I normally don't like to leave negative reviews because I understand the hardships of working at a fast food location. However the employee at the counter was just on a different level of rude. Any person that stepped foot into this location was treated very poorly. Customer service is very very poor. Was given an estimate of a 15-20 min wait for just an order of buffalo chicken fries and waited 48 mins before I asked about the order. I understand there's online orders/phone orders, but still had to wait an additional 10 mins for my order to be prepared. The location has trash all over the floor and the soda machine was not working. Once again I'm overall disappointed with the lady attending the front counter. The ambience of the location is very negative and I decided to eat in my car. The food is nothing special I was really hoping to love the food and maybe not leave a review in general. I LOVE this place. My favorite is the buffalo chicken fries. They serve a lot and the price is very reasonable. One regular box can feed up to two people and still have left overs. My favorite flavor is the lemon pepper. I always introduce this place to my friends if they are interested in eating wings. I wasn't a fan of this my first time until I found what I like. It's best to order on the phone because it is always busy in person. Sometimes the wait can be more than 30 minutes. They do follow covid regulations but the waiting game is what kills it. I then checked for our additional 2 ranches i paid extra for, they weren't in there we barely got one small ranch for an order of carrots, 10 wings, and buffalo fries!! I waited another day and called back in, same story explained it to another associate who told me she would make sure they called me back. The price is a little higher but it come with veggies and ranch or blue cheese so it average out. The flavor is good and the buffalo chicken french fried is huge and delicious. We placed an order for a family meal, which was to consist of 25 wings, 12 breadsticks, fries, 1 side, veggies, dressing and a soda. We ordered the Mac and cheese as our side. This took 30 minutes to make. We were told that our order was taking so long because they had to make this. Pretty sure it doesn't take 30 minutes to boil pasta. So there were about 5+ orders filled before ours. There was a dine-in group who ordered 5-10 minutes after us, ate and then left the same time we did (we ordered carry-out) The wings: so.. we ordered the 25 piece wings. We got 21. We were given 4 less wings than we paid for. Considering their 5 piece is $6.30, I definitely feel that we were basically not given what we paid for (not even including the breadsticks). After we finally were home to eat the wings, we discovered that they were so over-fried that there was not much tender meat on them- which is kind of the point with wings. Overall, I would never return here or recommend it to anyone, as it's easier to throw my money in the garbage than to pay for food items I never receive or receive food I don't really want to eat. read more
