This was my second visit to this location, and it was empty both times which doesn't surprise me. Service was just okay, nothing memorable. The biggest issue is the food--especially the wings. They simply do not come out hot, which is kind of a deal-breaker. Prices are higher than they should be for what you're getting. I had a burger on my first visit and that was actually better than the wings, which says a lot. There are plenty of other wing spots that do it 10x better, and we all know where. The only real positive is the space--it's big, with tons of TVs, so it's decent for watching a game. Other than that, BWW is a hard pass for me.

My latest support call brought me over to the Buffalo Wild Wings at the Willowbrook Mall where I grabbed up some traditional bone-in style Wings that were exactly what I was looking for to help satisfy my cravings. Time to get Wild and Ravenous on these Wings!! First off we're digging in to some seriously delicious classic Buffalo Wings with Celery, Carrots and Bleu Cheese for Dipping. I mean you really can't ever go wrong with this tasty traditional flavor combination am I right? Next we're going for those Asian Zing Wings which are always the perfect blend of Sweet, Sour, with just the right amount of Spicy Zing to them = YUMMMMMMERS !! Bill's Best Bite is when you find more Chili Flakes on your Wing than you think you can possibly handle:  *hint*  I Have Faith That You And Your Tastebuds Can Definitely Take It From Here !! Anyway that's all I got for now, I'm always happy to be your Wingman. Gotta Go . . Less Talk = More Munch!!

Came with some friends on a Sunday afternoon --- was quicky seated, despite the restaurant being quite busy. We were greeted by the nicest server, Marissa --- who was very charming and helpful in our "decision-making". I asked Marissa to ensure we ate the apps first before receiving our entrees, and I have to say, everything came out in a timely order and the food was hot upon arrival --- and yes, delicious! For the apps, we got the beautiful looking Onion Ring Tower, and the famous Poke Nachos. For the entrees? All three of us got the same --- the Hot Chicken and Waffles. If you've never gotten it, you're missing out. That dish hits the spot. 10/10. Totally prefer this casual-dining spot to any of their competitors.

I ended up getting the twisted Alfredo, which was a new item apparently. It has mild spice to it. I thought it was good however nothing too extraordinary. it was a big portion so I was able to take some home. My day had a steak bowl and he enjoyed it. He ate it completely. Good ambience for a quick date I like the diversity in the food. Overall would've come back again.

Our server was incredibly friendly and welcoming, took the time to explain the menu, and was especially attentive to our granddaughter. Since there isn't a kids' menu, she offered suggestions that worked perfectly for her. Everything came out exactly as ordered. The wings were delicious, and they kindly served the sauce on the side so they weren't too spicy for our granddaughter. The pizza was absolutely worth the extra wait--the tomatoes and cheese were clearly top-shelf ingredients and made for an outstanding pie. To top it all off, the owners were at the door when we left and took the time to chat with us and our granddaughter. Such a nice, hospitable touch that made us feel truly welcome. We'll definitely be back!

Excited to dine here, which is close to home…read more Went for dinner on Saturday night and there was a great crowd. However, we were seated quickly. Service was excellent with friendly staff. Drinks were good. Ran out of ingredients for one drink we ordered but they substituted and it worked out. App order was very good - pizza was outstanding, wings were great and brussels were pretty good. For entree, we ordered 2 VODKA PARM CHICKEN SANDWICHES, 1 NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN and 1 BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD. Everything "looked" amazing. Unfortunately, all of the chicken was off for each entree and was very hard and rubbery. Everyone was in such a good mood we never complained but could not finish our meals. We cannot believe this is how it is supposed to be, and we plan to return to the restaurant for another try!! Going with 4 stars to give benefit of the doubt. We will be back and will modify rating if needed.

Munchy's is the king of fat sandwiches in North Jersey. I've tried a bunch of places and nothing…read morehits like this. The Royal Flush is hands down the best sandwich on the menu. Everything is stacked right, it holds together better than most, and the flavor balance is perfect. You get crispy, savory, melty, salty, all in one bite. Every time. I drive about 12 miles to get here which says a lot. It also happens to fall right between home and work so it's become my go-to detour on Fridays. Early lunch stop or mid-shift reset, it never disappoints. Portions are legit and they don't skimp on fillings. You're full but not destroyed. The spot has that Jersey counter-shop feel. Order, grab a seat if there's one open, or take it to go and wreck it in your car. Either way the food travels well and the quality doesn't drop off. There is limited space inside to enjoy the freshest bite but tables revolve quickly. If you're into fat sandwiches or never had one done right, this is the place. Real ingredients, no shortcuts, every sandwich feels like someone actually cared about stacking it right. Easily five stars. Worth the drive. Worth the mess.

This is my second review of this establishment. In my initial review, I had issues with the burger…read morebeing overly soft, the fries being unseasoned and cold, and an unpleasant oil taste. However, this review is not about that experience. Let's start with the service. I placed my order with John, who was pleasant and easy to deal with. After speaking with the owner on Yelp, he suggested that some of my original issues may have been due to the timing and the fact that my order was delivered, which could have affected the quality. Taking that into account, I ordered the same item again. This time, the service was good, and I got home with the food piping hot. The issue I previously had with the burger does seem to have been caused by delivery time, as it was much better this time around. Unfortunately, the fries were just as disappointing. They were cold as soon as I opened the packaging, though at least they didn't have the old oil taste this time. Instead, it was very obvious they were frozen fries--confirmed by the presence of a plastic bag of frozen fries. They were again unseasoned, not even lightly salted, and somehow managed to be both cold and burnt at the same time. One thing that concerned me was the staffing. There were four employees present, but only two seemed to actually be working. John appeared to be leading things and taking orders, and there was someone cooking. One employee in a beanie seemed mostly idle, though I overheard something about deliveries, so I assume he may have been the delivery driver. Another employee, who looked around my age, didn't appear to be doing anything at all. That was a bit concerning. Overall, I updated my original rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. It was fine, but nothing impressive. If I were rating it out of 10, I'd give it a 4/10. The burger was good in terms of softness, but the onion rings and bacon lacked the crunch I was expecting. They were mostly soggy, though still an improvement compared to my first experience. The burger patty itself, without toppings, tasted dense and brick-like. If the fries had been good, I honestly would've rated this closer to a 7/10. However, I had to dock several points because I don't understand how fries can be both burnt and cold at the same time, nor how the quality managed to decline further between visits--from tasting like old oil to tasting unmistakably frozen and completely unseasoned. If I'm in the area, I might stop by for the burger alone, but even then I'd have to be in a very specific mood. The most disappointing part is that the owner personally encouraged me to give it another try. While one issue from my original visit was resolved, the fries somehow got worse. I know I'm ranting about the fries, but honestly--how do you mess up fries this badly?
