Ordered a takeout order and was promised a delivery time roughly 45 mins after placement. It's now about an hour and 15 mins and no food. I called the store and they said they are having "difficulties" and wouldn't explain to me why my food wasn't delivered. Extremely unprofessional. I love the food from here. Not only that, but they are very great with customer service. Today I ordered food and the delivery driver coming to my job forgot my order. Another driver came and she called the store to find out where my order was. Not only did they remake my order, the sent it to me in less than 30 minutes and it was free of charge. I placed an online order. The website should have the prices listed on the menu. They arent, you find out at the checkout. They should fix that. Ive ordered from here once before and everything was very good. This time not so much but i do intend on giving them another chance for sure. The order took almost 2 hours to get delivered. But keep in mind it is the day after the blizzard of 2015. The delivery man said they were understaffed and apologized. We got 3 different kinds of boneless chicken. I like the sauces alot but our food was cold. Onion rings were cold and soggy. My daughter got a $9 caesar salad. Very big and she liked it. It is a chain...not sure how many but at least 2... The wings are tasty and well cooked. The staff is friendly and helpful. The small seating area is fast food-ish but very clean. There are a rediculous amount of flavor choices that should suit everyone who wants wings. The only reason I won't go 5 star is the price. 2 largish appetites eat there for about $40. Awesome chicken, always seasoned to perfection.. my only issue with this place is that almost EVERY time I order for delivery they forget something.. they always send what they forgot out in another car, but I think it is just ridiculous that they have to do that so often.. I pretty much expect to have to wait to eat my meal for them to make a second trip... If I could give them a minus stars I would we ordered for a corporate event and was told they would deliver at 11 am they called and said they would be late and would be there by 11:45. We called at 11:55 they said they would be there by 12:15. They did take off 25$ but when the delivery came he didn't want to give the phone to us to sign said he would hold it of course he had added a $37 tip. At 12.50 I called to check whether I would get my food on time or not, they didn't pick up. Called every 5 minutes to see if they would pick up. Nothing. Managed to have my call answered at 1.55, 5 minutes before closing time, and the lady said my food would be there soon. Ten minutes later my order was CANCELLED. Their boneless "wings" are better, but I'm a purist when it comes to the wing and I like them skin-on, and bone-in. Here, they are missing the boat. First off, who breads a chicken wing? The skin is the best part. You can get them unbreaded, but the times that I have, I found them a bit slimy. The perfect chicken wing has crispy skin and these weren't even close. Flavor was okay, but nothing special. They stand out a little because of variety, but their take on wings is far from the authoritative one you'd expect from a place that supposedly specializes in one type of food. read more
