My experience with the front service was amazing. I was immediately greeted with a friendly attitude and great customer service. The staff was attentive, patient, and made the whole ordering process smooth and enjoyable. ZERO STARS ACTUALLY. Just go to the Pearland or Friendswood location if you don't care to read this. Customer service clearly doesn't matter here. I call around 10:50pm (they close at midnight) and I'm told I can only do an online order. Ok cool. I order on the app. Get there and everything is all closed up. Understandable. It's Thursday. Orders may be slow. Ready to go home. Cool. Walk in to grab my bag and I'm greeted and given my order. There's ranch all on the outside of my bag. Still cool. Whatever. I get napkins, wipe it off and walk out. Get to my truck and grease is dripping from the bag all into my front seat. Please check the cameras owner. I'm pissed. Don't even bother going back in because it's late and the wife is hungry. I put the bag IN MY TRUCK BED to drive home so none of it wastes inside. Get home and find along with my chicken, a pool of grease covering my f******* wings. Why the hell would you just pour that into my box??? It's always something with this location. The other ones give me no issues. I had to come home and use napkins to pat dry my food so it was edible. If you don't like your job get a new one. It's insane. After reading some reviews, I was a little skeptical to stop in here while out of town. However. I can honestly say that my experience here was very pleasant! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and our order was taken right away by Jonathan, who had excellent customer service and was so polite. We sat down in the lobby, which was exceptionally clean and had a short wait for our food. Our wings and fries were HOT and FRESH! So I've been in this particular wingstop 3 times (I love wingstop) and unfortunately each time has been a terrible experience. The first time my order was completely wrong, the 2nd and 3rd I went inside with my family and although there was almost nobody in the store eating I was told that the wait was going to be over an hour. I then asked the gal behind the register "ma'am there is nobody here why is the wait so long?" She told me that they were busy filling online orders... I understand that online is the way to do things nowadays since Covid , but what about the family that wants to eat out? I have been to packed restaurants that don't have an hr wait!! There were at least 8 people in the kitchen at this particular wingstop. Yall really need to do better! This will be my last time going to this particular location. I asked the question because my three different meals were combined into two boxes and two fries and the black gentleman behind the counter. Got kind of aggressive saying oh well that's way that tells us to box it. If you wanna come look, I'll come to show you... I told him I said, sir there's no need to get aggressive. I said I'm just asking a question at which point he got loud and called me a nigga in a threatening manner. I left the store at that point reached out to the store to speak to the manager come to find out he was the manager, and I asked to speak to his supervisor to which I was told you're not speaking to anybody you can come back up here and talk to me I just wanted to make you aware of the situation. I was sitting out front when I placed my order and I called to see why it was taking so long because five or six people probably DoorDash's or other mobile orders were already done. I got six tiny sides of ranch that half were spilt. When I open the wing boxes, this was my surprise. I called immediately and the manager was a male didn't say his name just said that we could either get store credit or a refund. with it being our vacation. We had no money and no refrigerated food in the hotel. I just wanted a refund. THEN proceeded to say he would send it over to the refund department, he said it would take about 5 to 7 days or it could be instantly. I waited patiently my whole vacation. To only get home and still not have a refund nor food. I called today and spoke to a woman still didn't provide her name, but proceeded to say that TRAVIS put us down as a remake and remade our food AND AND gave it out to us... what I don't understand is why it took so long to get it but yet still couldn't have it right. I asked for a rag to wipe my own table off. Lady hands me a dirty chicken covered rag. After I wiped my own table off, now it's stickier than before. The lady then sits back down behind the register with another girl and gets on her phone instead of wiping all the other tables off. The kitchen has dried dirty food all over the tables. The cook did not wash his hands, or use gloves before or after touching raw chicken. The didn't have on a hat or hair net. He wiped his hands on his dirty pants before returning to the food. The staff was unwelcoming and rude. When I tried to pay for my food the girl running the register straight up said I can't take that. Yes it was a $100 bill but she said she can't take it. When they first opened up in Alvin,Tx they were awesome,but then it went down hill from there. Wingstop is my favorite for most locations,but not at this particular location. Possibly the managers are not managing the workers while they are preparing the food for the customer. Both times that I ordered the wings it tasted horrible because it was soggy and over seasoned. My own family members thought it was bad and said to throw it out. The prices for a family meal are already unreasonable so this is unacceptable. I don't know why a lot of restaurants in Alvin,TX tend to start out good and then go down hill. read more

Holly was a good customer service rep. Ordered 10 boneless wings with two flavors, but when it came out, it was 6 of one flavor, and 4 of another. Pretty odd since it wasn't 5 and 5. As we were eating, the customer service ladies were both sitting and eating food in the main dining room, and if someone came in they would "huff" and get up and go to the front to take their order. The food was the saving grace. It was fresh, and the soda was bubbly and not too lacking in syrup, and not overpowering either. Fries were crispy and good. read more
