pork buns. $70 out the door and sadly cannot even fathom to think of saving anything for leftovers. I couldn't even finish the plate. The hunan shrimp was tasty so I picked them out and had that for dinner. But there was only about a dozen in it and they were small and I shared with husband. Sorry, Wings. We won't be returning. But if you are looking for a good pork bun-check 'em out. I would not recommend Chinese food from here, though.

    Whole 85lb pig not cut

We ordered a whole Pig for our first time from Wings Deli and it wasn't a disappointment! We got the pig whole without cutting it up. It was one of the best tasting pigs that we've ever had! The crispy outside skin was not only crispy but so tasteful! We ordered an 85lb pig to feed about 50-60 people and we still had leftovers! Smooth business! Ordered on a Tuesday for a Saturday pick up. We will definitely be back! Thank you Wings Deli it was spectacular! "We did the fruits and presentation ourselves" but the pig was absolutely stunning and a show stopper for sure!

Turn the clock forward a decade and guess what, the food is still outstanding and the service is still attentive and kind. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive for us so we were good and hungry when we got into town. The owner greeted us warmly and a friendly server (her son), came by to help us. We decided to order: Hot & sour soup - heaven in a big bowl. Savory broth filled with delicious ingredients. It was well flavored, not too spicy or tangy Mu shu chicken - 4 pancakes with hoisin sauce. Our server wrapped our first ones for us. The dish contained the typical scrambled egg, sliced cabbage, protein, etc and it was fresh and tasty Beef with asparagus -noted in the entry that asparagus was in season so we had to order it. Meat was tender and the asparagus was cooked beautifully House chow mein - Fried perfectly and not doused in a bunch of sauce or oil. The protein on this dish was plentiful and it was simple and delicious. I loved how they didn't add chives/green onion to these dishes. The hot & sour soup had a few little green onions for color but this is the first time I've been to a Chinese restaurant that doesn't overfill the dishes with onions (as I don't like onions). Maybe that's the reason I enjoyed everything so much. Portions are very generous! We had lots of yummy leftovers. Our server told us that two of his brothers were the chefs. My kudos to them; they certainly know how to cook!

I found this place online, called, placed my order. Upon driving up... I was not happy, it was the corner spot of the lot, there's no seating inside, you walk in and you can't see the food be made, they have this table blocking the way to get inside the rest of the building which is just empty... The place honestly looks shut down. I hate that I couldn't see anywhere in the back where the food was being cooked, the lady kept yelling at the man in the back. She wasn't too welcoming when I walked in either. Then, I pay, tip $8. She tells me it'll be a 10 min wait, I walk around the lot.. get back, and I ask for 1 hot oil and she's going to say "we charge for that, that'll be $1.50!" I say okay, hand her my card and then she says "$6 minimum or a 75 cent charge." Like lady? I tipped $8 on a 14 meal..... can I just have the hot oil at this point. So I said that's fine, she charged me and I went on my way. Sadly, I won't be returning. Not only because ambience and staff, but food wasn't too hot either, super under seasoned and that's saying a lot because I'm on a kidney friendly diet for the MOST part lol.

Friday, January 9th. Approx. 6:50 PM…read more OVERVIEW: Was at Lincoln Village to do some shopping, and wanted to try this restaurant for the first time and get some to-go food. Will probably go back again to give their Dim Sum a try. PROS: - GREAT LOCATION in the middle of Lincoln Village Shopping Center & lots of available parking spaces. - Ordered the Fried Garlic Chicken, Broccoli Beef & House Special Chow Mein. Good flavor & volume for the price. - This may be commonsensical, but while it was quite cold outside on this January evening, management kept the temperature of the dining area at a warm level. I bring this point up since a lot of restaurants in Stockton & Lodi have turned the thermostats of their dining areas down to cut overhead costs, but this place kept their dining area warm & comfy. CONS: - It seems obvious that they only have one chef working in their kitchen, since it took almost 30 minutes to complete my order. Sure, they had to serve other customers dining in, as well as handle a constant flow of pick-up orders, but since it was peak order time on a Friday night, they should have more staff in the kitchen to quickly support the order volume. - While I mentioned in the "PROS" section above, the food has good flavor and volume for the price. The downside is that the overall flavors are not outstanding nor memorable, which doesn't allow for much separation with other mainstream Chinese restaurants, serving the same dishes in Stockton. SUMMARY: If you're in the Lincoln Village area, want to eat Chinese food and are not in a particular hurry, this is a good place to park the car and sit down for a while. If you are in a hurry, better to phone in your order beforehand to cut the waiting time. Don't expect exotic food presentations and flavors, but don't expect massive damage to your wallet either.
