Just got takeout and the ribs were not cooked. Called back and spoke with the manager. He said "I knew there was a problem"...... WTF? So you send ribs out the door not cooked appropriately? Ordered a takeout order and was promised a delivery time roughly 45 mins after placement. It's now about an hour and 15 mins and no food. I called the store and they said they are having "difficulties" and wouldn't explain to me why my food wasn't delivered. Extremely unprofessional. I'm a umass amherst grad... Wings was famous around campus... I just moved to worcester and I can't believe I now have a wings 5 minutes away. Same great product as the original, Fresh Hot boneless fried chicken in an array of incredible sauces. Delivery service late into the night is awesome, great franchise, simply delicious product. I love the food from here. Not only that, but they are very great with customer service. Today I ordered food and the delivery driver coming to my job forgot my order. Another driver came and she called the store to find out where my order was. Not only did they remake my order, the sent it to me in less than 30 minutes and it was free of charge. Great for desperate late night eats when your friends have turned into vultures and plain bread or cereal won't do...yet no one wants/can drive anywhere. Waffle fries all day. Some of the flavors are bland like the garlic parmesan. A few kind of taste the same, but I guess when you have a bunch of flavors, they all end up tasting similar. I still prefer simple, deep-fried wings. If you can make it out of your house, you can get awesome ones at Mai Tai. Their kitchen is open later than normal too. read more

I placed an online order. The website should have the prices listed on the menu. They arent, you find out at the checkout. They should fix that. Ive ordered from here once before and everything was very good. This time not so much but i do intend on giving them another chance for sure. The order took almost 2 hours to get delivered. But keep in mind it is the day after the blizzard of 2015. The delivery man said they were understaffed and apologized. We got 3 different kinds of boneless chicken. I like the sauces alot but our food was cold. Onion rings were cold and soggy. My daughter got a $9 caesar salad. Very big and she liked it. Awesome chicken, always seasoned to perfection.. my only issue with this place is that almost EVERY time I order for delivery they forget something.. they always send what they forgot out in another car, but I think it is just ridiculous that they have to do that so often.. I pretty much expect to have to wait to eat my meal for them to make a second trip... If I could give them a minus stars I would we ordered for a corporate event and was told they would deliver at 11 am they called and said they would be late and would be there by 11:45. We called at 11:55 they said they would be there by 12:15. They did take off 25$ but when the delivery came he didn't want to give the phone to us to sign said he would hold it of course he had added a $37 tip. Horrible service. Ordered my plate at 12.02 and expected the delivery at 12.50. Fifty minutes for chicken. Okay. At 12.50 I called to check whether I would get my food on time or not, they didn't pick up. Called every 5 minutes to see if they would pick up. Nothing. Managed to have my call answered at 1.55, 5 minutes before closing time, and the lady said my food would be there soon. Ten minutes later my order was CANCELLED. Called there and they said "i'm so sorry, nothing we can do, have a good one". Frustrating. Disappointing. Do not order from Wings Over Worcester, unless you feel like paying to be hungry for hours. We ordered a 1lb if wings with 2 flavors and got a half pound with one flavor.. apparently the cooks have never heard of salt or pepper either. What a train wreck this place is. Jose is the only manager I can get any help from. He should be the owner. Seriously. Stopped the side cup of ketchups, I get it. Saves money. But to cheap quality, ketchup packages??!! Still charging money for a seperate container, instead of finding a solution for the soggy fry outcry. Like guy come on lol. Seems to me the owner Matt replys on each persons complaint saying nice, uplifting words of making you BELIEVE next time you order it will be so much better for you. Still got a rude woman, rude, insulting manager named Ray, and hung up on not answering any questions regarding my charged credit card order which I decided to cancel, since they refused to assist in any way possible. Im sorry am I the only one who sees these reviews, of the rude, employees, co managers, supervisors, over and over again, yet do nothing about it?
