Our order was taken at 10:44PM and we waited about 45 minutes for our food. The lady that took our order was really nice but the people making the food were too busy listening to their music, dancing, and talking amongst themselves in the back. At 11:12PM, we noticed that people who did mobile orders or came in after us, all got their food before us. So, we decided to ask where our food was and the kids working in the back said that our order was given to somebody else by mistake and that it would take 6 more minutes for our order to come out. We asked several times if they had started on our order and they said yes but our order still took more than the 6 minutes that they said it would take. The Caucasian/Latino with curly top working at the register on Tuesday (11/16/21) at 10:35 pm was very rude and seem like this mf didn't wanna be at work, every time I asked a question he would cut me off before I finished and almost had me react in a bad way. I wanted so badly to cuss this mf out for the way I was being treated and what I didn't understand is why didn't the others staff working with him didn't say anything to him about how he was being rude. It's a hit and miss for me here. One day they'll have good food and others they won't. The service is good so far and I've been here 30+ times since they've opened. Sometimes the fries or chicken would come out hella salty. Sometimes they hook it up with a piece of chicken or two. But if you order online or over the phone you still have to wait when you get there because they make the fries AFTER you pay. Unless you tell them to make it all at once when you order over the phone or online. It's a really small spot for big groups but they have tables outside. Also they stop taking order after 11:45pm. Don't go here if you're concerned about masks policy and health violations. I usually also get a side of boneless Garlic Parmesan wings too, which is my second favorite. Not cheap by fast food standards, but for $10 he got ten wings, boneless (he got Original Hot and Hawaiian), seasoned fries (second only to KFC), and a fountain drink. It's really not fast food, because they cook each individual order. A really nice young counter worker told us it would be ready in 9 minutes. My kid offered to share the wings with me, but I was still reeling from my lunch at Fringale. But I did taste the sauce: Original hot was as good as any Hooters (shut up) and the Hawaiian was like pineapple and honey. The chicken is fresh, not frozen. The small store was really clean, two TVs, and free refills (I guess). A huge roll of lavatory grade paper towels was there for your finger lickn' hands! Jonny bussed up his plate and there was no place to put the tray, etc. The nice counter girl told him, "How nice of you to clean you place, I'll just take that (the tray) for you." On the way out, she told my 12 year old son, "Thanks for coming in! Have a great day!" Beaming that a "high school girl was so nice to me," my boy said, "Wingstop is better than Hooters, Dad!" I am going to do something that I have never done before, and review a place solely based on the service. Because I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life. But the service here is more deplorable than I can even put into words. Not that I intend on letting that prevent me from trying. We ordered food online for this place around 1:45 on a Sunday afternoon. The online order receipt told us that we could pick up at 2:18. So we got there around 2:25. I was asked to wait a bit longer, which was fine, since we ordered nearly $70 in food. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for our order. THIRTY. I got back home a touch after 3pm. So that was lame. However, I could let it go. If it weren't for Brandon. Brandon checked me out at the counter, providing no greeting or ETA, no nothing. Just asked me to take a seat. Again, this is fine. Normal, even. But it was what happened after that I found unacceptable. Because this particular dump seems to make a habit of offering unrealistic pick-up times, and two people came in after me and were also asked to wait. The difference? They were treated very kindly. Offered apologies, and given free drinks to sip on while they waited. As I sat there for 20+ minutes. When Brandon finally brought me my food, he again said nothing. No sorry for the wait, no thanks for waiting, no offer of a complimentary beverage. Zero. I was so offended I confronted him about the matter. It took a great degree of self control not to escalate the matter. I don't expect to be treated like royalty anywhere. But I expect to be treated decently and with respect, the same way that I treat every individual that I meet in a given day. Shame on you, Brandon. And shame on this Wingstop. Here is ONE example: on Sunday Mar 22-2015, I ordered online thru their app at 7:35pm and received a couple of mins later an email that said the order will be ready at 7:55pm. I get there at 7:54p and the girl said 'we just got it. your order just went in'. Fast forward: food was ready at 8:30p- I raised the concern and unhappiness that it is 35 mins late. She apologized a little (stress 'little' and I heard her talk to her mgr- and made it sound like it was my fault in hearing distance from the customers. This is not the first time their service has been bad. I complained to the corp headquarters. Hello Owner, please fix the problem. Educate the staff and mgmt in customer service.
