Since there's no 99 Ranch and the only other Asian deli at Super King closed down, This is my go-to place for deli meats -- roast pork, roast duck, soy sauce chicken, char siu. Wing's deli is based out of an older outdated building. But it's as clean as it can get with this brick-and-mortar. It's a very small (used to be an old Taco Bell?) that was closed for indoor dining up until recently. They have about 3 tables and 4 booths inside). One small turn-off is the fact that the surrounding location is pretty sketchy. However, this is a hard working small family owned business that seems to maintain consistency with service and quality of product. They work pretty quickly too. You can order ahead of time for catering (requires a deposit). And like many products in general, the cost for deli items did go up (see photos). I'm very grateful for Wing's as it is my go-to for deli food and occasionally for classic Chinese food. read more

Owner is super friendly and helpful. Ordered a whole roasted duck and half a pound of roasted pork and 4 bbq steamed buns . Total came out to $53 and was a bit confused. Come to find out they decided to give me almost a pound of roast pork instead of half a pound. I told her it was supposed to be only half a pound, she said she would put some back but then it would've been barely any pork in the box so I said it was fine. Came home and opened the box of duck and realized there was barely any meat on the duck. It was all bones and fat. The steamed dumplings were yellow. This is authentic Chinese ran by a sweet woman! I got the half roasted duck (ahmazing) and the #2 combo. The rice and chowmein were made to order however both were very bland so that was a let down. Oh my goodness. We tried the pork buns a while back and liked them so I will give them 1 star for those. But tonight we ordered sweet and sour chicken, hunan prawns, house chow mein and fried rice and garlic green beans. It was by far the worst Chinese food we have had in a while. It looked very burnt (everything did) and someone is a little heavy handed with the 7 spice seasoning. Not sure what exactly to make of the sweet n sour chicken other than it was FUBAR. The ladies who work there are certainly nice enough and I'm sure the duck and pork is delicious but we will never know about that because we cannot return, not even for the pork buns. $70 out the door and sadly cannot even fathom to think of saving anything for leftovers. I couldn't even finish the plate. The hunan shrimp was tasty so I picked them out and had that for dinner. But there was only about a dozen in it and they were small and I shared with husband. I came in today, around 11ish, I ordered half duck and lunch special Mongolian beef Xtra spicy. Got home open to eat with daughter. She took a bite of the beef, she says "mom the beef tastes weird " she took a bite of rice" she says mom the rice tastes weird." I asked why? She says the rice tastes old and a a bit of a not so fresh smell. Then I took a bite n yes, the rice tastes like day old rice that doesn't have the freshness. It tasted cold but warm. The beef now, wheeew! The flavor was not the hit. But the beef have a rotten smell when chewing. We stopped n tossed it. The duck was drenched w sauce to cover the very dry duck that has been hanging for days. I chew that sucker like it was a tree bark. I can't eat something that's been that old. I called up the restaurant n spoke with the lady told her the issue. She apologized n said she will check the messed will toss it and the duck she said it was just cooked this morning. I said no, I know my ducks. It's what I always order when I go any Asian restaurants I know fresh. She then say, ok next time you come we make a fresh new batch for you. The crispy outside skin was not only crispy but so tasteful! We ordered an 85lb pig to feed about 50-60 people and we still had leftovers! Smooth business! Great hidden gem for Chinese food and barbecue in Stockton. I came in on a whim for lunch since I was craving some Asian-style fried chicken and roast pork. It's an older establishment, and not much to look at. They have a dining area, however they roped it off so I guess no dine-in experience and just take out. It's a pretty casual place and definitely gives off the mom-pop vibes. You order at the counter and the food is cooked to order, so be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for your food. You can also phone in your order if you'd like. I ordered their fried chicken, 1/2 pound of roast pork, spicy string beans, and their salted fish + chicken fried rice. The chicken was fried to perfection. The skin was light, thin, and crispy; the meat was juicy. My only complaint was that it was saltier than what I would have liked. The roasted pork was also done well. The meat was tender and the skin nice and crispy. The string beans had a hint to spiciness, but not too overbearing and were cooked to the right doneness. The salted fish + chicken fried rice was ok. I was hoping the salted fish was finer, but they used bigger chunks of it. The fried rice was also on the saltier side and I wish they had just been a little lighter on their salt. Overall a great spot to grab food. They were pretty busy for a Tuesday lunch crowd. Order a roast pig for my past two events here. The first time, the lady said pickup will be good at 2 pm. So I told all my guest my event time would be 2:30 so that food would be ready. My husband goes to pick up our roast pig, and she said it wasn't ready. He had to wait a whole extra hour! We were also charged for a large size pig...weighed more than what I was wanting.. Two other customers eventually approach as they already placed orders the day before. Both coincidentally ordered duck and were told their orders would be ready at 11:30. Not today! Roast pork was a bit salty but warm & crispy. BBQ pork is too lean and therefore dry. BBQ also had a bit too much ginger, really couldn't taste the meat. This place is what you would call a hole in the wall and a must have in Stockton. They have been in business for as long as I can remember. The bbq rack of fresh meat will have you drooling. There is a review on google which is my dad's experience with this place. The pig they used to make roast pig is the lowest grade and it had a taste of inferior quality meat. Like if thought they bought the worst meat grade from the meat producer(s). My dad said it is like meat that is about to go bad. Inferior grade meat should be used to make pet food or something like that. Not for human consumption. My dad said their roast duck is lacking taste and also the duck meat has a taste of bad meat (meat not fresh and going bad).
