I've been coming here since this place was Wings Empire and it's still as good as ever. Their star menu item is the buffalo chicken fries which almost everyone gets here. They have a good variety of sauces but my go to is the honey bbq. It's a very simple dish but when you get the craving this restaurant always delivers. Employees are usually friendly and they have tables and TVs set up for if you want to dine in. I called to place an order over the phone, just to be put on hold.I wasn't even asked if I can't be put on hold, just automatically assumed I was calling to place an order. Anyways, as I was on hold for 10 minutes, my husband and I where already driving to the location as soon as I arrive the first thing I checked was to see if they were busy, as I get there (still on hold) I notice how the cashier name Ana (name she gave me) reached for the phone not to pick up and take my order but to hang up on me. Before placing my order I let her know, that I saw how she hung up my call and she said she did pick up and she heard no communication. I don't mind that I was put on hold for that long cause I can understand how busy restaurants can get, it's the fact that I saw her reach for the phone just to hang up, not once did she put that phone to her ear. Notice how the receipt says cashier Diana, even gave me the wrong name when I asked for it, she hesitated as if she was thinking of what name to come up with. As you can see by the picture, there was two cashiers in the front, so in reality there was no excuse of why one couldn't have picked up the phone and took my order. Decided to try this place out, sadly was verry disappointed. Ordered the 25 wing Family Meal split 50/50 BBQ AND Spicy Habanero. Bbq sauce was solid, however the habanero just tasted like blended habanero. I love spicy don't get me wrong it wasn't the heat. We ate them, but it had no mango or sweet flavor to it at all. Literally just habanero. We asked for our wings EXTRA crispy, these were just over cooked with soggy skin. This is from one of 3 things. The wings were frozen or wet when put in the fry so the moister would not let the skin crisp, or they didn't dry them out enough. Last possibility is the fry hasn't been changed in a while and has too much Chicken grease in the oil prevents crispy skin. We then went on to check out our order. We did not receive our frenchfries. (Not a biggie to me, kids were pissed lol) We also added Mac and Cheese to our order, As well as potato salad. Potato salad tasted like it just came out of a box, I could get the same one at smart and final. Mac and cheese had no flavor, my daughter tried to add salt but, it didn't help much. In the first week of my marriage with my lovely wife. I knew my wife loves chicken and fries. We usually go to Buffalo Wild Wings and/or wingstop but I found out about Wings empire through my side-chick. So I decided to take my wife there. The service was decent but as we ordered our wings we noticed the chef wasn't wearing gloves and dripping sweat in the kitchen (not to mention he looked unhealthy and had poor hygiene). Anyways, we still decided to give a shot. My wife ordered buffalo chicken fries - Mango habanero sauce with ranch. I ordered the same thing although the difference of my order was that I got a 24 ounce of ranch on the side. Long story short, we took the order to go and once we started eating... My wife stated that the chicken tasted like they reheated in the microwave or gave us chicken that was made from the night before. We couldn't go back because we were hungry. So we decided to keep eating it even though my wife didn't finish her food. She immediately got the runs. So I had to take her to a restroom park. They give you a ton of chicken but in no ways does it taste fresh or well cooked, they put so much sauce that you completely forget there's fries under there no matter how many you try to eat. I personally would not recommend this restaurant. My friend and I got each a small garlic Parmesan, don't get me wrong the chicken was good, quantity was great, and customer service was great. But the fries were disgusting You could tell the fries were refried but they were so refried to the point that the inside no longer had potato. Every time I bit into it, it was just oil coming out of it. I had to run to the restroom right after and all night I just felt nauseous and sick to my stomach.
