I called to place an order over the phone, just to be put on hold.I wasn't even asked if I can't be put on hold, just automatically assumed I was calling to place an order. Anyways, as I was on hold for 10 minutes, my husband and I where already driving to the location as soon as I arrive the first thing I checked was to see if they were busy, as I get there (still on hold) I notice how the cashier name Ana (name she gave me) reached for the phone not to pick up and take my order but to hang up on me. Before placing my order I let her know, that I saw how she hung up my call and she said she did pick up and she heard no communication. I don't mind that I was put on hold for that long cause I can understand how busy restaurants can get, it's the fact that I saw her reach for the phone just to hang up, not once did she put that phone to her ear. Notice how the receipt says cashier Diana, even gave me the wrong name when I asked for it, she hesitated as if she was thinking of what name to come up with. As you can see by the picture, there was two cashiers in the front, so in reality there was no excuse of why one couldn't have picked up the phone and took my order. Literally just habanero. We asked for our wings EXTRA crispy, these were just over cooked with soggy skin. This is from one of 3 things. The wings were frozen or wet when put in the fry so the moister would not let the skin crisp, or they didn't dry them out enough. Last possibility is the fry hasn't been changed in a while and has too much Chicken grease in the oil prevents crispy skin. We then went on to check out our order. We did not receive our frenchfries. (Not a biggie to me, kids were pissed lol) We also added Mac and Cheese to our order, As well as potato salad. But the fries were disgusting You could tell the fries were refried but they were so refried to the point that the inside no longer had potato.
